I
went
today
for
a
hot
fudge
sundae,
and
the
cashier
was
Crystal.
I
should
have
known
it
was
not
going
to
go
good,
when
I
drove
through
around
6:58
pm
on
Sept
23,
I
was
told
to
hold
on
before
order
for
about
5
minutes,
that's
to
long
to
make
a
customer
wait
when
no
one
was
in
the
drive
through
but
me.
I
ordered
a
2
scoop
hot
fudge
sundae.
Well
I
was
given
my
order
it
was
only
ice
cream
and
whip
cream
and
nuts,
I
asked
the
cashier
Crystal
where
is
the
hot
fudge,
she
took
the
order
back
and
added
hot
fudge
on
top
of
the
whip
Cream
and
nuts,
who
does
that.
She
brought
it
back
to
the
window,
and
it
had
hot
fudge
running
down
the
sides
of
the
cup.
I
asked
the
cashier
Crystal
did
you
make
a
new
one,
and
her
response
was
oh
you
wanted
to
make
it
over."
Well,
who
would
want
hot
fudge
on
top
of
the
whip
cream.
I
asked
for
my
$6.58
back
.
Train
your
staff
managers.
This
is
ridiculous.
This
kind
of
customer
service
is
the
reason
so
many
companies
are
closing.
I
want
be
back!
