Came to Eustis for vacation. My parents decided to join us for a couple nights. We decided to try Brickyard and boy am I glad we did! Chris from California was our waiter and absolutely the best waiter I've had. He was fun, kind and attentive. He always wasn't offended by my Dad's humor! The atmosphere was cozy and the food was yummy! But, our table of 6 collectively agreed that Chris was the best part of our experience !! Thank you

An excellent experience that really made my trip to Maine all the better. The food options are decently varied an quite tasty, quite good for such a remote location. There was a slight bit of confusion with my order which was promptly rectified to my full satisfaction. Throughout the visit all staff were kind and attentive, you have nothing to worry about eating here.

Two nights in a row, second night for the save and win, (started by going someplace else where service was so poor). So Good!! Beyond the great food, the service is Amazing. Was so enjoyable to watch the bar tender sling drinks & serving orders as waves of people came in, without missing a beat, smiling all the while. Highly Recommend!!!

First time to Brickyard Hollow, could not have asked for a better experience! Food was awesome and “Bones” as our bartender was the best. Great personality and very attentive to the customers needs. He checked in on us as well as other guests repeatedly while we were there and he never stopped going. This place is definitely what Eustis needed! Atmosphere is very welcoming and relaxing plus everything is clean. Will be back again soon!

Great pizza, beer, staff, and the view of the lake was the perfect touch. Mike explained the fascinating history of the area to us. Definitely a charm!

Horrible; undercooked chicken wings had to be sent back, fish tacos had barely one bite of fish and little filling, pizza ok but few pieces of meat and doughy. Had to wait so long for condiments that food was cold anyway. Too bad; we left hungry
