First room we checked into smelt bad. We opened up window turned on A/C and went to dinner came back and it was worse. Asked the front desk to move, they moved us. At about 1 am we gotten woken to people being loud (yelling, slamming doors, walking loud) sounded like we booked a room in the ghetto. Felt very unsafe. People were hanging out in parking lot also. This continued till after 3 am. It was so bad my wife wanted to leave but was to scared because it sounded so ghetto outside. The McDonald's next door was quiter then the hotel and parking lot. Carpets were dirty and you rolled to the middle of the bed. Not worth the price we paid to lose sleep

We had a great time staying here on new years! It was a good price, super friendly front desk lady, & my kids loved playing their Xbox all night! The room was beautiful, clean, & felt very welcoming. We'd definitely stay here again!

Check in: the girl at the front hypes was not friendly and when we walked in she had friends or family there visiting with her. No welcome. Was given our keys and that was it. Was not told about check out. Or breakfast in the morning. Room: it was fine. The bed was hard and there was white powder stuff all over the floor. The bathroom was clean. Area: lots of homeless around, the parking is ridiculous. I didnt feel safe walking to my car alone. Check out: the male front desk person was extremely nice. Never were we greeted when entering or leaving the hotel. Its a fine place if your not looking for friendly and helpfulness.

Dogs are allowed in this hotel (with fee). The rooms are large, spacious, and seem to be recently redone - modern furnishings, laminate floor. Cleanliness was questionable, both in the room and the hotel in general: floors were dirty and a little sticky; there were stray hairs in the bed; TV remote didn't seem clean. No mention of their COVID cleaning policies. Hallways were carpeted, and very dirty. The walls were thin, so we could hear the neighbor's TV and another neighbor's dog barking loudly. There are train tracks nearby, and we could hear train sounds all night. Parking lot is small, and littered with trash (also saw some vomit on the ground). It didn't feel secure, especially with the very busy McDonald's drivethru right next door. Staff was fine, if a little inattentive.

Room was full of pot smoke it was so bad I was getting sick. It even had signs that indicate that someone broke into the room before. I complained and I was moved to another room and it had a slight pot smell but it was missing the couch lol. Loud cars and people in the parking lot all night long. Loud neighbors. The parking lot was super small and hard to park in. Old mattresses laying outside against the building. Worst hotel I have ever been to. Stay away

Staff was absolutely indifferent of anyone or anything. The room next door was up all night and turned out being employees. Staff didn't even know if the vending machines took bills. I would NEVER take my family there again. Heck, the complimentary coffee was even empty. I've had better service from a hotel 1.

Called for a last minute trip Friday morning for arrival the same night and got booked in a jacuzzi room. Upon arrival location was bought out by the city! I called the same line I booked with and was told they would book me if the system allowed them to. Reassured me I wasn't wasn't charged and the reservation was canceled. I was told the hotel canceled the reservation. There was no phone call telling me the cancelation happened. Not helpful and was the worst experience! There was another couple dealing with the same thing! Absolutely ridiculous..... we had to pay almost double for another room. And they didn't even offer to help us find a new hotel...

This hotel needs some help. Of the three rooms my coworkers and I stayed in, they each had their own issues. Upon opening the door to room 222, it was like we were punched in the face with cigarette smoke, despite "no smoking" signs posted everywhere. The front desk was quick to switch our rooms once we brought it to her attention though, so that was appreciated. The sink and shower in two of the rooms pooled and was slow to drain, so we stood in a pool of water. The room across the hall that was used by my coworkers was unlocked upon entering and there was a box of thawed out pizza bagels on the desk. The breakfast was mediocre at best, eggs served lukewarm, pastries stale, and no fresh fruit in sight. A bizarre experience overall. There are many charming accommodations in Eugene, so I'd recommend looking elsewhere.

Rooms was good. Bed was comfortable. I really like the pillows. Front desk service was excellent. Very helpful and friendly. Maid service was okay but I don't think that they scrub the shower on a daily basis. Parking lot was too small and tight.

Our first time here. My daughter going to University of Oregon this fall. This place is pet friendly. Love the area. Very very friendly employees and service. Love the hot breakfast every morning. Nice jacuzzi on the 1st floor. Well worth every penny. That's why we choose your hotel over others. Very friendly front employees to check in. We will return again next time we are back in town. WORTH THE TRIP!!!
