To start, I would like to give kudos to the staff for making my dining experience so enjoyable from the fast service to the great food. And then there's the food. It seems like whatever I've chosen to order with each visit as well as the plethora of dishes I ordered at this particular visit (with pictures included) that there is nothing at the restaurant that is bad. If you're looking for places to check out for great food and creatively delicious drinks put this restaurant at the top of your list. You won't be let down. Enjoy it!

We had a great time. The sushi was tasty and the crispy duck salad was awesome. The service was fast and pleasant. The beer was good I only wish they had a larger size.

Had a great time for my brother in law's Birthday recently and it was very entertaining and fun! The food and drinks were good and prices are average. Take your group and see for yourself, and go for the hibachi grill experience! 😀

The food and service here are always topnotch! The hibachi is fun with the whole family but the seafood and sushi is what really keeps me coming back.

We have made it a family affair to come to Fuji for many years . Tonight we decided to grab a couple orders of there crazy rabbit rolls . What a disappointment from the very little service to the rolls . First confronted about a tip on the receipt when it was brought out . Since when do they ask for a tip ? Especially when it’s a pick up order. We generally tip well unless it’s asked for . Then they smothered the sushi rolls with so much sauce they weren’t even edible and soggy. You couldn’t taste what we were eating. All the good waiters gone only to be left with barking beggars with no customer service skills . $30 plus a unearned tip for food that went in the trash . This place has gone down hill and fast !! We definitely do not recommend this restaurant! We won’t be dining in or dining out here ever again. So sad this place was once the best .

My absolute favorite place for Japanese food. The staff here is so friendly and the service is always excellent! For the past week I really haven’t been feeling well and I had decided to pick up a meal from Fuji steak house. They were so kind enough to work out a way for me to pick up my order with no contact. To my surprise one of the staff members left this cute little note on top of my ramen cup and just seeing that brought a big smile to my face and just in general made my whole day feel so much better. Who ever wrote that note, Thank you. 🥺💕

The food is amazing. The chef was very entertaining. I highly recommend this place. Great place for birthdays or celebrations 🍾. I had the scallops, and another in my party had the sushi and she said it was so good. The fried rice is the best I've ever had.

I can't believe how places like this stay in business! The tables were disgustingly dirty, there was a repulsive odor, and the staff dressed like they were lounging at home. To make matters worse, they were completely clueless about their own menu options, and the receipts were unreadable! I have no idea what I even paid for! The food was insipid, and to top it all off, it made me feel sick by the time I got home. I should have gone to the restaurant across the street instead! I'm never going back to that revolting place again! Never again. 🤢

I was fairly impressed with the food and the atmosphere was pretty amazing. HOWEVER... the prices are extremely high, and they add a 15% tip on top of your bank breaking dinner. 4 people, over $115. What really sent me over the edge... The UNCLEANNESS of the bathroom!!! It was horrid enough to warrant a picture!(I only had time to take one.) When you have to clean a restaurant bathroom in order to be able to use it, spray your own sanitizer, cover the seat with toilet paper & hover, it makes you wonder what the actual kitchen looks like. So, over all, I'm pretty disappointed with this dining experience.

This place has amazing lunch specials! They are very affordable and pretty good. We've eaten here a few times and the hibachi meals are really tasty. The sushi occasionally leaves something to be desired, but the tuna tartar was amazing! Definitely a fun and affordable place and I'd love to try dinner here.

My (adult) kids like sushi and I don't so this is the perfect place to go! My kids say their sushi is the best and for me, the bento boxes are so reasonably priced and excellent food! We have always had fabulous service. I highly recommend Fuji Japanese steakhouse.

We love FJS! The food is delicious and presented beautifully. We brought my son here for his 21st birthday and had an absolute blast. They put a baby head thing over his head when they sang to him and it was hilarious. Their steaks are some of the best I have had in the valley. Each time we have gone, the service was friendly and we got our food quickly. It's a nice place for special occasions.

Friendly staff and service. Food was very good, the hibachi was flavorful steak was perfectly cooked to my liking (med) very juicy the sauces that it came with made it better, one less star only because it was a little too oily for me.

My son took me here for my birthday and I had never been there before. It was above and beyond the best meal and customer service. I give a 5 star rating. I recommend this restaurant to everyone.

I had one of their sushi rolls and it was very good! I normally don’t like shredded tuna but in this roll it was perfect! My only complaint was the portion was a bit smaller than I anticipated so I would recommend getting an appetizer with your sushi roll :)

Hibachi dinner with fried rice. Food very bland for our taste. Steak, shrimp and chicken. Chicken was tastiest. Shrimp was ok, steak ok. Service on the other hand was horrible. Waited 30 min before our group of 11 was even offered water. Forgot California roll , then brought out after everything and while food was being cooked. Just admit you screwed up and state it. Dirty and too much skin/spandex from female wait staff. Reason we don’t have Hooters in Lane county! Screwed up our order and doubled it but did rectify by only charging $10 more for the xtra take home. Will not try again.

Dinner is the show. The chefs are hilarious! Do they toss food directly into your mouth? Yes! Do they squirt sake directly into your mouth? Yes! We shared the table / grill with another family so... We made dinner friends too! I recommend Fuji Japanese Steakhouse.

This place had good entertainment value but was very high priced for good but bland food. We tried the garlic edamame and gzoyo for appetizers and both were good. I would order the gzoyo again if I ever went back, as it was very tasty, but over a bill for 3 people is way too far out of my standard price range!

The lunch hibachi portions were large, I didn't even finish half. The food was good and the service was excellent.

I've had better and I've had worse . My wife and I dined in on the restaurant side, not the "showroom" side with dinner and a show. The food came out quickly, was presented nice enough, and it wasn't bad. Nothing groundbreaking, but also not bad. The service was spectacular. The crew was fast and efficient, we got our drinks in a timely fashion, we got our meal and appetizers with good spacing, and the portions were good. Some people have said that this place is a little pricey. It's a Japanese restaurant that serves sushi and has a showroom / hibachi side. Of course it's going to run a little pricey. I've been here before and I can definitely see myself going again. There's room for improvement, but they can also do a lot worse.

Had the filet minions dairy-free 'cream' sauce with lobster and shrimp, stir-fried vegetables and teriyaki yakisoba noodles. It was excellent and I would absolutely have it again. I have eaten here several times and am impressed every time.

Shoji's was a hit with us all. Great food and entertaining to boot! We had the Steak, Chicken, Shrimp with noodles and rice. We also had coconut shrimp for appetizer!

Good was good, was pretty much as expected. Service was pretty mediocre. The host greeted us with slang. Overall service was awkward and definitely could use some foh supervision.

Great food with perfect portion sizes. Reasonably priced and delicious cocktails. Very friendly and hard working staff. Loved the decor and music. My husband and I went for the first time for his birthday lunch and we both think it was the most perfect place. 10/10 would recommend and would love to go again

We went to celebrate 3 family birthdays that occur within a week of each other. We had Hitachi and Sushi. They even have gluten free options, and delicious tiramasu for birthday treat.
