I asked to get well done pizza. It was a soggy mess. When I first started ordering from this location.. It was very good. Today it missed the mark. The last few times of ordering… Terrible. . I give up. $70.00 including a tip for 2 pizzas and 1 salad with added meat.. Truly not good. I am in the industry.. This truly shows how people need to go back to work. Every restaurant is struggling. Costs are going through the roof and the cost to get a live body, is next to impossible. Please understand I am not kind in this review, but I have true empathy for the restaurant’s that are truly in a struggle of their lives. . I am greatful for those employees that are there Every Day.. We all have to understand we will be disappointed.. Our lives have changed.

This page on Google has a link that says price. You click on that and you get a picture of the menu, with NO PRICES LISTED! I would like to give a further review of your pizza but I will never go there because you don't give the prices on HERE. To me, when a restaurant doesn't give its prices, it means "too expensive"...

The people act like they dont want to work there and they have lowsy attitudes. Its like they just hire anybody! I ordered a pizza they gave me the wrong one.. put me on hold had an attitude and instead of being positive about fixing it they promised me a credit then hung up spitefully. The pizza was so salty it was not edible and greasy on top of that. I miss the old management! I will NEVER spend my hard earned money there again. Terrible. Need new workers and better management pertaining to customer service for sure.

Very poor service. Ordered my food on the app for pick up for convenience. Got to the establishment walked in waited at the counter for 5 to 6 minutes was asking for help saying hello knocking on the door and counter. Finally, the manager came around the corner didn’t say anything about me waiting there or give me a greeting. I told him I was waiting and asking for help. He apparently was outback with another coworker. Very disappointed as per. I had to be home to feed my family. When I got home, my pizza was cold.

The sandwich was OK, and the crust on the pizza was good. Unfortunately, it took a little over an hour on the delivery. They were short a driver causing delays on deliveries.

First time ordering here. And it was a great experience. They were freaky fast making 3 large pizzas. I enjoyed the crust options and the dill pickle crust is bomb. The reason for 4 stars is they were a tad skimpy on cheese and overall gravity was lacking a little.

Very friendly staff and food was great as usual. Never have any complaints about them.

I’m shocked to see so many bad reviews on this place, as I have NEVER HAD a bad experience! Customer service has always been great, delivery drivers have always been EARLY and very kind, and I love Hungry Howie’s pizza! The pizza orders were always correct, hot and cooked to perfection! Sometimes I think people love to complain or be miserable! Take it from someone who has ordered from them for over 5 yrs and I’ll always be back due to everything mentioned above! Keep up the amazing job!!

These stores are quickly going into a spiral into the ground. I don't think they will be in business much longer for all of the usual reasons. Rude employees that last for a few weeks and are replaced by other undesirables. Food quality issues, frequently they are out of supplies like sesame seeds and pepperoni. Call center in India trying to upsell you stuff that you don't want. Reduced ingredients like cheese and sauce. Website issues that are controlled locally at each individual store. Who is managing all of these stores? They need triage before its too late.
