You want authentic? this is very delicious authentic Thai food. Its easy to miss but again drive slowly and you will see the Food truck. Definitely πŸ‘ πŸ‘ due to covid19 11/20/2020, no dining near the area. Definitely ask once the restrictions has changed. Customer service was stellar and very friendly.

This Thai truck is on 7th Downtown Eugene between the graduate hotel and doc's pad. In my opinion the Thai food here is reasonably priced ($10 per plate) and cooked fresh to order you can't go wrong. This is my choice for best Thai in town. Food was great. Service was great. I wish they had more hours and it is right on the road, so better for take out.

This used to be my favorite Thai place in town, idk if there has been turnover or new ownership but every time I try to eat here the rice is overdone and mushy, the ingredients don’t match what is on the menu, and the overall quality has gone down significantly. Really hope this place can recapture the magic some day soon but until then I will be getting my Thai elsewhere.

Definitely a competitor for Eugene's best Thai food. They have amazing curries and their prices are really good, $9 or $10 for a dish. Really nice customer service! I'd recommend calling in your order and picking it up so you don't have to wait.

The food is well-priced, but there's better quality Thai food in town (see my other reviews). For myself, I find that a good benchmark for a good thai restaurant is the the way they cook their pad thai. I suspect that Chaiyo uses ketchup instead of tamarind paste, given the overly sweet and orange color of their version of this dish. Tamarind paste gives a tartness and milder sweetness that's more nuanced and complex. Furthermore, the tofu that was served in our dishes tasted old and stale. Overall, although edible, we found the food a bit lackluster.

Fried rice was pretty good but sticky. My spring rolls were frozen inside. Curry was pretty good

I’ve never had food that was bad from here. I’m just disappointed because I tried to go there at about 1130 on a Saturday for my lunch break and they were closed. Google says they are open 11-7 today 😒

Hate to give any local food truck a bad review, especially since these folks seem nice. But the pad Thai I ordered tasted like it had ketchup and barbecue sauce dumped on it. It was bright red, and I struggled to get it down it tasted so gross. If you go here, other something else!

I order delivery through GrubHub and it was so delicious I forgot to take a picture of my food lol I ordered Pumpkin and Green Curry, both were the perfect level of spicy (medium and medium plus)

Great stir fries but inconsistent rice. Sometimes it's super wet, soft, mushy, other times it's dry and crunchy, other times it's fine. But rice should never be wrong at a thai restaurant. Bad rice will ruin an otherwise 5 star meal.

Used to eat here every afternoon when I worked in the area. Always good food and friendly staff. Made it back there today first time in awhile. Still Very good food and filling, never can finish the whole serving, always have leftovers. Had the Pad Thai very tasty. Plus had an order of Pot Stickers 5 Stars on all, e atmosphere Would have been better if it was not raining. But thats not their fault they cant control the rain Friendly and talkative staff and they have a new truck (New to me) Thanks for the good eats

Had the yellow curry with chicken and it was so yummy! Tasty and flavorful with a creamy curry sauce. I also ordered the pad Thai with chicken medium spice and it was spicy and also delicious! I had a iced Thai tea and loved it, it's been a while since I've had it and it was wonderful. Had this good while at a conference at the graduate hotel across the street.

I got pad see ew in medium spice. As is expected, the dish is incredibly spicy, I shudder to imagine the next 3 levels of spicy. 10/10, delicious, well done. My taste buds will need 4-6 days of recovery

1st time here. Absolutely great! Ordered cashew nut(spicy) with chicken. Delicious sauce, everything perfectly cooked and fresh, rice was flavorful and cooked perfectly. Generous portions for not alot of $. Cant wait to return and try more of their offerings. Highly recommend!!!

Husband ordered chicken pad Thai with no spice and he loved it. I’m not a fan of pad thai but it was still very delicious.

What a joy to finally have terrific Thai cuisine in my own backyard. Amazing green curry! So happy I can enjoy Thai food with a cider from my favorite cider place!

This is the best Thai food in town. I’ve tried them all and Chaiyo is the most delicious. I crave it constantly. They don’t get enough credit for how tasty they are. Thank you, Chaiyo! I love you

I'm a fried rice aficionado and their Spicy Fried Rice is excellent. Asked for hot, and I got hot (good thing I didn't ask for Thai Hot). The fried rice had great flavor and everything tasted fresh, I would certainly go back for more and try their other offerings.

Amazing food with super nice workers. Great price for everything and they have picnic tables to eat at around the truck. It’s so good, my girlfriend asks to go there every day. Highly recommend checking them out!

YOU HAVE GOT TO GO, outrageously delicious Thai food cooked to order. Prices are very reasonable and you get plenty to enjoy. I found this "street food truck" around 5 yrs ago and I have always been pleased. When you're looking for it in Eugene just put the name in and you'll find it.Enjoy!!

Don't bother unless you have time on your hands. Multiple people ordered after me and were served before. I don't think they bothered starting my order until multiple others ordered the same thing (some 10-15 minutes later). If you want to wait 30-40 minutes for mediocre Pad Thai go somewhere with AC. Couldn't even be bothered to actually mix in the red chilli flakes they just threw on top. Don't waste you money and time.

Really good tofu pad thai and drunken noodles! Plenty of flavor and spice and loved the variety of veggies added to each dish rather than being noodle heavy. Filling and nutritious and yummy too at a reasonable price. Thank you!!
