It was kinda cheap, so I can't complain really. The pillows were awefull, so bring your own if you can. Breakfast was ok, don't expect to much. The place is perfect though, parking spot nearby, just a few minutes drive from Phantasialand, and close to a baker and a grocery store. Our bathroom was mostly clean but the showerhead was old. For this price, it's fine but really don't expect much.

Room was spacious and comfortable. Location was nice. WLAN was not great and could have been a little cleaner. Can recommend 😁

Jedoch ist der Service unterirdisch schlecht - Ewigkeit um eine Getränkebestellung zu erhalten, beim Frühstück kamen bestellte Sachen gar nicht oder erst auf Nachfrage. Bedienung machte stets den Eindruck dort Arbeiten zu müssen und man hatte stets als Gast das Gefühl, sich entschuldigen zu müssen, dafür das man eine Bestellung getätigt hat. Wir waren vor einigen Jahren schon mal dort und leider mussten wir feststellen, dass der Service sich extrem verschlechtert hat im Vergleich zu damals. I don't understand the other reviews, we chose this accommodation based on the price and also because it is close to the amusement park. The front desk was very friendly, the room was clean and cozy. The only minus is for their pillows which deserve to be replaced because they are too worn out.

Everything was okay We received the room, but the blankets were tiny. Kid sized. The rooms are a 2 minute walk from the office, so I didn't go back in the cold to ask. Hotel is ok, if we speak about one or two nights. Walls are thin, ppl are loud at night. Rooms are fine. One fridge for everyone on hallway. Localisation of hotel is very good. Shops everywhere and nearby to highway.
