Went to drive thru and ordered a cup of ice cream ( plain sundae) . Order taker wrung it up as an ice cream cone. We told him we don’t want a cone just the plain sundae. He told us it would be correct. So we go to the pay window first and it still says ice cream cone on the ticket. I asked again will they know it’s not a cone just plain ice cream sundae up front. He says, “yes, yes.” Then we proceed to the pick up window to get our food. We got our food and then I see the girl bringing us an ice cream cone. I told her we ordered a plain sundae and he wrung it up as a cone. He told us it would be right. So she walks off and comes back with the ice cream cone upside down in the sundae cup. I told her that was unacceptable. I would not accept that. Can we just get a plain Sundae as we ordered? She stated you didn’t order a sundae you ordered an ice cream cone. I told her that was on the ticket like that because the order taker put it like that but we 100% ordered a plain sundae. She tells us to pull forward. At this point I stated for what? All we are asking is for a plain sundae not an ice cream cone that was wrung up wrong. We will not pull up. So then she comes back with a chocolate sundae and hands it to us. I couldn’t believe what I was seeing.. I told her that was wrong. We only want a plain sundae for the 100th time. Again you will have to pull forward. I refused again. I don’t understand how hard this is. Let me speak to your manager so I can just get a plain sundae. I have a 16 month old and she can’t eat an ice cream cone without making a mess. Finally we got a plain ice cream sundae. I was wore out trying to explain to them something so simple. They really didn’t care or try.I still can’t believe they just stuck the ice cream cone upside down in the sundae cup and served it instead of making it right to begin with.

So, I went in to get a mcrib. The sign outside said come in and enjoy our new experience. I walked in and discovered nobody working the front counter... No big deal, I can use self checkout. Placed my order, but the self checkout did not allow me to type in the number of their little flag. Again, no big deal, I'll just wait. just over 15 minutes later, someone came from the back/kitchen with my order. Before I could thank them, they disappeared. I went to the counter, and after a nice long wait, somebody came out and I asked for ketchup. She quickly provided the ketchup and disappeared before I could ask for the drink I ordered. Again the wait, again the ask. Got my drink, Sat down, ate my substandard mcrib and room temperature fried. Loved my experience!

Air conditioner broken. Flies everywhere, conditions of floors and tabletops, especially in play area, is gross. It’s obvious nobody’s attended to this area all day. Employees were fussing behind the counter and several people were doing 90% of the work while others moved real slowly. I have come to this McDs for years and it’s never been in this bad of shape. Disappointing for one of the nicer areas in this county.

I have avoided this mcdonalds for a long time but after having my arm twisted I went to pick up food here for my family. I got my receipt time stamped at 9:24pm and by the time I left it was 9:59pm. I have never seen such a mess in my life and this is why I can't stand this mcdonalds. I had a mobile order I was picking up and they just shuffled me in to a parking space which I didn't think was so bad AT FIRST. They gave me my coke and milkshake before having me park. They brought out part of my order in about 5 minutes and said they would have the rest shortly. Shortly to them was 25 minutes later. At one point they had shuffled off 7 cars that we counted from the drive through in to a parking space. The attendants were coming out, "did you get soing so"? They didn't even know which car had what food it was so chaotic. We eventually had to go inside and show the receipt to receive our food and I had to trade out my milkshake as it was just chocolate milk by that time. 35 minutes! That is an outrage! I don't know why this mcdonalds always has issues but they have for years. I live a mile away and have stayed clear because the food is never as ordered and the service is lackluster at best. Whoever the manager is there should be fired immediately.

I love the new update but the playplace is smaller. The workers ignore you and won’t pay attention to you. There is no longer fountain machines. They forgot one of the sandwiches from the meal which sucked considering nobody at the counter wants to acknowledge anyone and people were leaving.

Even with this McDonald’s being in Evans it’s is possibly the worst one I’ve been to. Cleanliness is horrible. Customer service is sub-standard some of the employees are rude for no reason. To top it off I had to wait 30 minutes on two double cheeseburgers. Customer service Training and training on taking your job serious is needed.

Love the new play place. it is so easy for us to go and let the kids run wild and enjoy a bite to eat. My only complaint was last time we had to play and leave because they were out of french fries. How can Mcdonald's be out of French Fries? Just seems wild. As long as that does not turn into a reoccurring issue, we will continue with this establishment. She was super apologetic about the situation, and that empathy and communication, and owning it, goes a long way.

Can’t never get no service in the front.. when you try to get someone attention they ignore you…seem like they only focusing on the drive thru orders…when I did order they took about 20 mins just to make the order, what a waste of time!

Ordered through drive thru a quarter pounder meal. Ordering was fast and the people where very polite. I have noticed the drink containers are very small compared to what they used to give out for meals. The quarter pounder was ok. Had all the toppings. Coke was good as usual at McDonald's. The French fries were hot and good (but didn't have much if any salt), however for the meal price, I expect the container at least be 3/4 full. It should be all the way full. Quality out the door sometimes is lacking. I probably would have given at least a 4 star maybe 5 if they would have at least given an effort to fill the fry container. I guess that is why they have to draw fries on the lip of the container to make it look full. Lol.

They always forget and skimp out on something. So don't leave the window until you confirm everything... ie.. fries, apple slices and if you asked for 6 nuggets that you don't get 4 in the happy meals. Sometimes my kids don't even get the toys. I wish there was a more convenient McDonald's on my route.

Went 3 different places and they had mcrib on board but no one had them. I don't care for the new layout. Very little seating. And if they are busy, it takes a while to get a refill.

Ordered inside. No service near the front. Self service ordering is nice, but waiting 20+ minutes for a double cheeseburger and fries is unacceptable for this type of food business. Customers were treated to employees arguing in the kitchen. I have not been here since the remodel was completed and I honestly don’t see myself coming back.

McDonald's is good old reliable fast food. Not bad not great but it occasionally hits the spot and is usually consistent even when traveling. The food is sometimes barely warm and at my local restaurant they regularly can't make certain specialty drinks, most recently they couldn't make coffee which in the morning is the primary reason for my visit. SMH. Don't get me wrong I like McDonald's for fast food occasionally but let's face it you get what you pay for. The big Mac now has more toppings and thus taste. You can't go wrong with a Quarter Pounder.

Worst McDonald’s in the surrounding area. Quality of food is terrible. Like I know it’s McDonald’s, but every time I go, the burgers look as though they’ve been sitting out all day… old, dry and cold. I also hope they hire new and better staff once the remodeling is completed.

We drove all the way over here for the play place and they have it closed. On top of having it closed, they have the door locked to the area which also shuts off most of the tables to sit at. Multiple families came in trying to go to the play place while we were in there. The food was fine. Fries were decently warm. More than half the drinks were out on the machines.

This is nothing against the workers. They were great and some of the best I've ever experienced at a McDonald's. Why have these young people been working with no air conditioning for 4 months?? It's ridiculous! My food was perfect, and the workers were as well, IN SPITE OF. I was sweating, only having been in there for 4 minutes, so I know they're back there sweltering! I feel so horrible for them.

The service was good, but the food was not so great! I requested a 20-piece nuggets freshly cooked. The fries were hot, but only the top box of nuggets. The second one was cold and been sitting in the warmer for hours! I didn't have time to go back, so I just left it alone. I hate it when I spend my money and not get what I ask for. No worries, I won't be back.

Ordered curbside. We waited 30 minutes before we decided to go inside. There was no service at the counter and other customers had been waiting for over an hour, but they were serving the drive thru orders. Finally got my food, didnt get my drink so i had to wait more for that aswell. I get home and bite into my mccrispy and theres no mayo or lettuce, and the patty is burned so bad i cant even chew it. NEVER coming back here. God awful.

This location is soooo much better since the remodel!! Shorter wait time, faster service…the food comes out hot and they finally have Coke Zero at the drive through!!!! Shout out to Adrian. She was on it!
