Great place for discount groceries. Friendly checkers. They will offer you a box instead of having to buy bags. They don't always have the exact product you want sometimes. For the most its consistant.

Store Manager Judy ,her assistants/crew Scott , Brandon & Taylor are professional, helpful, and always go above & beyond to make our shopping experience positive . Over the past several years we have been buying our ceramic Pots from GROCERY OUTLET on River Road through the good leadership of Judy.

I always find great deals here. But they recently started charging 20 cents a bag it you forget your reusable bags. When I asked how much the are charged for bags I was told 10 cents. Just remember, your bags if you are shopping at this store. Winco also has great deals, I think from now on, I will be skipping grocery outlet.

I think by now everyone has noticed the major price increase at Grocery Outlet. My daughter and I were surprised, concerned and dissapointed the last handful of time shopping there over the last few months as to how much the prices compare to typical non outlet/discount grocery stores now. Grocery Outlet is no longer a discount or affordable grocer. We have found things that cost more in grocery outlet than at other stores yet the quality on some things has not improved like the rotten blue cheese we bought or the rancid crackers and the soft drinks are the same price at regular big name grocery stores and I still don't trust the meat. I don't see the need to shop there anymore since I'm not saving any money.

Strangely fun place to shop! You never know what you are going to find here! But you almost always find something great at a fantastic price.

The deals are... Ok. You won't find many steals, but the product is good and the interior just got a much-needed facelift, making it much more bearable than it used to be. Friendly staff and acceptable prices, I wouldn't go there if it was out of my way, but always go there if it's close to my destination.

This is a nice size Grocery Outlet. Nicely laid out. Plenty of variety for just about anything. Some prices are higher here than the local grocery stores. You can get some great deals on things as always. The staff wasn't overly friendly or customer service oriented.

Great store to find things like gooseberries (I know, I didn't know there was such a thing either), exotic cheeses, and other exciting new culinary treats. Always fun checking out what they have in stock.

Grocery Outlet, or as I was first introduced to it, "gross out," is my favorite grocery store in town. The deals are great, and the selection is always changing, though this means you won't always find what you are after if that items time has passed. The cashiers are always nice, though the manager I have dealt with in the past was unwilling to honor the posted price on items and instead simply used a marker to cross out the incorrect pricing and said "I can't sell it at that price we wouldn't make any money".

The always have good prices on items but if you see something you like you better get it because it might not be there when you come back next time. They have a wide selection of beer and wine. I also like to look around for unique things like crackers and chips because I usually find something I have never tried before. The employees are very helpful.

Always hit-or-miss with “Groc’ Out’” — sometime great bargains on things I love, but sometimes selection is limited. I feel that their meat and produce quality is OK at best. Usually great deals on cheese products. Often good deals on basic staples. Often good deals on over the counter pharmacy and personal hygiene items. Often great deals on granola and breakfast cereals (but usually on slightly oddball flavors of such). Overall, I like G.O. a lot for great deals on staples and fancy cheese… but tend to shop for produce and meats at nicer grocery stores.

This grocery store has the consistency best deals in town! For example: I paid 99 cents for a box of Nature Valley Savory Granola Bars at Grocery Outlet, and the same box costs $3.48 at Walmart! They have a huge selection of gluten free foods, from cookies to pasta to bread and snacks and more. Their “NOSH” (natural/organic/healthy foods) section is huge! The only bad thing is that they don’t always have the same inventory so you might go back to get more of something you love and they don’t have it anymore.

Beer selection had suffered significantly in the last few months. Get back with the vendors and diversify again. InBev is a losing option in my opinion. More locals would be a great return to the previous model. Otherwise, food selection good. Especially fun to explore the cheese and meats for charcuterie.

I think that Grocery Outlet is fun. I wouldn't suggest it as your only grocery store, and most of them are pretty funky. But they often have great deals on unusual items. I love when my wife stops by and brings home a bag of delicious things that we don't usually buy. For that, highly recommended.

Great prices! Friendly staff, and usually not too crowded. Their selection isn’t the best, but I can usually find what I need.

I love this Grocery Outlet! My favorite one!!! Right across from my bank and a liquor store and a Bi-mart is right nextdoor....the perfect little nexus of town!!! Always friendly employees... great meat, produce and prices... great place to shop!!!

The prices were reasonable however they were missing many basic necessity items, like eggs, and many of the products were much closer to their expiration dates than they normally are at other stores.

There is a huge selection of a variety of foods from fresh fruits and veggies to frozen meals and even some home goods. I found the staff to be very helpful and friendly. I liked it a lot and I definitely plan to return

Bring back the NOSH aisle. Groc Out used to be the best place to go shopping for organic foods. The products are supposedly still there you just can't find them. After wandering for 20 minutes I walked out with 2 items compared to a cart full. Groc Out sucks now.

Grocery outlet bargain market is right! Great prices for healthy and nutritionally sound food you can't get anywhere else at those unbeatable prices! Not to mention they always have quality cuts of steak for under $10 for 2!!

I like the recent changes made and making a larger produce section. A bit frustrating how one day the price is good and competitive where I think I can get .Most of my groceries there and then I go back the next day and the price is up by $2 for the same item. ☹️. It's also hard to predict if they will have the same item again.

They're currently renovating the store and it's looking very nice! It's nice to see a refresh of the grocery store you've been going to for years

If you like saving money on groceries, shop here. It's WAY cheaper and they have all the brand name basics, a growing selection of all natural goods, and an ever rotating hoard of delightful oddities you didn't know you needed.

Everyone that I've dealt with here has been incredibly nice and helpful. They have great deals here most of the time. Just make sure to double check the expiration dates.

Eugene Grocery Outlet rocks my world. I always find something new and exciting while shopping. I would also like to say they are doing a great job at providing an excellent shopping experience during their construction updates.

Great savings, although the selections are sometimes sparse.. the employees are all very helpful and cheerful, always eager to please. The store inventory changes periodically, and not always 'brand name' choices.. but the savings are remarkable.

Update 11/24/23: I've added another star because they recently remodeled and are expanding their selection. I found more organic produce on my last visit and more rice and beans in the dried food section. Unfortunately, they were not organic but, before, I could barely even find beans so this is an improvement. I would very much like to see more organic whole foods available so people can buy actual healthy food at good prices. ---------------------- They don't carry a lot of things I wish they did, which I have seen at other GO's but, hey, it's Grocery Outlet! You never know what you'll find in GO but you can be sure the prices will always be great! Also, the staff is usually friendly and helpful too. I took points off due to very poor selection in the personal care/pharmacy and NOSH sections. Also wish they had more organic produce but they do at least have organic greens, peppers, and occasionally organic potatoes, tomatoes and other items. For a small store, they do manage to meet a lot of my grocery needs and I shop here regularly.

How can you not like a good outlet store.. Especially these days. Always a pretty random selection of products, but good quality, and selection most all the time 👍

LOVE this store. I live nearby and I've been going here for years, the staff is always super kind and friendly, selection is good and prices are even better! One of the only places I really enjoy going to just "shop around"

  • 5/5 Pandora P. 1 year ago on Google
Still love this place! The best part of grocery outlet is never knowing what they will have but still knowing they will have good deals. So fun to get to try weird specialty items I normally wouldn't be able to afford or maybe wouldn't have even thought of.

  • 5/5 Jessica B. 2 years ago on Google
There are always good deals here. They actively look for the best deals on overstock items that our area has proven to like with shopping trends. Love it when I find a fave and get to stock up. Not to mention this is the go to place for cheap exotic cheese, wine, and health food items like mushroom powder, olive coconut, and avocado oils, MCT oils, nuts, nut butters, workout proteins, vitamins, beer, frozen fruits and more those are just the things I loom for. And they always have a good selection of affordable salmon. You can build several killer affordable charcuterie boards in one shopping trip.

I'm obsessed with grocery outlet! They have a great selection of brand and local food. There inventory isn't consistent because it is an outlet store, but that's honestly the best part. You never know what you're going to find. As a vegan, they have an amazing vegan selection usually, vegan cheeses, vegan butter, milk alternatives, etc. They have a good supplement and health foods. And the prices are low!!!! So it really is an excellent place to shop! I don't drink anymore, but they have an awesome wine and beer selection as well. Just a whole lot of local and craft beers, ciders and wine at, again, low prices! A great place to shop in the Willamette valley!!!
