Chill place with great cider. The worker was unbelievably clueless regarding customer service. She sat on her computer with her back to everyone the entire time we were there. Hard to get her attention to place orders or ask questions. Super slow to do anything.

Chill and gorgeous location, I can't get enough of the industrial decor. Frankies bagels snacks rock, they pair great with a lot of ciders. I'm not always on top of the newest creations but they always have something I like. I live the ability to get samples of everything, and there is non cider options for those who aren't into fruit beverages. Nice spot near old town, would be a great spot for arts alive

I frequent breweries more often, especially on trips, but also enjoy a good cider here and there. I am so happy we visited! Their offerings were extensive and if you are like me who doesn't typically enjoy overly sweet things, they have plenty of dry options. Even though it was sweet, their honey cider was delicious. I also loved the chill welcoming atmosphere and the option to mix & match 4 pack cans to go. One of my favorite cideries I've been to, highly recommend.

It's hard to overstate the degree of excellence going on here. The place has a light and relaxed vibe, with a steady turnover of friendly company, and a whole host of comfy spots to perch. But all of that is secondary to the stars of the show: the cider and the bar staff. The range of cider is exceptionally large, but also exceptionally excellent. Coming from the UK we have (probably overblown) OPINIONS about real cider. Yet, so much of the cider here was a real treat, with interesting single variateles, awesome local blends, and real options across the full gamut of dry to sweet. That kind of range might be overwhelming and confusing, if it weren't for the excellent work of the bartender (H.), who expertly guided everyone who walked in to something they'd enjoy. They were friendly, super knowledgeable, very patient with our out-of-town ramblings, and a delight to chat with.

Love, love, love their ciders! We are in town for a short time and have visited their tap room twice now! We have been to Eureka twice before, the first time was 2017 and tried their cider at the local fair. Sadly I can't get these anywhere close to home, so it's a nice treat when we are in town. They had so many different styles and tastes. If you like cider... even if you don't, stop in and try a few. You just might be surprised. If you go to the tap room, they are open on a Monday. Both times we were here, people came in with their own food, so get a bite to eat and stop here for some great ciders. You won't be disappointed!

So many wonderful options! You can make a custom growler. Our fav is custom growler, imperial blueberry + cherry + honey= yum!

Prior to walking into Humboldt Cinder Company I was not a big cider fan. I bought a flight and was surprised at how much I liked the flavored cinders like the cherry and blueberry. They were really good! I look forward to visiting again the next time I'm in town.

As soon as I saw Cider tap room, I knew I had to go. It didn’t disappoint in the slightest. Great vibe around the place, and the people behind the bar were super nice. I had a flight and asked to try their top five. All of them were really good, but the Honey and the Friends with Benefits blew me out of the water. Definitely will be visiting again when I make my way through.

Fantastic selection of cider, with some beers and wine available as well. Flights and large samplers as well as pints available. The staff is incredibly friendly, and made good recommendations for what to try.

So cute! Great tap room and options. We didn’t have the best employee here, not super friendly. But fast direct service and or pretty slow. It was worth the stop :)

A great environment to hang out and relax. Good stouts and ciders selection. Keep up the great work.

Absolutely delicious cider with a wide variety of styles/flavors (I prefer dry and my spouse sweet, so perfect). One of the owners, Jamie, personally helped us with tastings and gave us a lot of background on how it's made. Just a great experience in general. Thanks!!

Wonderful spot to grab a local cider, beer or kombucha off the tap. The atmosphere is similar to a coffee shop. My only wish is they had hot food to order but they do allow outside food and there are tons of great spots to get something to go to enjoy a drink or two. Love that they rotate their selection so it always seems like something new is on the board to try.

Great ciders, calm atmosphere, bartender was friendly and easy going. They also have a few beers on tap. We came in twice during our week stay in Humboldt county. They also allowed us to bring in outside food, so we brought some sushi from up the road and enjoyed a couple ciders at the bar. Will be back next time we're in town.

Good Cider for sure. But for godsakes when someone calls and asks prices for a growler YOU MUST TELL THEM your growlers are tiny, NOT the gallon growlers that are standard in brewery terms. Growlers are 1 gallon. At least mention that yours are not typical growlers, please.

I love this cozy little tasting room. They've always got lots of ciders to choose from, plus a few local wines, some amazing beer choices plus nonalcoholic options and kombucha.

I LOVE HCC!! They're my favorite cider bar. The atmosphere, the extensive cider and tap choices, and amazing service all keep me coming back over the years. They also do growlers and cans if you want to swing by and grab on the go.

😐 Went here on two separate occasions. First time I shared nachos with my friend they were amazing! Second time was when the power went out, props to being open. Unfortunately the server tried to charge us for two sodas when we only had one. When I asked for a little more sour cream she didn’t tell us...
