    I visited this location twice, last Monday and the Monday before. I received my food cold and hard. Not fresh at all! So confused because it was 6:40AM. I was so disappointed and sent my food back just to get lied to about fresh, hot food. Got the same thing. I WON'T BE BACK!

    Absolutely love this place! The croissants are delicious, highly recommend for the breakfast sandwiches. Love the variety of coffees & teas. We always order through Uber Eats and the togo packaging is always nicely done.

    They do not care about their customers here. I ordered a raspberry watermelon coconut beverage and got a mango pineapple one instead with no communication on being out of something, the everything bagel bites I ordered were super hard and burned. The one off Precinct Line is way better service and food quality. This one here they just don't care, but I bet you they wouldn't serve themselves like that. Two thumbs down, never coming back.

    The customer service here is hit and miss. There are a couple of really nice older ladies, who are always very helpful and welcoming. However, the younger girls have horrible attitudes and won't even look your way or offer assistance. I've observed this on a few occasions. Today I witnessed one of the younger girls snapping at the lady working drive thru. Management should consider customer service training for staff.

    Just waited 20 minutes in line and was told “one moment” when it was finally my turn. Okay fine normal, ten minutes passed by and I said “hello” she tried to make us wait longer. Someone else came to help (bless her lol) and when we got to the window the lady did not apologize or acknowledge our 30 minute wait and one of our drinks were not filled up all the way. The drinks tasted fine but haven’t had that bad of service in a hot minute from my beloved Dunkin. Won’t be returning to this location. Also no we couldn’t get out of the line as it was a one way blocked in drive thru😭

    Good place to grab a coffee. Just hit or miss when they have the dinning area open. Early morning sometime it’s been drive through only and the line gets long. I do mobile orders so it would be nice to just grab and go when there is a long line in the drive through. Afternoon sometimes also but I think it mainly to keep the school kids out.

    Asked for an English muffin BEC and an everything bagel with cream cheese on the side. I received a bagel BEC and an everything bagel with no cream cheese at all. I would have accepted it if it was even on the bagel but to not give me any cream cheese at all is just careless, no one just wants to eat bread by its self. They clearly made plenty of mistakes in my order just shows the lack of paying attention to the order on the screen. Pathetic that everytime I order from this location they mess something up or forget something, last time I ordered a donut and didn’t receive it at all. I only give you two stars cause the only thing you can get correct is my coffee.

    Spend your money somewhere else. I paid for items and did not get a receipt. When I asked for it from the chasier, she said she can't. When I said the other person needs it for me to prove that I paid for my order so that she could prepare the order, the cashier said they don't have to give me my receipt. I basically left without what I paid for and no receipt. Ha! Are you all serious?

    This place has gone from OK to Never going there again. I will now be going to Dutch Bros Coffee, pay the extra $$ down the street. The service at this Dunkin Donuts is bad, they talk to you like you are inconveniencing them. I ordered hot coffee and whatever donuts they might have. I went thru drive-thru at 8:30pm, they close at 9pm and was told they had nothing...no donuts, no hot coffee?? I did get a "hot" coffee and it was cold. I don't judge on one bad visit; this was my third and final visit. Thanks Euless Dunkin Donuts you made my Never Going There Again list.

    I wish if there a zero star I could give to this place. Dunkin coffee has always been my favorite and this is only closet Dunkin around my neighborhood. I’ve considered my orders all the times the customer service is worst and the employees treat you like you’re bothering them. They don’t care about you. I’ve ordered an iced matcha latte with oatmilk where I literally just got oatmilk with barely any match in it. I’ve ordered coffee today with oatmilk and they gave me my coffee with a regular milk. Have no respect for customers at all. What is the customer asked you for certain type of milk because they were allergic to dairy. I don’t recommend this place and never going back there again.

    I went today for a hot fudge sundae, and the cashier was Crystal. I should have known it was not going to go good, when I drove through around 6:58 pm on Sept 23, I was told to hold on before order for about 5 minutes, that's to long to make a customer wait when no one was in the drive through but me. I ordered a 2 scoop hot fudge sundae. Well I was given my order it was only ice cream and whip cream and nuts, I asked the cashier Crystal where is the hot fudge, she took the order back and added hot fudge on top of the whip Cream and nuts, who does that. She brought it back to the window, and it had hot fudge running down the sides of the cup. I asked the cashier Crystal did you make a new one, and her response was oh you wanted to make it over." Well, who would want hot fudge on top of the whip cream. I asked for my $6.58 back . Train your staff managers. This is ridiculous. This kind of customer service is the reason so many companies are closing. I want be back! Crystal, check your attitude! attitude!

    Came in to grab a few drinks. Kids were a tad slow and the staff were very patient. With asked for a few subs without any issues and the drink were all quickly made. Enjoyed the experience, would definitely return when in Dallas / Forth Worth area.

    People are nice, but Duncan must have changed their cake donut recipe. For quite a while (post covid?) The cake donuts seem 'dry' almost like 'day old', but I am sure they are fresh when I buy...usually about 9am on Saturdays. Other types seem fresher tasting.

    Went there 4/3/22. Ordered from inside. The poor cashier doing everything possible to maintain her cool as the lobby was full of degenerates! These kids were obnoxiously loud. The food the was awesome. She was awesome! Yes! I do tip. ...and yes! I handed it directly to her. Mgmnt needs to step up their game!

    We have been coming to this location for the past year . we had a great experience with Janice Horn she is wonderful worker. Excellent customer service always smiling, she goes above and beyond to make us happy specially my daughter she love coming here just to see Janice. we would love to thank her .

    Just left. There was one person in front of me, and one behind me. I mobile ordered so i had already paid. Waited for about 15 minutes before I was even acknowledged, even though I was in the drive-through. Once they had accepted my mobile order, I waited in line for another 10 to 15 minutes even though there was literally only one person in front of me. Once arriving at the window, they had a different order and tried to charge me. Never going back. Updated. Just started drinking it and found out there was a bug in it. Literally didnt open the drink yet and its in there😑😑

    Customer service is not here at all!! I walked in, no one greeted,and they all stared at me like it's bothering them to take my order. They all the sudden put all the chairs up so no one could dine in and said they closed the dining area as soon as we decided we want to eat ice-cream inside since it's 102°f outside and my kids wanted to eat their ice-cream. Came to dine in and have a nice treat with my kids but got bad attitudes all around.

    So I did once like this place until they hired some workers that I don’t agree with making my drinks. Another reason why I will not be going back to this location is the price on the advertising is the price I would pay. If your advertising is expired take it down. Honor what the advertising says or ✌🏾

    First off the staff was extremely rude, the entire staff. They got our order wrong twice and then had an attitude about it when we took it back. The line was terrible and so is their coffee. The staff needs better training.

    I'd avoid this one for now. The lobby is closed so it's impossible to figure out what's going on. Long, inescapable drive through (wait time at least 10+ before ordering, good luck with online orders) and they have no idea what a chocolate Long John or bar donut is when asking about their available selection. At least the coffee was pretty good.

    The ladies here are always so nice when I come and make the coffee perfect! Decided to try a different location this morning (NEVER AGAIN 🙄) and they got my coffee order wrong 2x (2large caramel iced coffees w/cream and sugar, easy ice) so I came here seeing if they could just add what was missing and they gave me while new coffees and apologized for the other locations mistakes.     I visit this dunkin’ donuts location often as it is close to my house. I never had any issues with it until today. Upon receiving my coffee order, I noticed there was a long strand of hair inside of my drink. I was grossed out to see it. I asked the manager if I could have a remake of my drink and before I could finish my sentence, the manager was very rude & interrupted me. He repeatedly said no before I had the chance to explain to him about the issue with my drink. When I did get to finally address the hair in my coffee, manager looked annoyed & stated that it was my own hair that was in the coffee. Manager did not apologize to me or seem sympathetic. He was rude and was accusing of his customers. I suggest others to not buy from here.

    I went in to the store to get a couple donuts today, and the service was horrible it took them 5 minutes to even acknowledge I was there. I placed my order and the staff went back to talking to each other. It took them 15 minutes to get me 3 donuts that were there on shelf. They simply just forgot my order even existed even though it was not busy. I will not be coming back.

    Absolutely unprofessional crew. Was there Sunday around noon and the line cook (glasses, dreadlocks) was loudly cussing and yelling that she wasn't remaking anything. The lobby was completely full of people waiting on late orders. The girl making the drinks kept stopping to take more orders. Not only was she unable to focus on one thing at a time, she had ZERO sense of urgency. Moving at the speed of smell. (Wonder why they were so backed up) I also deliver from this location and they are often understaffed and confused. Go to the Shipleys down the street. This place is an absolute joke.

    It was the first time that I ventured in there although they've been here for a few years now. We had a nice after dinner goodie. I had the very berry strawberry ice cream cone while my date had the classic rocky road. Yummy 😋
