I give this resturaunt what I call the “three f’s” Friendly, fast, and fckin fantastic!! Been looking for a good street taco since I moved to Eugene , especially carnitas This carnitas is so flavorful😻 and the cilantro lime crema really gives the taco that street taco flavor I love and miss from my favorite spot back at home. It’s also really reasonably priced! A burrito was only 9$ two tacos plus added sides was 15$ The mango salsa tastes so good and so fresh! So glad we found this spot, definitely recommend

Where to begin..For starters please never assume your customer base doesn't SPEAK spanish if you are going to talk trash about them right in front of there faces. Also can you please clean you restrooms and refill the paper towels? Ok now for the review, This was the second time in a row that the staff has so hastily thrown together my food and without waiting for a response have thrown a handful of cheese onto my burrito...Heres the kicker, the first time the person turned around with the plate and attempted to pick it off! That is so nasty, yesterday they "boys" tried to pick it off again!! When I requested they remake the burrito the 3 of them continued to make fun of us in Spanish thinking we were completely oblivious, neither burrito was wrapped properly. Mine leaked like crazy and the wife just squeezed her filling out of the tortilla. When the wife ordered a cocktail the check out guy made her pull down her mask for what seemed an inappropriate amount of time saying he's "not sure"..Shes 35, manages one of the best beers spots in all of eugene but here is the even weirder thing, you wanted to see my ID even though I'm ordering a Soda? I'm 40 years old with a grey beard? It was total descrimination and super weird, We won't be coming back and I'll be telling everyone I know. Food was just OK as well.

Food was fresh, but assortment of toppings was very limited compared to other similar restaurants. Service was very slow. Our food was pretty cold by the time the cashier rang us up. Maybe they were just having a bad night.

The food was very good. I had the chicken burrito. The place was clean, and the workers were friendly. We got here a little before noontime, so we beat the crowds. Parking is tight, so keep that in mind.

This is one of my go to places in Eugene. The lime-cilantro sour cream is DELICIOUS. While I enjoy all the menu items here, I will say the grande salad in a shell bowl is my go to option. This last time I got carnitas as the protein and it was chef's kiss 🤌🏻 This place can get pretty busy, but lines move decently fast with assembly line style production.

High quality, delicious, food made from fresh ingredients right in front of your face. Amazing and locally owned. Good vegan and vegetarian options. Friendly wonderful staff! I love this place!

We ate here tonight. The service is excellent. The food is amazing. The employees are so kind and helpful. Never had a bad meal. Again, the service here is beyond 5 star. It's a shame they get bad reviews for those that get upset about the ridiculous mask bs. These employees are not the mask police. They aren't here to do Kate browns bidding. Stop giving negative reviews to good business and good people because you live in fear of standing up in a restaurant. Just get your food to go.

I absolutely love this place. I like how it's the Mexican version of Subway. It's nice to be able to pick exactly what you want with no confusion. Definitely recommend eating here. You won't be disappointed or hungry

This place is SO delicious! The prices were right, the staff was very friendly, everyone had a smile on their face. They have plenty of options for everyone! I would highly recommend eating here if you love fresh Mexican food at a good price!

This is another amazing place to eat. It offers a wonderful unique taste, while offering superior customer service. You can taste the fresh ingredients they use. I can distinctly taste the ingredients that I choose. The meat wasn’t overcooked or dry. I have eaten at many burrito shops and they have surpassed them all so far. On top of that today they have solidified my impression of superior customer service. I ordered online and accidentally ordered at the wrong location. I think they perceived I was frustrated. Honestly, not at them. I was frustrated with myself. The gave me a complimentary burrito. It completely changed and humbled me. Their show of compassion change the coarse of my day. I will be eating here again soon!

I always look forward to eating here. It's almost a 2 hour drive for us to get there. So when we get the opportunity to savor one of our favorite restaurants, we always make it a point to stop in. The staff is super friendly and the food is amazing. Mucho Dip is what is displayed in photo.

Food was great, and the line went relatively quickly. The only thing missing really isn't (servers & waiters)- in order to give it a 5 stat rating. Meals tast consistently the same, which is great for making a quick decision, almost everyone unanimously can agree on. Often dining in is the choice although take out is just as convenient as when traversing the line. Stay have been consistently great, attitude and service friendly atmosphere which has yet to change in my various years here in Oregon. Mucho Gusto is a go to favorite- or favorite to go.

The bathroom soap dispenser didn't work. Shaded outdoor seating for when it's nice out. They didn't have Tecate so I ordered Modelo. The burrito was a standard size (big) and the ingredients were laid longways, meaning every bite was different from the last. Service was good, nothing outstanding or notable. Big menu for drinks but not a wide variety of choices for meat. Guacamole is made in-house, though this is to be expected of all Mexican food places.

Been coming here for 10+ years and it’s always amazing. Food is much more authentic Mexican as opposed to Chipotle and such, but served fast casual with tons of options. Ambiance is nice and nice location in Oakway Center! And it’s a really good sign that some of the employees have been here 10+ years, impressive!!

I prefer table service restaurant but this was convenient and had people going in and out. It was clean and neat including restrooms. Staff kept tables clean quickly. Was obviously a popular lunch destination. Your choices were put together down a line by staff. Items were presented organized and fresh looking. The smells were wonderful. I had a beef burrito put together with my favorite toppings. The beef was melt in your mouth roasted beef chunks with great sauce and flavor. Not too spicy...you had lots of options to spice it up. I will go back.

I have been going here for years and it hasn't changed one bit!! Always fresh great food! Best atmosphere ever! Always happy employees and always satisfied customers when you walk-in. First time but definitely not the last time! I had the burrito bowl, not only was it delicious it's enough for two meals. The ingredients were fresh, the service was great. It was a little bit loud but we were there right at lunchtime so that was to be expected.

Appears to be a popular lunch spot. Service was quick, food was good. I liked having different choices for toppings such a cabbage, cilantro, mango salsa, etc. Servings seem to be fair, not huge not small.

One of the best Mexican fast food on the west coast! Fresh flavorful. I loved their Grande Salad which is really a tostada bowl. Service was good and welcoming.

I’m not from this area, just in Eugene for the weekend. Wow! This place was fantastic. And now I’m sad there isn’t one of these restaurants where I’m from. Best burrito I’ve had in the fast casual style.

I like Mucho Gustos menu, it is simple and easy to order from. The staff is always friendly and the service is quick. The restaurant is always clean and so are the bathrooms. The food is good with lots of choices for customization.

Watch out for extra charge when ordering online. I really enjoy eating here, the meats are tasty and the food is fresh and plentiful. Always satisfies hungry teens without too long a wait. Be wary of the a la carte taco ordering on google, it makes you add the meat 3! times and charges you each time. Staff can’t fix it and it was only an added amount of 1.50 per taco over the normal amount so I told them to add it to the tip. Seems like a strange thing that the owner should fix though. $7.50 for an a la carte taco?! That’s too much.

This place was packed! And I understand why. I had the taco plate, one chicken and one beef with rice and pinto beans. All was very tasty. While waiting in line, it occurred to me that it is similar to Chipotle but with more variety. The end result is that Mucho Gusto is much better.

Love the food here. Always friendly, clean atmosphere and never too busy to stop in! Parking can be tricky some days due to the location, but always fast service. I'd give it 10 stars just for the food and friendly service!

I have come here with my husband a few times. We have not been disappointed with food or service. People are polite when getting the order. They have burrito bowls that are just as good as a burrito. I definitely recommend coming here.

Very fresh, the tortillas were quite good. Choice of cabbage or lettuce, in general very good options!

The food here is always fresh and quality! It’s sad that they are not enforcing the mask mandate at their Oakway location. Many customers came in w/o masks after we were seated with our food. It was our choice to sit inside, which we quickly regretted. No staff member asked them to put masks on while ordering or walking around restaurant.
