    This location is supposed to be open but yet is closed?? I have yet to ever see it open 24 hours! I’m a delivery driver & do not get compensated when the merchant isn’t able to complete the order. I wasted my time & fuel to drive here for nothing even after checking the hours online first. I won’t be back!!!! Do not waste your time & fuel people!

    It has reopened. I had a good Girl Scout cookie brownie shake there today, along with the cheapest burger they had. Considering the higher prices these days, $13 something for two people was a pretty good deal. I don’t eat fast food much but I’ll probably go back for that shake.

    All these ladies were really helpful. Leslie was awesome. I just think she should deserve credit. She had a great positive attitude and was awesome at the drive Thru Sometimes I feel like these guys don't get enough credit, so if the management can see this and give her credit. That'd be great tell her anthony appreciated her

    Terrible. My dad spent 25 dollars on food for us. I ordered 6 piece chicken strips and the employee told me I could not have more than three ranches. The sauce is my absolute favorite and I would've ordered something else if I couldn't have it. I ordered iced tea with lemon. The employees laughed at me, saying they don't offer fresh lemon, even though it's my go-to refreshing drink from here. I said fine. They served me sweet tea. I asked if I could please get the unsweetened tea I ordered. The employee replaced it with sweet tea again. I will be contacting corporate about this as well. My dad and I spent way too much money here based on our loyalty to the brand, only to be treated like garbage. Update: The managers responded to this but I can't reply. I already contacted corporate about the location and I haven't heard anything beyond confirmation that they received my complaint.

    Ordered a Double Jack combo and two Monster Tacos. Picked up my order and the Tacos were cold and it was a chicken sandwich instead. Burnt too! Gross! Also the guy at the drive thru looked like he needed tips on hygiene practices. It’s important to be clean when working around food

    The food is really good! Unfortunately, when we placed our order inside, it seemed like the whole staff only focused on drive thru. Took a long time for our food, then they forgot our drinks. When we let them know, they said they'd take care of it, then promptly didn't do anything. Took another person to finally get our drinks ready. It's a shame because the food is good. They just need to figure out how to help people inside as well. Didn't look short staffed either.

    There was a time not too long ago when they used to say "welcome to Jack-in-the-Box how can I help you?" The male taking my order was serley, rude and speaks way too fast. No interest in the job, or his service

    Asked for no mayo and received nasty mayo slathered all over my burger. It even had a drive thru custom sticker on it meaning they knew it was no mayo

    Absolutely love this this specific Jack- The food is always SO good and the staff members are great at their jobs, never messed up any order of mine! Curly fries are by far, the best and the mini tacos are FIRE!!!!!!!

    I've been inside a few different Jack In The Boxes, and I have been to this one a few times now. The customer service you receive is hit or miss depending on the employee you are dealing with. I have noticed no single pattern as to this. The restaurant itself is usually pretty quiet inside and normally is clean with the acception of a table or two needing wiped. Soft drink stations and utensils are usually clean/filled appropriately. The drive thru is almost always busy with 4-5 cars at a time. There is normally a 2-3 minute wait for an employee to come to the front to take your order if ordering inside without a line. As far as product/price.. if you enjoy typical American grilled/fried foods, then you should enjoy this. Personally, I think they are one or the higher cost fast food joints, especially for the value of what you're getting, but taste is good.

    I ordered Jack in the box on the app. I used my reward points for a burger and I bought curly fries. The order did not show up in the Jack in the Box system. I showed them my receipt, and the manager, a heavy set white woman missing some teeth, began yelling at me saying she won’t fulfill my order. I use apps for McDonald’s and Taco Bell, and I’ve never had this issue with them. After this experience, I haven’t gone back

    Value menu has a Jr. Jumbo jack on the menu board for $2.49 they will charge you $5.29 for the burger. I asked them to honor the price on the menu board and they gave me a $2 hamburger instead. Makes me wonder how many people have been hit with this bait and switch.

    (HOT,HOT,HOT!) It's not made until your order it! So just be warned, if it takes a bit! Just be patient they have too cook it, and it's sooo worth the wait! Inside was clean well kept up, and everyone was smiling and welcoming.💜❤️💙🤗💋🙏✌️

    Our favorite Jack in the Box, especially now that there's only 2 left in Eugene. My husband and I love Sherry/Shari. She really makes our morning and always gets our order right. Last time we went the 'dining area' was still closed, so it's drive thru only and we eat in the car.

    I'm passing thru and for some reason beyond my control I ended up there around midnight. So I don't know if I was having an acid flashback or what, but I was getting weird vibes from the midnight crew and think I wasn't the only one who may or may not have and most certainly did experiment with mind altering chemicals. But I guess it was just one of those nights.

    Well it took a while to get our food but it was hot and fresh. Guess I could mention that the car in front of me did get 36 tacos and then wanted 40 more. To explain the long wait better.

    Wow, such nasty food. The onion rings are the only decent thing from here, but even those are way too oily. And holy mackerel - those “tacos” are an oily abomination! I ate one, almost threw up, then threw the second one away.

    I will never visit or give business to this Jack in the Box location as of today because of some attitude I got from one of the employees when I politely mentioned a fellow employee of theirs emphasized my pickup order was only going to be a minute as they were putting it together this is what I was told. When an employee at some place puts emphasis on service only being a minute until the order is ready I have a tendency to take their word for it. So I exercised some patience and it's been well over 6 minutes when I inquire about why it was taking so long and did so politely some guy behind the counter was short hair and a 5:00 shadow or a slight beard he give me attitude I didn't know what he said but heard the tone as he was walking out to give someone an order in the pickup parking spots outside so when he returned I said to him sir when an employee puts emphasis on a minute I tend to take their word for it and he throws me some excuse about a part of an order that takes a little bit to cook and he says a minute and there I am being patient and God gives me a side glance / dirty look and that's that's all I had to get and I'm never recommending this location to anyone and I will never pick up for doordash here or eat here. Negative Stars I can't apply but I have to give at least one. And this is an honest review.

    This place gets a lot of unsavory traffic, so it can look a little grungy at times, but it's also rather fast, and the food is correct more frequently than, say, a McDonald's. My only food complaint is that, since they have a freestyle soda machine, you can usually taste what the last few people were drinking in your soda.

    They got my order perfectly. I ordered a chicken salad with no chicken (vegetarian) and they gave it to us no problem. Got our drinks right, no ice, and the food tasted fresh. The staff was professional and quick.

    lying liars who lie about hours, I presume for some sort of monetary incentive. this place is definitely not 24/7, but both Google and the jack in the box app have it listed as such. we found out the hard way when we ordered in the app late the other night and drove 30 mins to pick food up only to see a closed store. they still happily took our money, of course. app support still hasn't gotten back about a refund. yet, to me, this isn't even the worst of their crimes. I implore you all to consider: what is the point of a reduced price munchie meal after 9pm when every jack in the box in town closes at 9pm or earlier?

    I asked for no lettuce on my loaded mini tacos receipt says no taco lettuce what do you think was on the mini tacos if anyone said lettuce you would be correct everything thing else was good

    Not very tasty southwestern chicken salad, 5 kidney beans, 10 kennels of corn, no bread sticks or whatever was supposed to come with this particular salad and I asked for no cheese, digging around what do I find in the slime? Say......Cheese! BTW I DID REQUEST A REFUND BUT. EVER FOT IT!

    The employees are terrible and should not be working with the public. They are absolutely awful. Rude and disrespectful to their customers. If this was my establishment, I would be humiliated and ashamed that this is who I have representing me. I'm sorry to be so crude about it, but it's the truth. I'm not a mean person, and I don't believe in gossiping or slandering other people, so when I say that this was the worst customer service that I have witnessed, then its bad. This is the worst that I have ever been treated at a restaurant. Or anywhere, for that matter.

    I was disappointed with the burger size I bought the Bacon Swiss burger with monterey jack. When I received my order the burger looks no bigger than the Happy Meal burger at McDonald's but it was filling. The french fries were good, my drink tasted awkward but it was okay

    The only problem that I had with the food was, they were out of a few different items that I wanted. The service was kind however, it was obvious that they were a young crew as they didn't exhibit the customer service skills that come with experience. The atmosphere was less than desirable however, that is due to the placement of the store and has almost nothing to do with the staff.

    They always mess my order up. When you ask for fries well done, they put some that have already been fried, back in to fry some more. That just makes them dried out, hot as all Haites, but dry and saturated with oil. They taste like everything else that was cooked in that frier from the month before.
