David and friends run the best coffee shop in town. Their drink specials are on point. Each month there are 5 suggested, delicious drink suggestions from the team. The bouquets are beautifully arranged with a unique assortment of colors and flowers. So appreciative of having them as our neighborhood café of choice. There are now regular abundance of gluten-free items including bagels, and rotating sweet treats. The staff make Crema the only place I want my coffee.

I rarely leave less than 4-5 star reviews....the avocado toast was horribly salty...$5 for 1 slice?! The Americano was very good but the barista was snippy and stated.."next time tell me before I make it'.....well damn! I didn't know you were going to fill my cup to the tip top and it was so hot I couldn't drink it.... Plus some of us nurses work 12 + hour night shifts and maybe we are tired after working all night and just want a light breakfast without being spoken to in a snippy manner So NO...there will never be a 'Next Time' visiting this place. Attitude does more for a business than anything else.

The food and coffee was amazing! Very friendly atmosphere with attentive staff and speedy service.

Went here, had a nice interaction with the workers, and ordered bagels to go. We got home and this was our food. Totally burnt bagels. Was really disappointed.

That Cali Bagel was exquisite. 100% would try again... and again. The decor is spot on to the desired ambiance of the shop. Workers are welcoming

Crema and Bloom is seriously one of a kind! Their coffee is delicious, their flowers are gorgeous and fresh, and they have the perfect little area to sit down and enjoy your coffee and pastry. The customer service is amazing, Carley is the sweetest little thing and always has a smile. If you’re looking for a gift for a friend, stop by! They have all sorts of cute gifts like lotions, jewelry, and mugs. I’d recommend them 10/10 for coffee, flowers, or gifts!!

Friendly staff. Cute chic place to hang out. pick up some local gifts, flowers or pastries, soup and paninis are also available. My favorite coffee shop in town hands down. Kim is awesome. Staff has always been friendly with us. My fave drinks are LAVENDER, COCONUT MATCHAS(although recently they have been a little too grainy) CHAI, COLD BREWS, LAVENDER LONDON FOG, MOCHAS, AND MACCHIATO all are great hot or iced.

I've only been inside once, the staff is so nice, and the little gifts are so cute, but overpriced. I still bought stuff though. And the coffee I had was keto friendly and delicious!

Well-crafted drinks and a small selection of yummy pastries, plus flowers and other pretty gifts and goodies. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Fairly small seating area, so maybe not the place to take your laptop for hours on end (but the relaxed atmosphere would be conducive to working!). One of the best coffee spots in Springfield, hands down.

I came in with a dear friend of mine from out of town. I brought her in because she’s a realtor and was in need of a unique flower arrangement for a client. She used to live here years ago, Terri was blown away by how good everything was and your flower arrangements totally impressed her. She has decided you are her new favorite flower shop, with as many friends and clients she still has over here that’s a good thing 😊. She lives in Central Oregon. We had coffee and brunch as well, great place to enjoy with friends. Thank you 🙏

I've been a fan of this little Hayden Bridge area coffee shop for years. While I was sad to see the previous owner go, I was very happy to hear the café would continue to stay open. I miss the previous menu (the Italian panini was the bomb! and the banana bread from Elegant Elephant was my go-to treat) there are some new items that are very tasty. My daughter's favorite is the raspberry white chocolate scone and mine is the amazing croissant cinnamon roll... flaky, buttery, soft, chewy, nutty, sweet and slightly salty, crispy edges and gooey inside... it is perfection on a plate! Quite a few gluten free options are available, although I have not tried anything yet that has encouraged a repeat purchase, although I'll keep testing out new items. The coffee is delicious and the real charm is the sweet gals behind the counter. They are lovely and personable and they are a big part of the reason we continue to make time to stop by.

My wife and I stopped here on a breakfast date and were pleasantly surprised by the wonderful welcoming atmosphere. Multiple people were gathered and chatting very comfortably. My bagel sandwich was made to order and was delicious. My wife said her Chai was very good. We tried something called Kolach pastry and it was very good! We will definitely be back.

Barista didn’t listen to my order (wrong size and milk), rang me up for oat milk and gave me whole milk. Then was rude to me when I asked for the chocolate bean. Would not return to this place.

Both the coffee and the food were surprisingly good. Best of all, was the very pleasant and friendly staff member. If I lived in Springfield, this would be on my list of favorites 😃

These ladies have made my day more times than I can count. Not only do they know my drink and my name (correct spelling and all), they remember my coworkers drink orders too. We have conducted interviews in the café, I have ordered a miraculously beautiful bouquet, and they introduced me to my new favorite drink. The short version is, don’t go to Starbucks, go to Crema & Bloom and order the lavender oatmilk latte.
