Hopefully not many people have to be in the care of Dr. Cooper. Not only is he insensitive to a woman who’s 48 hours postpartum suffering a spinal leak, HE DISCHARGED ME FROM LABOR AND DELIVERY TRIAGE when I returned back to the hospital because he didn’t want to deal with me because I’m “not his patient”. He comes into the room and says “10/10 pain huh, let’s get you a scan ordered” I said “10/10? Who said that?” He said “8/10 is close enough, a scan can rule out a stroke” I said “ I’m an 8/10, I’m having a failed blood patch headache from the epidural I received” he says “listen, I’m not gonna argue with you. I’ll get an order in for a scan and send you downstairs to ED”. He discharged me and sent me to sit in the emergency room for 9 hours, AND NEVER HAD A ORDER PLACED FOR A SCAN. My husband is the one who heard him talking in the hall to a nurse about how I’m not his patient to take care of. I had to wait an additional day to get a second blood patch done because of his casual insensitivity to my immediate needs, because by the time I got seen at midnight in the ED there was nobody to do a second blood patch… so I had to go back to the hospital the following day. Dr. Cooper is a cold insensitive doctor who should NOT work mother and baby.

Women’s Care was my first ever experience with a gynecologist office, and it began amazing! The front desk staff made me feel overwhelming comfortable and happy to be coming in. They were kind, compassionate, and incredibly organized! I couldn’t have asked for anything better! This continued to the nursing staff as they were efficient, empathetic, and courteous every step of the way. I was open about this being my first gynecologist appointment and how I was incredibly nervous. Both the front desk staff and nurses were very receptive of this and tried to provide me with all the information necessary and support that they could to ensure I felt ready! My negative experience began when I met with Dr. Tina Schnapper for my appointment. I was open about being uncomfortable and nervous about this experience and the fact that this was my first appointment ever with a gynecologist. Dr. Schnapper approached the issue with very poor bedside manner, no empathy, and acted as if it was wrong of me to be uncomfortable. My visit with her was the worst medical visit I have ever experienced and I left with my issue unsolved and a new fear of the gynecologist office. I believe Women’s Care as a whole is an amazing environment, however, my experience with Dr. Tina Schnapper has made it difficult for me to consider visiting the gynecologist again anytime soon. I would not recommend Dr. Schnapper to anyone as she has no bedside manner and purely wants to get in and get out of her appointments as quick as possible. I am disappointed that my experience with Dr. Schnapper has made it difficult for me to consider seeing a gynecologist again as the staff at Women’s Care overall was so excellent!

I have recently left a review for Dr. Cooper specifically if you search his name you should be able to see the review I've left for him specifically. I recall the staff being very kind and efficient, this review is not for them. To summarize, Cooper should not be a doctor and I'm disappointed he's made it this far into his career. As a gynecologist, the LEAST you should be able to do is listen to your patients concerns to address as many concerns as you can or direct your patient to where they may have better help if you can't, not cut them off consistently as they speak, and diagnosis something as simple as an infection. All of which, Dr. Cooper did not do. He was very dismissive (even used the word psychosomatic, which I did not know the meaning of until after our appointment and asking a different provider about it) and was very rough with no care about my traumas or concerns. Quite literally did not answer any questions that I asked him that day. Never got my results either for my pap. I work in healthcare so I am often understanding for delays and some things being missed because we all make mistakes, but he actively had no care for me and my health and I can't think of any excuse for how little he cared. He should not be a healthcare provider because his lack of concern and care could literally cost lives.

I was able to get my fillopian tubes removed without spouses permission or having kids first. My Dr. didnt ask any of the nonsense, irrelevant questions like if my partner wanted kids. i was taken seriously for one of only a handful of times in my life when I said I had never wanted kids. she actively listens and believes you about your lived experiences. all the staff is very friendly and welcoming, and the facility is spotless. im thankful to have been a patient here and im so happy my decision to remain childless was respected 💚

Absolutely LOVE Dr. Heather York. She has been my doctor for all three pregnancies and has made me feel safe and comfortable through every visit and delivery. She has your best interest at heart at all times. Truly a wonderful doctor.

My gf was having some discomfort so I took her to the clinic. I asked if any appointments were available that same day and the skinny white lady in her fifties laughed directly in our face. I was absolutely disgusted and the people in this city lack professionalism and humanity way too often for my taste.

This place is not a good environment for pregnancies. They will find a way to deliver by C-section every time! They force you to go to unnecessary appointments and ultra sounds. They justify these with scare tactics about what could be wrong with your baby, based off of nothing, and require these appointments or else threaten to drop you as a patient. They overcharge you for visits and don’t work well with insurance companies. You’ll be paying them off forever! They’ll always have another bill for something even a year later. …. healthy baby’s are being born vaginally after woman’s care refused that option. Don’t let them scare you into a C-section! Shop around people out there care about you!

Women's Care off Country Club road is fantastic. From the time you enter the office till the time you leave, ALL of the staff are so friendly, always saying "Hi" with a smile. Everything is explained to the patient before it happens. Dr. Edward's is so amazing and bubbly in everything she does. Dr. Edward's is so amazing in herself. She is always smiling and friendly. She also explains everything before she does it. She takes the time needed with every patient, whether it's a procedure or something personal. She genuinely cares about her patients. Thank you Woman's Care. Nancy P.

Can't get ahold of anyone from this office. Both my wife and I have attempted to reach anyone as she needs to be seen and we are going on Over a week after leaving a voicemail that claims they will return a call within 72 hours. They do not. And additional attmeps to reach them have been a fail. Very frustrating to feel like I am unable to find the cade my wife needs because communication is not at the very least clear.

I scheduled a mamogram and physical over a month ago with Elvia at Womens Care. My appointment was in 3 days, also 3 days before my 40th bday and I got a call today telling me they will be canceling my appointment for a mamogram since I'm not 40 and my insurance won't cover it before 40. It really would have been nice to know this earlier so I didnt lose that work day and wait over a month just to find out I can't get the mamogram and would need to reschedule a ways out again. If you can call me 3 days before my appointment to cancel you could have informed me about this when I scheduled. I have health issues, this is part of preventative care and I needed this as soon as possible. Very unfair to wait that long, miss work and not get the care I need.

If it's not scary enough to possibly have a vaginal cancer. The doctors was not prepared while in the middle of my procedure and had to leave the room twice. D

I love this clinic. The staff are all so kind and the doctors genuinely listen and care about the health and safety of their patients. I have never felt so comfortable, respected, and confident in the course and quality of my care. Even when the procedures aren't comfortable themselves I always know I've made the best, most informed decision for myself.

I really loved coming here for my whole pregnancy. The whole staff is really friendly, but my partner and I both really enjoyed being seen by Dr. Tufariello and Nurse Carol. They never seemed bothered by all of our silly questions (first time parents here) and were so patient, kind, gentle and informative. Really just a great experience overall coming to women’s care. If I have another baby, I’ll be back here for sure!

I love the office on Country Club Rd! I was taken care of and comforted during some really rough procedures. Dr. Brooklyn Travis and Dr. Heather York are amazing women with an equally wonderful nursing staff. I would absolutely recommend them and the office to any woman searching for a thorough and comforting experience!

In October 2022 I had an emergency C section due to preeclampsia and my twins were delivered by Dr. Temple and Dr. Jewett. I had a severe postpartum hemorrhage from uterine atony, and Dr. Temple and Dr. Jewett absolutely saved my life that day. I cannot begin to thank them enough for how quickly and expertly they reacted. I also want to thank Dr. Balderston who miraculously happened to be close by, between these three people they saved my life and it's because of them that today I am able to raise my beautiful children. Words just cannot express how grateful I am for their care. I know it was a team effort, but I appreciate all of you. I would also like to thank Dr. Cooper for his expert care when I experienced uterine subinvolution and a secondary PPH a few weeks postpartum, he went above and beyond to try and keep me out of the hospital. He very quickly recognized what was wrong and kept my situation from getting worse, he is clearly an expert in his field and he has an excellent bedside manner. I also want to thank Dr. Higdon who took care of me during the pregnancy and checked in after - she is a true gem. She was so kind and caring as I experienced a pretty stressful high risk pregnancy after infertility and loss and she was very sensitive to how this affected me. Her care really made a difference to me and helped me cope with everything that pregnancy threw at me! I got to meet almost all the Women's Care providers during my long hospital stay and have to say I was very impressed with all of them. You guys are truly the best. Also thank you to all the Women's Care nurses including Olivia, it always brightened my day to see you guys, as well as the receptionist that sat closest to the door and always scheduled my hundreds of appointments with a smile. I highly recommend Women's Care if you are looking for an OB/Gyn. They saved my life and helped me get through one of the hardest times in my life.

Super kind staff and safe space, I was nervous for my first appointment and they seem to actually care about patients and their jobs. They were very nice about me being extremely nauseous during my appointment and even offered to get me a snack and drink. Super swift blood draw, everything went very well. A huge thank you to the professional staff!

I love Women’s Care! From the moment I walk in the door, to the moment I leave, it is always a positive experience. Dr. Heather York and Jen are such a great team! I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an new MD. Both Dr. York and Jen really care about their patients and it shows by the quality of care that they provide. I was so thankful to have their guidance while I was pregnant with my boys and every step of the way. She always took the time to answer any questions that I had and make me feel at ease. I feel so lucky to have her as my doctor!

Dr. Cooper was my physician with women’s care and my experience there was amazing. He was always patient and friendly and available to answer questions and concerns. I trusted him quickly as this was my first baby with him. He seemed very confident and knowledgeable. He did a great job with my c section (my third one so safe to Compare and say it was good)! The staff at their office was always pleasant and Sandy my nurse there was always a bright friendly face. I would recommend them to anyone.
