Someone was recently murdered at this place. I'd rather sleep in my car or at the local homeless shelter before I'd stay here. A known drug location.

If your looking for a place to stay *Do not go here*. Travelers stay away. I only put a star because it made me press one but I give it no stars.

Their is constant crimal/ prosutustion activity , their are extream bed bugs and cochroches.

It's fairly inexpensive the people that stay there seem very pleasant

Good job , noticible transformation to kid friendly and no tolerance for drugs and that sort , I like the improvement

If I can give this place is zero Stars I'll give it to you all stars it has roaches drug addicts 24/7 crime terrible place not recommended

I find it quite comfy and nice people. Could use a touch-up on looks, but warm and, comfy. Haven't seen any bugs, quiet and homey.

Its a little run down looking on the outside but the rooms seems reasonably clean and most are furnished with the basics for day to day activities. The long term patrons and the management seems nice enough and it tends to be a live and let live environment plus you can get a room for an extended period of time for a reasonable price.

I like this place. I know several people that stay there on more of a long term basis and they all seem happy enough living there as well. The rooms are more like small studio apartments inside and some/most seem to have been renovated recently as well. They do allow pets which is a definite plus for any animal lover. The only real negative remark I have is that the buildings themselves could use a face lift on the outside and although its not a dire thing u think it would go a long way towards helping out with the overall appearance of the neighborhood.

I have not stayed here and I won't because I believe the other reviews, which I don't always do. I am going to see for myself though then amend what is my thinking for what is the problem....could it be a series of bad customers, in Eureka ? It sure could. It could be complaints are warranted, also..... I will get this done before my next Eureka stay or on it ....10/4/2020 James Joseph Mallett

Not as bad as I first thought. Management is friendly and very straightforward.
