On an evening return from the airport we stopped at Mt Dora Chili's for dinner and a glass of wine. This Dallas Texas headquartered chain supports some 1,600 locations world wide. First of all we were quickly seated and our server arrived for our drink order. I wish I had gotten her name because she was the most professional server I have ever had. All three of us agreed she definitely was not a rookie! Two in our party had the salmon and double sized broccoli. While they both loved their salmon, one had perfectly cooked broccoli and the other had hers under cooked (almost raw). I had one of their "Big Mouth Burgers® Mushroom Swiss Burger, There’s so mush-room in our hearts for this one. Sauteed onions, mushrooms, Swiss, lettuce, tomato, mayo". They hand-smash all the burgers to lock in flavor, then serve them up on a delicious, toasted brioche bun, with my new favorite, their awesome French Fries! Oh, and the wine wasn't bad either! We'll be back!

A friend from work and I went here for a couple of drinks and a burger to share. THANK GOODNESS we were sharing because that burger was HUGE!! My friend likes her burger medium well but I prefer mine well done.. they gave us a burger that was over well done.. it was burnt which didn't bother me too much but even for me it was a bit too done lol. The waitress went to her manager without telling us and had our meal comped so we only paid for our drinks! The waitress said she could tell we were not there eat and not pay for our meal but that we just genuinely didn't care much for the burger being burnt.. She went above and beyond & that's a great waitress!! Wish I would've got her name!

Food was good. Their chips and salsa are just a step above others. The service was spot on. The server would drop off another soda without us asking. The only problem was the obnoxious table next to us who were loud and drunk. This had never happened before and I hope it never happens again.

We had not been here in ages like years thought we would give it another try. I had the meat with peppers.The Fajitas were over cooked and oily and bland. Burgers were good. And the salad my daughter had was not good at all so disappointed. In her salad it was badically lettuces and fried bread crisp stuff a tiny bit of chicken not at all like the picture. Just bland. Food needs lots of improvement and more freshness . Won't be going back not worth the money. I will say service was good

Our food took forever to get. And it was burnt! My husbands burger was dry and crunchy And I had fajita trio which was also burnt, rice was stuck to dish and so was onions n peppers. Steak had black on it it and tasted burnt. Normally we get good service and good food BUT NOT YHIS TIME. VERY UPSET

Haven't been to chili's in awhile and ordered to go. Got home to enjoy it. Ordered the chicken pasta. It was terrible. Tasted like vomit. It was also cold and I only live 5 minutes away.

I stopped here today because I had gotten an order last Friday after work and it was terrible when I got it home and it was not edible. So today I stopped there and I had already called them last Friday about it. They made me a new order and brought it out to my car for me and I got it home and it was made to perfection! It was their Santa Fe Chicken Salad. The only thing I warn people of is the hot and spicy Santa Fe drizzle that you get on the side is very hot so be careful how much you put on. This salad is huge and will feed me 2 meals. Thank you Chili's for making this order right. I have been a long time customer of yours and I will continue to be so!

Medium rare steak, veggies, loaded mashed potatoes all cooked perfectly. I was hesitant because lots of non-steakhouse restaurants don't cook steaks very well but Chili's nailed it 2x so they deserve a great review. 👌 Clean, great service, great experience.
