I am very skeptical of most vets as I’ve had numerous bad experiences. I am new to the state and my baby’s allergies needed medical attention so I gave this clinic a try and was very pleased with the service, communication, and even appointment availability for new patients. Dexter is thankfully recuperating fast ! Keep up with the amazingly work, yall 🙌🏽

This morning I called first thing at 8am asking if Willakenzie could add an additional puppy to a current exam that was scheduled for one of my clients who purchased a dog from me. It was an emergency as I needed a health certificate for a puppy leaving to London in the following day. I made it extremely clear that I was not the client who initially had the appointment and this was an add on for me the breeder. The receptionist put me on hold to check if this was possible and came back and said no problem. I was very clear and precise that I was not the original client and this was a second puppy. Upon arrival the receptionist said she was no longer able to offer a health certificate to the second puppy and “so sorry it was busy this morning and I was confused.” No offer to help and make the problem right. She gave me a sticky note with 5 other vets to call. I called about 20 vets with no avail. So I am sitting here with no appointment and a simple “sorry.” It’s extremely frustrating as I would have called first thing in the morning to vets offices to get an exam. I am left scrambling to figure something out before a holiday weekend. I would highly not recommend using them as their reception staff is unable to listen to very clearly stated directions. Also unfortunate there was no offer to make the situation right.

We have come here for both dog and cat veterinary care and cannot recommend them enough. They were so kind with the animals and the staff was wonderful. Even though we had to put our sweet boy Leo down today, I was so grateful and appreciative of how we were treated by all the staff (extra shout out to Ethan who answered all of my questions and went the extra mile during this difficult time)

It was an absolute pleasure to be helped by the Willakenzie Animal Clinic. The level of genuine love and care they show to each pet is second to none. I instantly felt that during the first visit, which was heartwarming to say the least. Even when I was nervous about a tooth extraction for my dog, they showed true kindness and patience while assuring me the procedure was safe to perform. I highly recommend the WAC for your next visit to the vet. They are the best in Eugene.

My 2 kittens received post-adoption wellness exams for $6 each. They also received boosters and flea treatment, plus I got a quick lesson on nail clipping and other great advise. I’m a first time pet owner and didn’t know what to expect yet the entire visit was understandable, personable, and affordable. I received a treatment plan listing what is due next, what is optional vs required, and best of all my kittens are healthy and thriving. They were a little nervous but the treats won them over!

Willakenzie animal clinic overall energy and aura was 100% peaceful and kind. You can tell immediately that they genuinely care about you and your animal. They made me feel loved during one of the hardest times in my life. Thank you for everything.

My dog developed respiratory signs consistent with this new disease. Dr Brandt saw him within 2 days. She took x-rays and prescribed antibiotics . He was better within 36 hours and has continued to do well. I'm convinced that without this rapid and appropriate treatment, he would have gotten much worse.

Super responsive and I love that you text pics of your pets issue to them! The staff is wonderful and kind, they truly love animals.

We have been taking our animals here since I was a teenager- and they are hands down the best. Even when we have moved across town and tried other clinics, we always decide to stay. They truly love your pet like their own, and are just so consistent in their quality care. They go above and beyond, and in times when we had an urgent matter they would squeeze our pets in to avoid sending us to the animal hospital. Truly love this place and I hope they stay open forever!

We rescued our baby girl Pork Chop from some neglectful owners almost 2 months ago now, she was small for her stated age, had a horrible worm infestation, and questionable vaccination status. Willakenzie has been our go-to for all of her vet care since and has gotten her back to good health. She started growing so quick and regained her energy! We originally chose it mostly because it was close by, but it is hands down the best vet office we’ve been to. Their pricing is fair, they have package deals available for puppy-care, and our pup is always so so excited to see all of her nice doctors and get her hot dogs! All of the staff is knowledgeable and kind and answered all our questions thoroughly. Best vet in town! 💖

One of the best vet clinics I have been to! I went in with my senior dog. Both the vet tech and the vet were so great with him and really took their time with us. I also received a follow up call the next day checking in on my dog. Being new to the area, I just did a Google search for clinics and didn’t know what to expect. But I am so lucky to have found this gem!

Great Vet! I was able to get my new pup in quicker then anywhere else in town because I was a previous client. I thought that would be the case anywhere I had been before, but nope, this was the only one that could get her in for her checkup and parvo shot in a reasonable amount of time. The staff is amazing and my pup loved it there!!

All of my concerns were addressed and my dog, Sammy, was treated with gentle care and respect. The vet explained her finds and recommendations in detail. My scrappy little senior rescue dog, Rodger the Norwich Terrier, had a notably-wonderful first-time introduction to Willakenzie Animal Clinic. I didn't tell him we were going to the vet, terrified as he gets, especially around other dogs. Instead of his having to go inside the office, we were able to meet the assistants and doctor in a large outdoor kennel at the front of the building. Dr. Meri Brandt and all of the staff were exceedingly attentive and friendly and competent and patient and kind, exactly the kind of vet and vet office I was hoping to find. I wish they treated humans, I'd sign up. 🙂

Willakenzie is the most caring clinic I’ve taken my pets to. I’ve been going there for years, Dr Duncan who is now retired was amazing and you could tell that he loved my dog. That’s all you could hope for! I’ve seen a few of the doctors and they are all wonderful, knowledgeable, veterinarians. They always give the best of care to my pets and go the extra mile. I highly recommend them.

We love Dr. Meri Brandt. Is always loving and caring when we bring our schnauzer. She always remember us and our child. She is amazing and I can’t thank her enough for helping our schnauzer and her diabetes. She always know what to do. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

My vet of 20 years retired and Dr. Brandt was recommended by a friend. Even before meeting her I watched the employees in the reception area interact with people and was very impressed. There was no sitting behind a desk and ignoring, instead they came out and talked to and interacted with the clients and their pets. Dr. Brandt was more than I had hoped for and understood where I was coming from and what my pets' needs are.

We moved from out of state and found willakenzie animal clinic based off of the reviews here. We love this clinic! They have fair prices and all of the staff and very friendly. We have dogs that are a bit anxious but the staff always help them feel calm and comfortable. I can’t recommend this clinic enough!

Willakenzie is a truly amazing clinic. They treat all pets and pet parents with kindness and respect. We recently lost a beloved pet and had to make the truly terrible choice of ending her suffering. Willakenzie made all of us as comfortable as possible and made us feel like family, not merely clients. I highly recommend them.

This clinic is great! The vet tech was very friendly but calm, which immediately created a sense of calm for me and my dog. I like the setup they have for intakes and covid-19 precautions are still being followed (thank you). Everything was clean, organized, and professional. The vet tech asked some great questions and took detailed notes--a fantastic listener and she attended to all of my concerns. The veterinarian was really amazing--very friendly, tuned into my needs and my dog's needs, listened and explained along the way, and took care of everything. Both the veterinarian and tech were skilled in handling my scared and anxious dog and they had some solid tricks for making things run smoothly. Checked in with me multiple times about my thoughts and feedback (e.g., medications, willingness to soothe my dog as they did a blood draw, etc.). Super easy (in the room) checkout process. Taking my second dog there next week! Loved the follow-up call and information on his test results.

Wonderful service and very friendly staff - they've been working with Zeke to most effectively treat his heartworm condition. The staff was very considerate during the lumbar injection and Zeke didn't yelp or feel much at all. Took it like a champ!
