Drive thru is absolutely the worst! 15 minutes in lane #2 and watched 12 cars in lane #1 have their orders taken. When I asked for a manager, and told her I've been in line 15 minutes she said in a somewhat snippy way. " He had a problem with his register so he couldn't take orders" that was the end of it!! You can't get out of line because their parking lot is Total chaos or regular bases. If you park on the drive thru side you can't get out because of the line at drive thru..

I try to avoid this location at all costs if I have to. They take forever and they don’t adequately take the drive thru line in the order they arrive. The dual drive through is useless when you’re taking 3 cars from the outer line and then 1 car from the inner line. The order should be taken in the order in which the person arrives in the drive thru. It’s annoying and it happens often.

What drive thru provides no napkins, doent ask if you want condiments, " asked for sweet sour sauce for nuggets but got home and nothing. Sat 30 minutes in drive thru and was not about to go back. Employee's had to ask what I ordered beforei could receive food. Wow come on Folks get back to caring and taking care of customer.

I only go here when I hate myself And want to punish myself with terrible "food",or am really drunk and anything hot and greasy will be delicious and fill me up, never mind the diarrhea the next day until the next day comes but it's so good fresh... when that actually happens, and it's the luck of the draw ultimately. Request them to make a fresh one if it's terrible and they do without gripes, which is nice.

Fast food well not good I will never go here to eat again worse burgers burgers are not hard to make but they sure messed it up worse one yet I will tell everybody I know to not eat here

Ordered through the app at 2 am. Sat curbside for 20 min, called them, no answer, went to drive thru just to see 2 of the workers making out. Waited another 10 min and finally got my food. Nobody was in line the entire time. Not very happy honestly. Came inside the store to pick up my order on 4/1 and this McDonald's is by far the dirtiest I've ever seen. It's as if nobody working knows how to sweep or mop, not to mention I may as well be invisible standing at the counter.

Mobile order not recognized in drive thru, went inside, ok no problem. Stared at by 4 people, someone finally comes over and stares at me, no verbiage what so ever. Looks at my phone for mobile order grabs a bag and cup and puts in on counter and walks away. Take some pointers from chik fil a and how they actually talk to customers. I'll drive to Mt Dora McDonald's next time.

I left my phone with all my credit cards there 11/28/23 in a seat. By the time I realized I was home. Went back and some honest staff or customer turned it in. I was elated

Pulled into the parking lot and almost could not get off the road into driveway. Decided to back out onto road and go around and went inside. Kiosk would not take credit card. It's broke. Went to counter and got sausage eggs and cheese biscuit with a medium coke. Coke was out at fountain. Told one of 3 people stand in drive thru window(doing almost nothing) and she said "ok" and walked off. 30 seconds later I decided they didn't care. While waiting for my order that was done in shelf the kitchen help got a drink from one of the drive thru people. No one was making any drive thru sandwiches and that's why drive thru had more than 12 cars pulled up in it and hardly moving. Management needs to see this place at 7:00am on a weekday.

I went through the drive through and the cashier was super friendly and had a great attitude when interacting with customers. I think the prices are to high for what you get. McDonalds should be quick, fast and cheap and the cheap part has gone out the window.........

I went through the drive through and I ordered a frappe with my app. First they didn’t have what they show on the sign for a peppermint one and she said they have not had it for a month. The sign is still there. I used my app and when I got to the window the girl didn’t put in my number already even though I gave it to her twice. Then it took me 25 minutes to get my drink…….. only 4 cars in front of me. One of the worst run McDonalds I have been too. Then drink was all melted!!! Definitely not FAST FOOD or even good food!!

Trust me when I say, as a fat girl, I've been to TONS of McDonald's. This is by far my favorite. The line was wrapped around the building and I STILL didn't even wait 5 minutes to get food. They were busting out orders quick. Not only was it fast by the food was really good too. Nothing was dry or gross. 10/10 would drive an hour to eat here again

Drive thru moves pretty fast for it to be very busy at times. My only complaint is the re-dipped fries or old fries..

McDonald's is overpriced poison and you definitely have messed up priorities if you spend your money on it and especially if you feed pink slime to your children. Also this particular store is always crowded and yes the shake machine is down and the fries are cold. Bet.

This place is a total joke. Come here if you Consistently want half the food you pay for..

I ordered a to go meal at 4 pm on a saturday, play fish sandwich with lettuce and a small fry It should have been fresh at that hour. The fries were dried out, brown, greesy tasting and obviously refried. I didn't get any lettuce which was 40-cent extra. When I return back to the drive-thru window to inform her of the mistake, she said , "Oh I thought you meant extra lettuce.". There was none on it. Don't go to this store. The one in Mount Dora is much better both the attitude of the staff members and the food.⁸

I always use the drive-thru. These people who work it are really FAST. You get hot food in two minutes. Very impressive.
