Ordered a Coke on the app. Checked in and waited several minutes. Nobody came so I told them on the speaker that I was waiting for my drink. They seemed clueless and asked what I had and told me they'd have it right out. I continued to wait, watching everyone go through the drive thru. After waiting 25 minutes I told them to cancel my order.

I give the food 5 stars because it is great in the junk food category. I know I'm not getting steak and shrimp, I know that I'm getting a footlong hot dog but it sure is a darn good hot dog. It's great greasy comfort food. (Said with love) Their onion rings are some of my favorite from any restaurant. I love their lemonberry slush, especially when they're half price in the app.

Ordered a chilli cheese coney and Chilli cheese tots. My hot dog was completely dried and hard. Like I couldn't eat it hard. Service was ok.

Besides the fact that the person who took my order didn't want to be at work, you guys would really serve this for $6‼️

Good was hot and delicious, in this day and age that's becoming a rarity. I got a double bacon cheeseburger and fries and wife got a frito Taco (thing) and a cheeseburger, both were great and the guy that came to the window even thanked us for the tip. Highly recommend.

Normally, it's not bad, but yesterday I ordered only an ocean water, and I waited 30 minutes before going to the door to ask for it. Then they tried to give me the wrong size. If it had been busy I could understand, but there was only one other car with people in it.

Went to get some ice cream. Got to the window and sat there for 10 minutes because the kids where playing around and were apparently too busy to even acknowledge me. Then one girl FINALLY comes to the window and hands me my ice cream and goes "sorry about that". I give her my card and she looks at me like I'm crazy, apparently she didn't even realize that I haven't paid yet. I literally could've drove off without paying and she wouldn't have noticed a difference. Anyway, she comes back with my card and I go to ask her for a spoon and a straw, but she shuts the door as I'm talking and walks off, immediately gets on her phone. So I'm still sitting there for another couple of minutes, just staring at them as they continue to play around. Finally, what I assume is a shift manager, comes to the window and goes "are you missing something?" So I was like "yeah, I was asking for a spoon and a straw and the girl just walks away as I'm talking to her". So the manager gives me what I asked for and goes "sorry" and walks away. I've never had a bad experience at this particular location until last night. It's like everyone there was a teenager and didn't really care about doing actual work. It's like they were annoyed that I was there.

Melissa made sure that my breakfast was hot and delicious. I've been turned off by this Sonic and not been back in months, but I wanted a slush and breakfast sandwich so bad today. She was running the whole restaurant by herself and doing a doggone great job of it. I'll be back as long as she's running it.

This my post about That Flippin Egg, you will understand once you get to the end. So I arrived at the restaurant at 11:25 today and upon entering, I noticed 6-7 tables had people seated. It was odd that there was no hostess at what I would consider lunch time. The sign said “wait to be seated” I waited about 2 minutes for someone to realize that I was at the door and another 3 before actually being seated. The waitress (I am assuming) short brunette, asked me what I wanted to drink on the way to my table, to which I replied coffee, black please. I then waited 25 minutes for nobody to come to come to my table. At that time, the same waitress, who sat me originally (short brunette), came to my table and asked me if anybody had waited on me yet. When I said no, she asked me “what I would like to drink?”. I wanted to scream at her but, instead scoffed at her incompetence, stood up grabbing my keys and wallet, and told her to have a nice day as I left the restaurant. Went to Sonic for breakfast that shares a parking lot with this establishment, it was exponentially more enjoyable and I was greeted by an enthusiastic Malifecent (its Halloween remember) who more than made up for my experience at That Flippin Egg.

Went to the 4436 Washington Road Evans location on 1/4/23. Khatlyn is a keeper. She has a great personality and genuinely looked happy to be at work. She deserves a raise. This is pretty rare especially in the food industry. Food was hot and delicious.

Was forgotten twice. I went up to a stall and ordered my food. After about 20 minutes I push the button again and someone asks for my order. I explain that I already ordered and was wondering if my food would be out soon. The person looked up my ordered and apologized and said I should've gotten already. So I wait another 20 minutes before I decide to leave.

It's OK except it's always a bunch of high school kids in daddy's pickup hanging out in the parking lot. This generation has no idea how to have fun. Mozzarella sticks are awesome though

This Sonic always has your food out quickly and it's always hot! The only problem with this place is that I have to pull into several spots before finding an ordering machine that is functional. It's still one of the best Sonics I've been to though.

Several kiosks were down, and I had to change positions several times. The employee could barely hear me and had to correct the order several times. Plus, prices seem to be much higher lately.

We went during happy hour and got slushies. Service was quick, even though busy. Lady was nice.

The corn dog was a little undercooked and it didn't come with the mustard on the picture. I didn't realize I had to ask for it. Tots were perfect though.

Hands down the best Sonic I've ever been to! Staff were exceptional. Honestly, never had an experience like this at any Sonic. They're consistent as well because I've come numerous times and it's always a great experience.

It took them 8 times to figure out what we ordered because they were playing hop scotch while i was waiting at the window for 23 minutes. Terrible.
