I am currently waiting to file a formal complaint through their complaint line which I located by calling their corporate compliance line. I've had great experiences up until the past two weeks with the same two staff at the front desk. It's very upsetting to me because I am a very good natured person and never rude, so when I began encountering this type of behavior I didn't truly know how to respond exactly. This gym is a great gym normally but poor treatment from these two females at the front desk in Eustis FL has made this a stressful experience for me all together so now I am reaching out to corporate compliance in an effort to rectify the situation all together. The issues are poor customer service and thankfully this is something that truly can be corrected. Otherwise, I love the location and the gym is clean with the exception of the tanning beds which appear to be only cleaned by those who use them. Equipment is functional but limited. I enjoy this location when the customer service is excellent and because it is a little closer to my home. Shut everything down 30 minutes before closing! Tv was turned off when I was using the tredmill! Doesn't make sense. Hire people that actually care about the facility and the satisfaction of your members.

Trash! Charge me $50 to start my membership then pulled another $50 out of my account a month-and-a-half later for "annual membership fees". Nobody told me I'd have to pay anything other than the monthly dues. Makes absolutely no sense why they would just throw in an extra fee on a random day and call it an annual fee... Would make a lot more sense if they charged it when I made the account, or I don't know maybe a year after having the account, not five weeks after signing up. Last time they steal from me

My personal experience at the gym is always great. I enjoy very much my time there in every area of the gym. And the staff always makes me feel welcome. I really like the massages area.

This place needs a dress code. Too many individuals just hanging out occupying equipment. Too many indecent women. Planet fitness isn't a dating site.

Clean. New arrangement is good. Enough room to do walking lunges. Would like to have sled weights but happy with what they have so far.

I love going to the gym early in the morning when everything I want to do is available with no waiting. I do wish the clock on the back wall would be repaired -- it's been timeless at PF for over a month now. :-) Seriously, the gym is clean, equipment is in good repair, and it's well worth the reasonable membership fee.

Fantastic place for our workout. Had major surgery 16 months ago and found low impact machines to help get me back on my feet for over a year now. The manager Tom and his assistant manager have been running a great ship, especially with some of the more recent employees there. KJ, Eric, Zay, and Emma, just to name a few, keep the desk running, always cleaning and always smiling and joking to keep everything comfortable and light, when checking in or needing a hand. I appreciate on how they all get along and help one another and helping the patrons out when needing something. All good people and always a pleasure to be around. My wife and myself truly appreciate everyone at Planet Fitness in Eustis Florida.... John and Gayle, Tavares Florida.

I love this gym!!!! Hubby and I have been going here for over a year. First manager we were not impressed with at all. Then along came Tom and the new crew. So much better!!!! Shaniqua (I believe she's the assistant manager) as well as KJ, Eric, Zay, and Emma. The difference with this crew is night and day! They are ALWAYS smiling and greet you when you come in. They really seem to enjoy working with each other, as well as interacting with the members. They are always busy cleaning, vacuuming, and wiping down the machines and ready to assist you in whatever way they can. There really is SUCH A NOTICABLE DIFFERENCE now, and we couldn't be happier to have this crew here at our location! Kudos to you all! Keep up the good work guys. We appreciate you! :) GDS

The gym itself is clean and nice. The management, specifically shaniqua was the most disrespectful, immature person I've ever spoken to, how she is management is absolutely unreal to me, I will make sure all friends and family know not to sign up at eustis planet fitness while she's still employed there.

Today was a big disappointing day at planet fitness in Eustis. 3/4 of the way through my workout on the treadmill. Dylan tapped me on the shoulder and asked me if I would change treadmills to the other line of treadmills. He said he was pulling them all out to clean underneath them. I said I would rather not until after my work out as all the metrics times, calories speeds, etc. would be lost. He said since I was close to finishing my work out it would be OK to continue. This type of priority is not acceptable to me, and the owner should set policies and procedures to avoid interrupting a Member during a work out for a routine cleaning. After the second stage of my workout in the 30 minute workout equipment area, I walked out of the area and my only way through the main hall to the door was through the debris hair, dust, etc. that was accumulated on the floor from the treadmills that had been pulled back. The lady said come on through. That was a very unpleasant experience! The time of day was about 120 in the afternoon on December 2, 2024. Hopefully management or ownership will reply to my message and make changes as appropriate to ensure these kinds of activities. Do not happen again. Additionally, it was sad to see that my request of Hydro bed number one was not available. Only to find out Hydro bed number one and number two are currently not in working order. That leaves one Hydro bed working which is number three this is not acceptable and hopefully management and/or ownership will keep the equipment in proper working order in the future.

All the staff is exceptional. Very polite, and extremely thoughtful. I am a veteran amputee and was able to use the treadmill for the first time in 4 years. I love planet fitness. Merry Christmas to all of you and your families. God bless.

Amazing place. I wake up early in the morning to go to PF and it’s feel Im in family. The staff are amazing.

The staff is the best part of the gym they are some of the nicest people I've ever met and the manager is absolutely phenomenal she works very hard with keeping up on keeping all of us members satisfied

Same ole thing with planet fitness, friendly people, super clean, everything works. Planet Fitness is the best place to spend your health and fitness dollar hands down.

I changed gyms to this one, and for the first time, probably since the pandemic, I am making my goals. The rest of the world, I suspect, from lockdown, did not meet such goals, and when they were able to get gym memberships-they came out in full force. And they were all at my former gym. The place was packed. I would have to wait in queues for machines or even a space. And the people using those machines were those experienced blokes that did not care for those who were just trying to get healthier.I left.Came to Planet Fitness and have found the staff is approachable, the place is clean, the members friendly, and the equipment....adequate. Yes. Could use another hip sled, a few more barbells and another rowing device, but, for now? Perfect. In fact?I have been recommending it-alas, the crowds I hang with are not exactly the gym-going crowd. Peace!

I love my gym! Affordable, unlike those guys down the road, plenty of machines and space, super friendly staff and members. I just wish they had childcare. Overall, it's a great gym.

Every Planet Fitness Gym I've worked out at has been a great deal but this one is the biggest and the best! If you live anywhere close you should get a membership and consider yourself lucky to have such an awesome Planet Fitness nearby. All the equipment is nice and even when it gets super busy you can get a good workout in while still having some personal space.
