Clean large suites at this Residence Inn. Staff are friendly. Complimentary breakfast is clean and offers a decent stable of food. Little things like a pack of microwave popcorn can easily impress the little ones. The mattresses at this hotel could use an upgrade. Other than that it is a great little pitstop for family road trips.

Remodeled and nice and new still making improvements and some things are not available but will be soon. This hotel wasted perfectly good furniture by throwing it away not pleased by the remodel team. It's sad they didn't donate the furniture for people who are hurting and poor.

Wonderful stay at the Eugene Residence Inn. The room was spacious and well kept. Residence Inns in general are very nice to stay in. This one stands out for its location being walking distance from a long stretch of green parks along the Willamette River, the Oakway Center, with downtown and the University of Oregon a short drive across the bridge spanning the river.

Couldn't fault the place, probably the quietest hotel we have ever stayed out, no door banging, no noise from adjoining rooms or even plumbing noise. Comfortable new furniture, walk in shower. Nice touch was TV that turned so you can watch either from couch or bed. Small kitchen had proper full sized fridge/freezer not the tiny ones you usually get and everything else we needed. Staff friendly and helpful.

The staff was consistently very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and well-appointed. The location is convenient to Alton Baker Park, and it's a short drive to the 5th Street Market and downtown Eugene.

Pet friendly means that all the carpets have pee in them and they do not clean up. No hyperallegenic rooms available for those who are allergic.

I love staying at Marriott hotels for their comfy bed and this one was no exception. Had a nice sleep and there was a waffle machine at breakfast the next day :)

Extortionate rates. $1600 total cost for three nights after taxes simply a poor value proposition for lodging that capitalizes on location but delivers marginally on hospitality. The staff is super pleasant however, which mitigates a bit

Exceptional hotel and super location. A particularly good hot breakfast each morning with lots of options. The only downside is Marriott chose to go with a very inexpensive little coffee maker that you slide a tray in for a crummy cup of coffee. There is always coffee downstairs, but if you want a cup first thing in the morning, I recommend you get some downstairs the night before, bring it up and warm it in the microwave. This is a new appointment to the genuinely nice rooms, which do not in any way belong in a Marriott room. If you want one of their older brew coffee makers, ask at the front desk or when you book at the hotel directly. Mine was in my room last week when I arrived. The employees are great, super friendly and very accommodating to your needs. A must stay hotel if in Eugene!!

Upgrade even for silver member. New room and bathtub. $200 is much better than $300 Hampton inn

Very nice hotel. Room was nice and clean. The staff are nice and friendly. Breakfast is good and they switch it up. Not the same thing every morning.

I checked in yesterday for four night stay. This place's and service is like motel 6. This place isn't worth the price I paid ($1800). There was no light in the bathroom and no soap in the dispenser, no guest coffee. There was lot of disturbance coming from top floor(3rd) at 1am, and after calling front desk nothing was changed. Today, I requested to change my room and front desk don't even know what time room will be available. I didn't expect this kind of service from Marriott. Be careful before staying here.

Challenging to get to due to the varsity game, Saturday market and normal traffic. But it's in a lovely space with mature trees. Unfortunately the pool is closed which is why it lost a point. But the manager and staff were absolutely amazing. The room is incredible, clean, quiet and modern. Great place, I'd definitely come again.

I travel with a group of medical professionals. Jessica who works in the kitchen saw that we leave well before breakfast at 6:30 so she laid out breakfast sandwiches and cold brew coffee for us so we would “have something in our bellies” 😭. What a treasure, thank you SO much Jessica. When you work a thankless job it’s the little kindnesses that mean SO much.

Clean and modern. Good hot breakfast included. Nice staff. Outdoor pool closed in winter, but hot tub open. Perfect for walking to the stadium.

Nice hotel. Not the most convenient location. Can be difficult to get in and out of. Some noise since it is near highways. Staff was great and helpful. Dog friendly. Free breakfast which is ok. Rooms could be updated.

We love Marriott Residence Inn hotels because we can always trust them to be very similar in amenities and excellent in quality. This one is no different. We stayed in Eugene on our second of 8 travel days. Needless to say, it met all our needs and expectations. Staff were welcoming and friendly, also very helpful. Room was as usual, very clean and well laid out with a fridge, microwave, dishes, pots and utensils. Unfortunately, because of the time of year, the pool was closed but that is just a minor setback. Everything else was on-par with our previous experiences at other Residence Inns. Highly recommend you become a member and points. Definitely worth it.

Great location in the process of remodeling so a bit “dusty”. Our heater did not work in our room. Michael Roussel night manager was great. Tried to fix it and gave us a new room. Kitchens in the rooms.

3 night stay in Eugene, OR at the Residence Inn. There is construction in part of the hotel but I couldn't hear it at all from my room. Standard breakfast offered in the mornings. Room was exactly as advertised. Nothing fancy and did the job for a multi night stay while on call. I was given a 4 pm check out which was appreciated.

Good place to stay if you have pets. Otherwise: Our room faced Coburg Road. it was extremely noisy until late at night. The buildings are being remodeled. The parking lot access was blocked on occasion by carpet workers cutting carpet in the parking lot drive access. One time we were prevented from entering the parking lot by truck with a long trailer blocking the driveway and parking access. Another time a worker blocked the lot access hitching a trailer to his pickup truck. When we were leaving the hotel we found a number of piles of brown dust on the elevator floor, which we could not avoid stepping in. This by far the worst experience I have had staying at a Marriott facility.

Marriott absolutely represents the American quality and service at this location. Really, local quality chicken sausage, yogurt and a spread of food and a high end coffee bar that caters to Oregon coffee lovers. OMG really enjoyed my stay hear.
