    It’s another chick-fil-a great as always! Drive through is kind of weird and as it starts when you enter the complex, considering it only have one line sometime line goes out to freeway entrance road. Drive through experience should have been better.

    Great food in the go! This kid was smiling to get his chicken sandwich! It’s the original and the drive through ordering was fast and convenient to get rid rid of hangrys! #SoldbyLucie working moms food in the go and a little more healthy than most drive throughs

    I love Chick-fil-A but I avoid this location for the speed of service. They always take a bit more time than the others. However, no complaints about the food!

    The landscaping, or what little there is, is well manicured. The parking lot is free of debris and potholes, with clearly marked parking and direction for the drive thru. The line was minimal, nevertheless, moved quickly. The voice on the intercom is friendly and quickly takes your order accurately. At the window/door, payment is taken quickly and you have your food in a matter of about five minutes. Smile abound.

    Ordered a #1 and substituted the fries with a side salad. Fast, friendly service. Delicious food and good atmosphere. Easy, fast lunch.

    Cashier named Sarah was very rude in the morning to us. We asked for chick fil a sauce i don’t know how many times and she still didn’t give us any. She just acted like she didn’t want to be there. I’ve never had a problem with chick fil a until today.

    If I could give them a 0 I would. I’ve never had a bad experience with chic fil a but I ordered through door dash all and it took them 40 minutes to fill an order my dasher called reporting they given my food to someone else and I like a dummy reordered through the app only for it to take another 49 minutes with no order from them. I will never use them again through door dash service is horrible .. canceled order and never received my food

    Ordered two 5 piece nuggets kids meal in the drive thru.. first of all I should admit I should’ve checked the bag but of course I trusted they had gotten the order correct, I got home and was missing 1 order of the 5 piece nuggets, imagine having 2 hungry kids when getting home and one of them didn’t have their chicken nuggets. And then as I open the other nuggets box I see 4 nuggets a tiny piece of chicken which shouldn’t even be considered a nugget come on. Me and my family love chick fil a but this location keeps messing up our orders and somehow we keep coming back but this time I really got upset because it was my kids food.

    We went into chick fil a for breakfast. I order first and then my friends order next. When they order the breakfast combo they were told that they were out of hasbrowns. They said no worries can we get a small fry. They said it would be an extra charge for the small fry. That fries cost more than hasbrowns. They were out of the food item that was part of the combo. Either let the customer know upfront or be willing to do a substitute for the item. Poor customer service.

    Not a typcial positive visit today. My kids were yelled at just for being in the play area and not playing. They were watching their youngest sibling play and told because they were too big they couldn't be in there. Ride employee not typical of chic-fil-a but throw This was our first visit to this location. For was fine and as expected.

    I love Chick-fil-A, so I hate that I just had my worst experience with the restaurant. I went in at approximately 2:30pm. I ordered an ice cream cone and a brownie. Then I waited over 10 minutes and observed that "Mr Allen" got his food immediately when he came in. When I got up to go to the front counter, 2 dine in orders were placed. They got their food within minutes. I asked for a refund and left. The team leader and the cashier saw me standing waiting for my order but never asked if I got what I needed. I didn't even get a "sorry" about my order when the refund was given.

    I just don’t get it. The drive thru took forever and it was kind of a mess. The fries were cold and soggy. The chicken sandwich aspired to be average but fell short. I ate maybe half of my sandwich and a few fries before throwing everything in the trash. I’ve tried multiple times to eat Chick-fil-A and it’s always the same result - mediocre food that’s not worth the time, money or effort. Completely mystified as to why there is such a mad love for this place.

    Went to get some Chick-fil-A breakfast. I placed an online order and paid before the breakfast ends. Got to the drive thru line before the breakfast end time but the line was long. I was only 2 cars behind before they switched the sign but when I arrived they denied me the order that has already been paid because it was 3 minutes past the breakfast time. They did not do anything to accommodate me even though I have done my due diligence. Terrible customer service and did not receive anything. I understand I was late due to reasons out of my control (long line) but given chick fil an amazing customer service I would have thought they would create my order or atleast provide an alternative offering. Never going back to this Chick-fil-A. Disappointed. Useless feature to online order.

    Although this location is terribly busy most of the time (for 15+ years) I still prefer to come here to get my Chick-Fil-A fix. I even drive to this location before going to the newer location by my home in Bedford (as they are still working out the kinks of hiring an organized and efficient staff). The Euless location has always had an outstanding team from management on down. Even during lunch & dinner chaos, I never get overlooked, rushed out, or have my order mismanaged. Consistency is the key, and it's what keeps me coming back!

    Chick-fil-A is always awesome. The only problem with this one is the drive thru. Super confusing and if you go around there’s no way to get back in the drive thru lines. So you have to drive all the out and then back in again. With busy traffic, which is like all day everyday, it feels like it takes a million years, which in Chick-fil-A times is 4 extra min.

    They can’t control their drive through line at all. None of the team members can remember who they told to go after who and so people end up getting cut off because you’re doing what you were told to by one person but everyone else is giving different directions. Communication between the people taking orders would go a long way at this store. Not to mention they’re always forgetting something in your order lately.

    I was having a rough day and struggling with situations that happened the day before leaving me feeling very alone and unseen. I had gave my cousin a call before I ordered talking about how I was feeling. Upon getting my order I received this card in my bag. I hope that whoever gave me this note knows how much you changed my day and how much this meant to me!

    The workers here are completely out of touch. I placed an order at 10:23am. Although it was still breakfast time, the cashier accepted and placed my order for a spicy chicken sandwich. Just a sandwich! Nothing else. 10:35a rolls around and I ask one of the food runners, “hey I placed an order almost 15min ago, what’s going on?” He said that they are transitioning from breakfast to lunch, so it should be only a couple minutes. Understandable, so I waited. In the next 10 minutes, I see people who placed their lunch orders right after mine, receive their order. The same food runner comes up to me and asks for my name, and then just walks to the back. One employee there was able to finish their lunch meal in the dining room before I was able to walk out the door with my order! I wait in line to speak to someone, as I get to the front my order is called. It is 10:52am at this time and I immediately ask to speak to a supervisor. The lady there gave an unacceptable apology. I asked her “my order was placed at 10:23am and it’s 10:52am now, what happened to my order?” Her response: “oh we were transitioning from serving breakfast to lunch, that’s why your order took a while, we’re sorry”. I said: “that doesn’t make sense, other people have received their lunch orders before I received my spicy chicken sandwich” Her response: “well we were out of spicy chicken so it took a while to make it” I asked: “why did no one tell me you were out of spicy chicken fillets??” Her response: “well I didn’t know either until now, someone should have said something” End of conversation. Completely unacceptable excuse. This place is a joke.

    Stop by real quick yesterday to get my daughter something to eat and not only was our food hot and fresh. Cooper was incredible! He made sure we were happy with our purchase. It’s so rare to find that kind of customer service in the food industry nowadays.

    This is the WORST chik fil a I have ever been too. Every single time I order I have issues. 20+ minutes waiting on curbside for one milkshake, ended up having to go inside and get it myself. Ordered through drive thru and items are left out constantly, full entrees. Ordered inside, one item and my order never came out, I asked for it and they said they never saw it come through. It’s crazy how I can give them multiple chances and I’m let down every time.

    I've never had an issue with this brand until today. Ordered a cobb salad, no cheese, no bacon with a spicy filet. First I pull up and it says I didn't place an order, so my sister an ex-employee says I'll go see if they have they have the order. Get inside they don't. Okay, so she readers. The first salad comes out with cheese and with tomatoes on it. Looks pretty minus the cheese. She goes back in and Zack takes it to the back. The order comes back out with four pieces of corn, a little egg, no tomatoes, and a mound of lettuce. I call in to complain and to avoid giving me a credit, Zack says there are no tomatoes. Just own up to the mistake. I get it, it was busy but don't mess up my order that I paid $12.21 for and waited over twenty minutes to get.

    Placed an on line delivery order and was told delivery would be by 12:09. Get to my Jose on my one hour lunch break and no food. Call the restaurant and am informed their driver didn’t show up today! Then why the hell didn’t you turn that feature off! I’m sure I’m not the only one who has run into this issue today! Thanks for ruining my lunch Chick Fil a! I won’t be returning!

    My order was wrong when we got to the window. They forgot drinks and other ordered items. Asked for my card again. They are not a cheap fast food and I normally rate them as the highest in fast food. This time was a big fail. But it is Chick-fil-A so.......i will be back.

    I come to this chick fil A once or twice and week, and i just witness the most embarrassing situation that can happen to an employee. Been call out by a manager in front of customers, just because the employee did not ask for how many sauces a customer want it. The manager excuse was that they are short on sauces and this is becoming a big problem. I would recommend to the manager to take the employee to a private office and take care of situation.

    I purchased an ice cream cone and they gave me the smallest cone I have ever gotten . I told the team lead called something with “Bella” and a she said that was the size which is not true. I like this ice cream and I have purchased it multiple times. Adding to this she gave an ugly rude face and I was polite with her . So I did not get an accurate size cone and also got a rude manner from the team lead. Zero in customers service. And I drove 10 minutes from where I was working to get here. Won’t be ever coming back.

    Hands down the worst Chick Fil A EVER! The people are rude, and there’s always something missing in my order. They never put any sauces in the bag and then they act like it’s a burden when you ask for them. Definitely going to start driving further to a different location.

    6:30 pm on a Thursday. Apparently this location has Santa and Mrs Clause (very cool!) but the condiment cupboard is bare. No mayo no nothing. Pretty bad look for a company that prides itself on having its act together and being customer focused. Other than that it’s a Chick-Filet. Foods good

    I am lactose intolerant and I requested and confirmed my order with no cheese. Everyone was friendly so I didn't check each item until I left. My meal was riddled in cheese. Friendliness is great but ORDER ACCURACY is equally important.

    This is a great Chick-fil-A, my kids love eating there! The drive thru line is normally very busy, so we normally do the mobile order and run into pick it up or choose curb side delivery. The employees are always nice and polite.

    ❤️ this place. The staff is always so friendly. And not that this is y’all’s fault but the drive through is always backed up to the road. Y’all need better traffic intros I was driving by once and someone almost hit me coming out of the drive through because a car couldn’t care enough to move another five inches.

    working in the food industry myself I have never seen an employee. Be so rude to a ping customer. I had an older woman, checking me out inside the restaurant and due to the building having zero service I was unable to unlock my card through my banking app, and she completely embarrassed meme after rushing me up to order with her saying that I need to be more prepared next time I come in, and during a complete fit that I wasn’t as quick as she wanted me to be. If you go onto the Chick-fil-A, steer clear away from the older woman with white grayish hair. She will definitely make you feel judged, not welcome, and stupid for something you can’t control.

    Brought my son to this chick fil a location after school. We sat here and did his Homework before utilizing the play area. We met Ms.Wendye she was so proud of him for finishing his homework she gave him an ice-cream. This staff is so friendly and welcoming . Made our experience so much more awesome than normal. Ms. Wendye went above and beyond and I will always remember that.

    I took my 3 kids here today to eat and play. By the time we were leaving, it had started to rain. As we were in the lobby ready to dart to our cars, one of the employees came over, gave us an umbrella to use, and walked with us the car. It was one of the kindest gestures, and we are so thankful. ❤️
