Great park with quiet and peaceful trails nestled in the redwoods. The Rhododendron garden and native plant garden do not allow dogs so make sure you leave the pups at home if you want to check out those gardens. Plus the little picnic area is simply gorgeous. Definitely wedding ceremony worthy for a smaller wedding.

Of course, I would have to visit this beautiful park, the wrong time of year... Even though I didn't get to see any of the beautiful flowers, it was still a very gorgeous park! I could only imagine what it looks like when everything is blooming?! Deffinately a place to walk around if you like parks, even if it is the wrong time of year to see it in all of it's beauty.

We rode bikes up here, pretty tough hill climb. Lovely gardens with trails to wander, and some amazing homes as well. Worth checking out!

Our walk through the rhododendron gardens was so brilliantly colored. The only comments being heard were this place feels like a dream. Hurry get there while the flowers, trees, and bushes are in bloom

What an absolutely beautiful place to walk around. The rhodedendrons are in full bloom right now so it was the perfect time to visit. The landscaping here is exquisite and there is seating scattered throughout the park to sit and really take it all in. Highly recommended.

Such a beautiful park! Love coming here to stroll around the rhododendron garden or to bring my dog and walk on the trails on the other side. Great birdwatching in the spring and summer too!

Nice park but difficult to get to. Maybe it was my GPS being weird but driving through narrow, winding residential streets made the way in feel like going through a maze. We missed most of the rhodie blooms. Tough trails for my elderly mom, but she wants to go back anyway. Peaceful and beautiful place.

This is a beautiful Rhododendron park on a hill surrounded by rhoddy, azalea, & other flowering bushes & trees in addition to ferns, lilies, & other flowers. There are benches, water fountains & grassy lawns to rest & admire the flowers. Some of the paths are steep but others are more level. There are bathrooms & drinking water, few picnic tables. Pros: beautiful rhoddies & plants, parking lot, bathrooms, not far from UO, small picnic & play areas. Cons: main parking lot small, additional smaller lot up the road, no dogs allowed.

Always beautiful but especially in spring when everything is in bloom. Immaculately maintained, easily accessible walkways.

Hendricks park in bloom is hands-down the most magical place I have ever been to in my life. I had the opportunity to walk the park daily and I will never forget the sights I've seen. Pure natural beauty!

What a beautiful park that is immaculately maintained. Lots of stunning trees, flowers and plush green grass. Not mobility friendly though.

Hendricks park is a amazing place, good spot to hang out with your significant other late at night. Or chill and relax, one of the best spots to get out of the summer sun!

What a great experience. We saw a deer on oak loop trail. Lots of fairly steep grades and lots of easy ones too. You have to take the steep ones if you want to see the cool things though. Some weird stone table on one of the trails.

As Good As Central Park in NY. Truly not to be missed the park is endless and so pristine yet walkable and accessible.

If you're looking for a beautiful and quiet hike with or without your dogs you need not go any farther than right here. The woods are so thick you'll forget that you are still in town. The trails are clean and well cut. I have not had the chance to explore all of it yet, but I do have that goal in mind.
