This is a great hotel. Clean rooms, friendly staff. We walked to and from the ducks football game (just about a mile each way). We stayed in a 3 bed room (suite?). My family is pretty picky about cleanliness of a hotel and I can honestly say this was a great place to stay. It checked the right boxes.

This hotel is one of the best I've stayed at over the years, hands down. The desk staff was extremely welcoming and friendly; my room was very spacious and super clean, in great condition; the other guests were quiet and respectful; and I was even provided a to-go breakfast when I had to leave at 4:30 a.m. to catch my train! I hope to stay here again!

We had the double bed room that was quite spacious compared to other standard double bed rooms with their extra sitting area and desk. Wireless was fast and easy to connect. The rooms and the lobby felt clean and up to date. The breakfast was descent and beds were great. It's located close to shopping and popular eating areas. It's a little noisy at times and the train nearby woke us up but otherwise we slept pretty good.

The hotel is cute/clean, but it cannot handle being booked to capacity. When we tried to shower the water was lukewarm at best and when we called the front desk we were told it was because they were completely booked and the heater couldn't keep up. The breakfast room was absolutely packed as well, making it loud, crowded, and chaotic. The location was lovely, the staff was friendly, and the rooms were clean, but the overcrowding definitely put a damper on things for me.

One of the most impressive aspects of this stay was the communication with the hotel staff. Communicating to figure out the shuttle was smooth as I got immediate replies to my email. Also, I was able to make a last-minute change to my pickup shuttle as my flight had arrived early and I was given a text message to communicate with the hotel. The rooms and amenities are very nice but somewhat dated.

No replenishment of tea/coffee bags due to covid, nor doing so in lobby area at reception. Dark parking lot filled with homeless people, makes it feel unsafe during late evening hours. Swipe cards not functional at unlocking room doors, elevators always needs repairs- avoid floors requiring elevator. Stairway has a typical stench due to no air circulation. Except few front desk staff, most are absent minded; asked for straw and given stirring stick and sugar for Splenda. Clogged toilets that never get fixed. Stayed 7 nights due to official visit, personally not worth one. Michael is great at front desk though he alone can’t run everywhere. Needs some serious updates! Vicinity to campus is a plus.

Clean and comfortable with a friendly staff. We have had to stay here several times unfortunately for medical visits. Boy is this staff friendly and accommodating. They have even helped my wife when I was unable which I feel is over and above the call of duty. There is a beautiful front room with a fireplace, sofas and tables to sit at. It's quite comfortable like staying at a friends place. The rooms are nice and comfortable with any basic accommodation you might expect. They also have a nice breakfast set up. This is a great place to stay in Eugene!!

My family and I spent the weekend at the Phoenix Inn, in early March and had a wonderful time. The room was exceptionally clean and the staff was very helpful. Being right on Franklin Blvd. is great for the local restaurants within walking and delivery distances. Additionally, you can drive to the main attractions in just a few minutes. The workout room was clean, and the equipment was in good condition, as well as the pool. I would definitely recommend and will be staying here again!

Great location close to campus and restaurants, homeless presence was substantial though. Room was clean and comfortable, although the A/C seemed under powered for a suite sized room, thankfully the evenings were cool. Very safety conscious during the Rona, breakfast was brown bag pickup in the mornings, masks and hand sanitizer was provided.

Quiet setting, friendly staff, and large rooms. Plus they have fresh cookies every afternoon. I've stayed here twice and have not had a problem. Also, location is great! Just a few blocks from downtown and from the university with ample parking.

Stayed here for 1 night. Upon entering room one sink was dirty with what looked like the remains from cleaning out a vacuum. The TV didn't work but the front desk sorted that out. We aren't picky, so we didn't report the dirty sink. Overall we did enjoy our stay. The front desk was very helpful and friendly. The complimentary breakfast was very fresh and we'll stocked. We were surprised at the variety of the breakfast.
