This was a good experience. I had been to the Augusta location only and they set pretty high standards. Our waitress was great and was also the bartender. So she was moving around a lot but that didn’t get in the way of great service for us. There were a lot of people on a Sunday afternoon but the kitchen handled it greatly. I will be back. The cloud 9 wings were still incredible and this time I had a pizza. The pizza was SO good. Looking forward to next time.

This Mellow Mushroom is a popular spot in Evans and now I know why! My visit today was beyond great. I was initially greeted by a host and one of the Managers (Ally). They welcomed me with so much love and quickly got me seated. I was immediately blown away by the cleanliness as well as the colorful and unique theme of the restaurant. After placing my order, it took no time for me to receive my pizza. Considering I live a dairy free lifestyle, I naturally went for a vegan cheese. Beyond my expectation, the curry chicken option was easily the BEST Pizza I have EVER tasted‼️ Lastly, the atmosphere that the managers set in this establishment is highly productive and frankly top tier. I was so impressed I made sure to get their names. ANTHONY, ALLY, BRENT, & DUSTY make an incredible team and have this made one of the best eateries in Evans!

Great place, good food and a groovy vibe lol. Definitely will go back. I'm from pittsburgh and got the hot wings if your looking for back homel hot wings I would get something else. Side note...I haven't had good wings since I got here so that's no disrespect to this place. Loaded baked potatoes pizza was awesome.

Service was absolutely outstanding! Emily H outdid herself. The pizza was really good. Would have given 5 stars if it wasn't mostly crust. You really get cheated that way.

Always love getting together at Mellow Mushroom! This time I ordered the Pretzel Bites with Spicy Beer Cheese and the Steak and Cheese Calzone paired with a Sunset in Paradise to drink. The spicy beer cheese had a great flavor with just a tiny kick of spice for fun. The Calzone was brought out steaming and there was so much of it, I only made it through a third before I had to tap out. The Sunset in Paradise was yummy and I wish I had gotten a second. I took plenty of pretzel bites home with the 2/3s of the Calzone that was left and my bottomless pit of a teenage son was also very happy with it. So enough food to share, have for two meals, or feed yourself and a teen!

Been living here for a few years, I would always pass by and see that it’s crowded. Never wanted to stop by, but my daughters had it in their downtown location and wanted me to try it out. I’m going to give my honest opinion. I am taking 1 star off due to me having adhd and the menu has too much going on. I could not seem to concentrate. Not even inside the establishment I was able to focus! It was too much for me and I have never experienced this in my entire life. Now let’s get to reviewing the drink and food! My daughter ordered the Strawberry Shakedown, while it looked good in the advertisement on the table, it wasn’t refreshing or appealing and definitely not worth $10! You couldn’t even taste the alcohol. It was more bitter than anything. We went with the Funky Q Chicken and that was super delicious! It’s like having BBQ, but on a pizza; I was pleasantly surprised. We also had the Holy Shiitake Pie and this was impressive! Good combination of ingredients…the one thing that made me think was the garlic aioli…it tasted like just plain mayo to me. Other than that, super tasty. Lastly we had the Veggie Calzone. It comes with marinara sauce and this was the worst sauce I’ve had. It had a distinct taste. I had to ask my daughter to try it to make sure it wasn’t me. Well, she thought the same. Luckily, the calzone did not need the marinara it was devine by itself! The cheeses that were used were perfectly paired with the vegetables and it had an amazing pull! Would I patronize this establishment again, definitely, but it would be to go.

My family and I have visited this location several times and every time it was excellent quality of food. Stopped in for a carry out order. The wait was a little long, but worth it! Staff was super nice! ——————————————————————— Now the food this visit (pictured with this post): For the kiddo’s we ordered a small pepperoni and cheese pizza! For the adults we ordered a “House Special” without sausage. The flavor was very good! The pizza was very hearty with its ingredients and the crust was very light with a fluffiness quality! Overall a great bite! Highly recommend the Evans location.

We have placed online orders for pickup a few times as far both times they weren’t ready for the time they said the orders would be ready. This latest time it was over a 30minute discrepancy. The food is fine but in the future we will just order from The Pizza Joint we have never had the issue with the food being ready when they say it will and the pizza is as good if not better. Not to mention I brought this issue up to the staff a d the manager a d they seemed like they didn’t even care that they weren’t meeting the times they were giving customers.

Very impressed. I've never been to a Mellow Mushroom before. So when my wife suggested going to one, I wasn't sure what to expect. And liked it. The atmosphere is quirky and light hearted. Our waitress was super friendly and attentive. And the food was great. The Ritz burger caught me off guard. I wasn't expecting a great burger, but I got one. Looking forward to a return trip and trying the pizza.

This was my first time visiting this restaurant and I was shocked with how many people were here on a Tuesday. The place was packed as well as the parking lot. I asked for a thin crust pizza, but I ended up getting a regular crust pizza, but I didn't check until I was back at my residence. The pizza was good, but not my original crust that I wanted.

Mellow Mushroom is my 13 year old son’s favorite dine-in pizza restaurant. Fun, kid approved atmosphere. Unique menu that matches the funky, psychedelic theme. The pizza’s are huge. We typically request thin crust and it is perfect. The wings always have a roasted taste in the background of the sauce. Friendly, fast service too! Highly recommend.

Great staff, food and drinks can be found here. I was craving a good pizza and Mellow Mushroom never disappoints. The wait was a little long, but we had a great time grabbing drinks and catching up with friends. I would definitely recommend the loaded baked potato pizza here. Not my usual kind of pizza but I was very happily surprised by how good it was.

Yes, it's loud on a Saturday afternoon, and the teenagers are waiting on you, so don't expect fine dining service, but the pizza, WOW, definitely the star of the show. Table of six, three different pizzas, all cooked to perfection. It took about 45 minutes, but it was delicious! I would recommend and will revisit.

Pizza is delicious. Drinks are good. My waitress was sweet. It's just that the restaurant was so cold.

Kyla was a great server. It was our first time visiting a Mellow Mushroom, there's one here in Charlotte, but I'm happy we chose this location while visiting Augusta, the ambiance is amazing and everyone from the hostess to the server was great. I enjoyed the pizza and salad also, I couldn't even eat all of it, it was great for lunch and dinner the next day.

I am sorry to report that the Mellow Mushroom in Evans does not treat delivery drivers with respect and courtesy. Delivery drivers are not assisted, and the staff declines to assist further than "It's in the oven, wait 10 minutes" (Without even checking!) They need to do better.

Love a Mellow Mushroom. I showed up on a busy night..trivia. the place was full. They actually had hummus!

This is easily our favorite restaurant in Evans. Every time we go here we have a great experience -- good beers, tasty food and great service. My husband and I used to go here every week before we had our kiddo and now only frequent it maybe once every 4-6 weeks but we hope that this restaurant becomes our daughter's favorite restaurant so we can continue to visit it often.

Food always tastes amazing! It does seem to take a long time to get your food, but staff are always apologetic. We always get small pepperoni pizza and two salads so not sure what takes so long. Again, staff are very nice.

We are done with this restaurant. This is the fifth time we have ordered allergy pizza and it was never correct! We ordered on phone and online but it didn't matter. Today the new vegan miss mushroom pizza was cold and had zero cheese! It advertised two types of vegan cheese. The service was fine and responsive but I can't recommend this allergy food to anyone.

I liked the pizza toppings (Kosmic Karma) but the gluten free crust was a little soft. Thank you for offering gluten free though!

Better than the one Downtown! Although I went here on a Saturday Night with a party of 8, with no reservation, the staff treated us very well. Waited for around 25 minutes before being seated. Jaelyn, our waiter, was phenomenal. She was attentive and patient with the kids at my party, and her kindness and service were outstanding. I definitely recommend this place to anyone craving for good food, at a great atmosphere with great service included.

An awesome place to get some really tasty pizza and a cold beer. I've been a few times and everytime it was great. My favorite part is it's super pet friendly! With its proximity to the Evans Town Park dog park it makes for an awesome doggy date. Meredith was super kind and attentive. I look forward to coming back, and I know my furry buddy feels the same 😁

I'm not sure this ph0t0 can capture the true taste of my CalzOne but it was DeeLishhh! And the leftover treat can be just as tAstEE, if not better, with a little TLC! The only improvement I can suggest is for smaller vent holes, but that's just my preference - maybe everyone else prefers it that way? I only wish I had consented to try'm sooner

Food was good. Big party so were sat outside at a table covered in pollen. I had to ask the hose to have it wiped down, to which it didn't happen till I went and asked for a rag. Being windy and only ones outside, we didn't get much service for a big party (around 15 people) BUT our server was very friendly and did her best balancing us with her inside table.

Pretty good pizza. The staff is pleasant and polite. If you like lots of options for your pizza, you can go crazy here with the options. I'm a "plain pepperoni" guy, so it wasn't extra special to me, but my wife would love this place. Check it out if you want to be adventurous!

Decent mimosas during Sunday brunch. Food wasn't great, I got tater tots with my meatball hoagie sandwich and the tater tots despite looking fine tasted burnt and were not edible. My guess is they don't change their grease often and their grease was burnt. I prefer The Pizza Joint up the road personally.

Not impressed. Food was just ok and it took longer than 30 min for a very small pizza to arrive. Seating: We were seated in a back booth. (Even though there were other seating options available😔) The atmosphere was dreary, and left a lot to be desired. Too bad. It was our 1st time visiting, and I really wanted to love it- just didn't turn out that way.

First time to Mellow Mushroom. Not your typical pizza place. Interesting variety of food items, lots of craft beers on tap and service was great. A little pricey but worth it. Will likely go again soon and adjust my rating as I go. Hard to give five stars based on one visit.

Love this location. Great food, and EXCELLENT staff. Our pizza was mixed up and our order was wrong, but we literally didn't even mind. I train customer service agents for a living, so I can definitely appreciate the great length our waitress went to, to make our visit outstanding.

Met a couple friends here to catch up after many years of not see each other. We asked for an area that wouldn't be as crowded so we could have conversation and they accommodated. We had Beers and Food that were all very good. The restaurant wasn't very busy so they didn't seem to mind that we sat for a few hours. The staff was quite friendly and the pizza and sandwiches were hot and great. Go for a visit!
