I will tell it like it is. 1. Every server is friendly, attentative and professional. 2. The cooks try their best to make sure the food is made to customer's preference, hot and fresh. If a mstake is made, they are quick to fix it properly. 3. The cashier is very professional, nice and also makes sure everything turned out good. 4. I like the fact that the owner runs a tight ship. Being direct, polite, friendly and very helpful to her customers. She actually goes around saying hello and making sure all is good. 5. It is a very family friendly place to enjoy your meal. It's very affordable and have large portions on a lot of dishes. 6. Ronnie's has a section available for family gatherings, church events and other large gatherings. I had the Beef tips and rice for lunch. You can cut it with a fork. I would highly recommend hands down Ronnie's to eat, have a relaxing environment and enjoy good service and hot fresh food.

Don't judge this restaurant by the outside! We weren't sure what we were walking into when we pulled up but went off Google reviews. Excellent service, great menu and amazing food! Great daily home cooked specials that will not disappoint. We came across this restaurant taking the back roads to NOLA and just so happened to return on the way back to Houston! On another note, a local elderly lady came in the restaurant selling bags of pecan pralines out of a card board box. We bought $10 dollars worth. After taking the taste test we bought $20 worth more! If you ever get a chance, this mom and pop business is a real gem not to miss.... 5 Stars from me is extremely rare....

Best gumbo I’ve ever had. Will literally come back everyday for the rest of my life just for that gumbo. Had a BLT too it was pretty fire. But that gumbo was something else, it’s my new obsession.

My incredible breakfast. Gumbo and biscuits! Best potato salad ever. Gumbo is very good. I’d eat here again.

I decided to order a cheeseburger for pick up. First of all, I looked up the menu online. I decided to order the cheeseburger. Price, 10.99 with fries. So, I declined the fries, not wanting them. I figured the price would be cheaper. NOPE!!. Same price, SMH. I was there on time to pick it up. The burger was cold, the meat was tough and the bun tasted the day old. Been better off eating a ham sandwich. DO NOT RECOMMEND
