What I did like: the location was quiet/not too many people around, pet-friendly (there is a sign in the office that requires you to let them know if you have a pet, and that it will be a $10 charge per night extra/$25 charge if they have to clean up any 'messes' - which was not disclosed when I rented the room via their website), a fridge and microwave in room, a modest continental breakfast, and the price was reasonable (I paid about $80 for one night). The service staff were also quick and pleasant. What I didn't like: The room was visibly dirty when I walked in. The headboards, table surfaces, and floor had smudges/crumbs/hairs. The duvets and sheets smelled clean, but had burn holes and stains all over them. There was no bathtub, just a standing shower in the bathroom, which is fine - but the nozzle on my shower was obviously missing a piece and just sprayed water all about. Luckily, the towels were clean and without and stains. The section of the parking lot where I was located was a little dingy and some of the street lamps were broken. I chose not to walk my dog here because there is broken glass/trash around the parking lot edges. Overall, I would not choose to stay here again if I had a better choice at a similar price - but it did the job and I survived! And thank you to the staff for being kind and courteous.

The rooms are comfortable & have been updated since our last stay. The receptionists are really nice, especially the one with the red hair, she made sure our stay was perfect. Recommend it.

The first room we were put in had stains as soon as we pulled back the covers. Then, because the first room was dirty (stains, hair in the shower, things on the towels), we were moved into another room. This room has stain on both beds, and the shower had random specks in it as well as hair. It is advertised as very nice but it is very run down. Not only this but when we requested a refund, we were told that if we left the next day (we booked two nights) we would be charged an extra day, despite the room being dirty. Very poor service.

I would not recommend this inn. In the morning my phone didn't charge. I asked the front desk to look up something on maps. She said no. The way I was treated you would think I robbed them - even the manager got involved when I asked the front desk clerk if she might have a charger cord. Of course, she didn't. I was polite and glad when I was told I was no longer able to stay there.

They have done a good job at remodeling this hotel! Rooms are way nicer then what they were before, area is great as well and the ladies at front desk are always nice and helpful and housekeeping as well. They used to have people roaming around at all hours of the night but was surprised how well they managed to stop that. I stayed here for 2 weeks and it was quiet all night safe to say I will be returning! The manager Yadira is very understanding and works hard to accommodate everyone’s needs. Thank you rodeway :)

Very much disappointed with the hotel. I called in advance to ask for early check in at 2pm instead of 4pm. When I called they said that would be fine. I work on the railroad and I don't have that much flexibility as far as times. I needed a room at 2pm so I could get settled in before I had to work on trains. When I got there however, I was told nothing would be ready until 3 and that would be the earliest I could check in. At 3 I'm supposed to be on a freaking train. I was basically lied to, and then told off like it's not a big deal. It's kind of a big deal! What am I supposed to do for an hour? Sit in a hot car wasting gas for a little bit of air conditioning? How am I supposed to get my grip together for work when I'm expecting to be in a room and instead am sitting in a car?! Very irritated with the people and the service. Doubt I will ever consider staying here again.

Strangers are always hanging around knocking on your door and dangerous situations. If you call 911 and they feel it’s not important or your guest calls you get kicked out and they don’t refund your money or deposit. I asked for them to clean my room for a week nobody cleaned it. Bedbugs and addicts everywhere!!! Beware

Not best location but staff has been very friendly every time I've had contact with any of the ladies at front desk. The room isn't the cleanest but I just got cleaner and used my own blankets.. housekeeping is very nice and brought me a broom to clean the floor. It's pretty quiet through the night and police patrol regularly which is good.

This place is cheap only one I can afford at times otherwise wouldn't return ever there was drug parifanila in the room on 2 separate stays 2 different rooms and it's clear they don't fully clean the rooms or have upgraded them in a long while wouldn't recommend staying here The room we stayed in was clean and conferable only really bad side was the heat didn't work only blow out cold air and the fan in the bathroom mad noise at the start got quite after a few minutes but nothing bad add on to it the front seat worked with us on the depot would have been great if they would drop the depot but understand they need it to cover some things that happens in rooms should not charge a deposit when booked online it should be part of the price stayed at this place a few times and this was one of the better experiences I had definitely happy to see they improved the standard of clean now if the rooms would be updated would be nice but will go back now from before experience not my first choice recommended to anyone but one that I will recommend

The room was less than adequate to say the least.. the door barely opened without brute strength, the bathroom door knob was falling off, the shower had zero water pressure, the bed was all the way against the wall on one side so it was quite demanding for two people to get in and out of, the air conditioner/cooler did not get cold at all, the window opened but there was no screen, and the WiFi basically sucked.. tried to connect our PS4 and it said it had to authenticate the connection, which normally you can accomplish through the front desk, but unfortunately the what seemed to be 14 year old behind the desk had no answer other than "I don't know anything".. so needless to say, the PS4 never got connected.. it's definitely true that you get what you pay for, but in this case, at $49/night plus tax, I absolutely feel like we were overcharged for this stay. I definitely do NOT recommend this location destination. Oh and also we had some random guy come knocking on our door like 3 different times trying to come in and asking for things, etc. Not a good experience at all.

I've stayed here and spent thousands of dollars when working in area. Never once in 2 years have I had any issues. I had words with one of the employees and hasn't been same since. Made up a lie about smoking in room just to keep my deposit when I couldn't afford to lose it. I feel taken advantage of.....

The rooms are clean an location leaves something to be desired. Everytime I stay here the lot is crawling with crackheads an sketchy people running around all hours of the night. Plus it seems like I see the police there at some point during every stay I've ever had there.

I stayed here about 5 years ago. What I saw Christmas of 2021 was some average Joe like you n me working hard on an older building. I see the rooms painted recapped new appliances new beds etc. I see people who have and remain working hard to make my stay pleasant. The lady at the desk was amazing ! The rooms were warm and clean. Always hot water and good water pressure. Clean sheets with two clean blankets. I reco.end this place. Take the bad reviews with a grain of salt. Being a Karen doesn't make your trip better. Appreciate your fellow hard working human beings and your stay will be seemless. Love you guys. I'll be back 💋

It's an alright place for a night's rest. Bed was really comfy, the room is pretty small but for the price it's fine. My only big gripe is the shower doesn't even approach lukewarm.

  • 2/5 Ivan H. 1 year ago on Google
Negative: Shower stall and sink was dirty. I had to clean myself. Towels and sheets had stains. No receipt on checkout due to booking. Funny cause I use the same booking tool for every hotel and I get receipts at all of them except here. Positives: other than sheets and towels room was clean. Good internet. Not loud at night. Good parking. Good clean pool.

Worst hotel in Greeley. Staff is rude I got a room at 10am and showed up at 12 they then told me they didn’t have a room cleaned for me to come back at 2:30pm I asked if they could clean one really fast the lady told me the cleaners were on break so I had to sit in a hot car for hours! It’s embarrassing how bad this place is

Was not impressed, to say the least! Booked a queen room for 2 adults & a dog. Ended up with a full sized bed instead. Sketchy acting guests. Watched two drug deals go down in the parking lot after 10pm. Around 4am, our smoke alarm goes off for no reason. Didn't notice until morning.... Blood splatter on the wall and curtain!!! Will never stay there again!

Arrived early and the very sweet front desk employee let me check in and asked that I wait another hour or so for my room to be completed. I agreed. I was early after all. I got an uncomfortable gut feeling from this place as soon as I pulled into the lot. People use the Rodeway as a dwelling and in these trying times, that's fine well and good. People have to do what they have to do. Too many people just hanging out on the campus, which brings down the appeal. People in walkways, blocking steps with all their belongings, their conversations and won't move. The dirty female with the leg scars and the one nodding off for 45 minutes on the sidewalk under a tree at 2pm. That's just unsettling for a person on vacation. I got bad vibes, thought about it as it's only an overnight. Went to Wendy's, came back, loaded all my stuff in my carry bag and head to the room, which should have been clean and ready by that time. It wasn't. I opened the door and it was still untouched and reaked of pot. Again...I cannot smoke or I'll get a ridiculous cleaning fee, but 420 it up...So I handed in my key and left. I ate the cost of the room overnight, which I expected and the front desk kid refunded my deposit I had to give on checking in. So...another thing that was weird and a negative. There's a form the front desk employee has you sign stating that you are to call 911 only for life threatening situations, otherwise call the front desk and they'll handle it. I'm glad I left. Trust your gut. I will say I booked this room based on reviews, which were great for the price. Clean out the riff raff please.

The staff was always in a bad mood every time I went down there they were like they didn't care. The carpets were very dirty. They never told us about nosie complaint true in on us we have two kids who are always running around. I would strongly tell you to look other places before here

Fan was very loud then stopped working. I asked the front desk for a fan. They didn't have any. She was not accommodating and almost blamed me for it not working or reporting it when I first checked in. Carpet was sticky had to wear my shoes the entire time. Cigarette burns on bedspread, smelled like dirty diapers and pot. Was uncomfortable even sleeping in the bed. Took my suitcase back to my car, to prevent possible spread of bedbugs. I just wanted a clean basic room for the night to shower and grab a couple hours of sleep. Nothing fancy Was so muggy the windows which didn't open were steam over. Would not recommend unless you are desperately tired.

Unsanitary and unsafe. The carpet was sticky and damp, there was froot loops and Cheetos under the beds, the non-smoking room reeked of marijuana, and the sheets had cigarette burns in them. We were terrified we were going to get bed bugs from here. There were many signs up saying to ensure your car was locked - it seems like they have an issue with theft. I wouldn't stay here again if I was paid to.

Nowhere to hang clothes, but plenty of drawers. Could have been cleaner. For instance the areas around nobs and switches. The edge of bathroom door (where people grab it) hadn't been wiped down in some time. It's also sticky! EXCELLENT SERVICE! The ladies at the desk, housekeeping, AND maintenence were all VERY RESPONSIVE! I needed a new blanket, 2 bulbs, and the toilet flusher fixed over my 3 nites stay. Overall, comfortable at a good rate!

Staff including management staff at the Rodeway Inn think that it is funny to abuse their position and simply due to personality problems put a person on a DNR list. This is wrong and out of control and needs to be fixed by the Owner A.S.A.P.!!!

The owner has made many changes to the property and it’s looking great. Customer service is good and the rooms are clean. I’ve stayed there off and on for years and I find them to be very accommodating. They always made sure I had what I needed. Thank you RODEWAY inn!

It's an OK hotel, lots of people do live here and if you are planning to stay I suggest stay on 2nd floors since they are cleaner. Internet and Tv service is good, hot water and room service everyday. Enjoy

Room was disgusting, dead flies on the ceiling and wall. Ceiling vents where covered in dust and looked as though they had not been cleaned in years. The bathroom sink was stained and cracked, the toilet was broken there was black mold in the shower. At 3 am their was a domestic dispute above our room. Heard screaming and yelling, you could hear glass being broken in front of our room and obvious police activity. After not sleeping and being a bit terrified to even step out of our room when we did go to leave there was fresh dog increment in front of our door and large pieces of broken glass. When I went to the front desk to cancel our stay for the night because there was no way I was going to put my family in that dangerous situation again the office staff seemed rude and dismissive. I did receive my money back for the cancellation on October 26th but no apologies for the situation or the disturbing condition of the room. I personally think this motel needs to be shut down for the safety of anyone else that dares stay. I also think a full refund is appropriate for the horrendous experience we had on the night of October 25th.

Personally my room was fine the bed is comfy, small room but it worked. On the other hand my sisters room with her newborn and almost 3 year old their bed has bed bugs and got bites. There was as well a trucker complaining because there was roaches in his room. So make sure to check everything before you go to sleep!

It's more like an extended stay for homeless that get voucher from the state. They were creepy. Rooms were less then welcoming 🙏 and the experience was totally different then any I have had before.

We spent 3 nights here for vacation and I must say everything was excellent. As for the room it was excellent and surprisingly comfortable. I would recommend this hotel for others.

They will take your deposit from you. You won’t get it back for any reason so don’t pay with the card there’s bedbugs there we were in at three different rooms and each room had bedbugs in them. L hours of the night there’s homeless people there’s fighting there’s cops. Tons of drugs that go through there the whole hotel smell like marijuana. It’s not worth a stay more than money. Also, they have people there that still for the front desk people and then them whatever they need in the nighttime laundry soap, shampoo, whatever they need so they can get their room for free along with all the drugs that go through the front desk

Close to the highway and easy to access. The staff here is amazing, from the front desk, housekeeping, grounds, and maintenance. Every time we ask for help, everyone helps us with a smile and immediately. It is an older hotel, but it is remodeled and maintained perfectly. We never saw any insects or rodents, except for the houseflies that follow us into the room. The rooms are really clean, great air conditioning and great amenities. The swimming pool is perfect. They even serve free breakfast every morning. The moment you walk into the fresh-smelling office and meet the staff, you know it's going to be a great experience. I will definitely stay here for future trips. Service here is better than many four star hotels we've stayed at. Recommending Roadway Inn to everyone I know, including co-workers that travel to Colorado
