our waitress was esther and she was amazing. the whole time she was so sweet and it was my little sisters birthday so she brought us ice cream with sprinkles and everything on the house and sang happy birthday to her along with this other girl. we had a blast, thank you for making this day lovely for my little sister❣️

The food and the service were good. The chicken strips are on the dryer side.

Typically this place is a good place to eat with ok Breakfast, but this particular day was quite disappointing. The single waitress on duty this morning named Veronica seemed a bit mean and unprofessional. I personally witnessed her talk mean to 3 Black customers, all while treating the White customers that came in with respect and smiles. I’m disappointed to see this at this particular iHop, it’s where I usually take my daughter to eat on weekends. A firm believer in giving restaurants a second chance, stay tuned.

The food was tasty but the table wasn’t cleaned. It has debris from clients made me feel that nothing was clean. The service was attentive and lovely. The menu was extensive but many of my favorites had disappeared and prices tripled.

Everyone here was attentive and friendly throughout our entire service. Wait times were minimal and our server checked in with us regularly. The food was the reliable IHOP standard which was splendid. We were never short on coffee and our table was clean. Definitely one of the better locations! 👏🏼🩷

Usual for IHOP. Our waitress was good, but our orders did not come out right and the egg white omelet was tiny (but still cost $9.99). The manager was quick to respond and removed the charge for the omelet that was below average size and was not prepared according to order.

On Sunday, May 7th, we ordered breakfast through the app for pickup. When I arrived (the 1100 Asbury Ave in Evanston, IL location) it was busy and the hostess was pleasant as she grabbed our order and bagged it. When I got home, a few things were missing and one was prepared incorrectly. Frustrated, I drove back to the IHOP and the manager was apologetic and went above-and-beyond to make things right in the midst of Sunday morning bustle (not an easy task during the Sunday morning rush) by replacing the items that were prepared incorrectly and made sure it was done quickly and correctly. The chicken crepes are amazing. I didn't get her name and I don't subscribe to social media, but I want to make sure IHOP parent company knows that they have an asset in their manager. Well done and thank you.

Nothing beats steak and eggs late at night. These guys are open 24/7. Great food and ridiculously low priced foods. The blue berry syrup was the icing on the cake.

I have eaten here over the last 15 years and have never been disappointed. I like their senior menu but also I like that I get 10% off of anything else my friend would not recommend the chicken with the waffles. But the more traditional breakfast items are fantastic and they offer alternative bacon that it was really pretty good.

Visited this place multiple times,unfortunately the place is just not ran correctly, manager when needed always in the back. then when address with a issue never and I mean never apologize,for nothing. not good. workers try there best but this store definitely needs a management over haul, computers are down phone not working right too many issues. Food when the system is up is ok.

I stood by the front door for several minutes before someone came and asked am I being helped. Then when they got me a table, I sat there for more than 10 minutes and was never helped again. So I got up and left. Now, I am not one to write reviews on anything. What transpired at that location was beyond me. They may need customer service training there.

I showed up at about 3 am with 4 people, only to realize we forgot one. The staff moved us to a bigger table and served us quickly when our 5th arrived. We were loud and rambunctious the whole time, just having a great time. We didn't have any complaints or anything. The food was fantastic and the staff was kind

Decent food, attrocious service. Sat for an hour waiting for our check after being told by our waitress she'd get it for us. Literally had to walk to the front and beg for it, was low-key about to just get up and leave

We went to try their Willy Wonka inspired food. The lemonade and the hot chocolate were delightful. The chocolate tacos with strawberries was delicious and messy. I got it with the bacon and egg combo. My husband got an omelets and the kid got the Wonka pancake with eggs and bacon. All delicious and in some overly sweet but it was a one time treat. As long as you're not a diabetic and can handle a lot of sugar, give it a shot. I think it's only here for a short time only. The lemonade did not look exactly like the picture. The picture shows a thick layer of frosting covered with sprinkles. As you will see in the picture, it looks like a semi clear glaze and sprinkles. The cotton candy on top was.surprisingly good. It isn't your average cotton candy flavor. I believe it was also like the lemonade flavor of prickly pear. The lemonade itself was not overly lemon nor prickly pear but a nice combination of both. The hot chocolate has added strawberry syrup so its very much of a chocolate covered strawberry. It's delightful but leans towards the overly sweet side.

The bacon served to me was very appealing. I let my server Yesenia know, but she didn't do anything or said sorry, It was a cold face, as if I'm complaining just like that. The French toast was almost dry, with little egg in it.

This has to be the best IHOP I have ever gone to. The food is delicious at this location. Put it this way if you have eaten at honey jam, yeah this IHOP is just as good or better. And I don't say that lightly. I even ordered a meal to go heated it up two days later, and oh my it was just as good as the one I ate at the restaurant. I'm eating here Everytime I go visiting family. Just wish they all were as good. The one off of Rt.59 & 75 St. was as good as it used to be. They need to get rid of their cooks. Just saying.

Haven't been here in years or dined out in a long while but the quality here has gone way down. Servers were polite, attentive, and remedied any issues we had but the overall service was just bad. Walking in the the atmosphere was hectic, rushed, crowded, messy, etc. My eating utensils were dirty, my chair had dried food on it, lack of napkins at the table, and the food was edible but runny, not visually appealing, or particularly tasty. We tipped but only because the server was nice.

Good Service friendly polite & attentive, food quality has declined even for IHOP, We seriously need a good 24 hr diner/breakfast spot in the area. There used to be lots of independent good places with home style cooking. Can't find an acceptable one in the area.💔😿✌️

Food just wasn't good. The pancakes were the only good part. Everything else tasted like no one cared. So disappointing. Then the service was good until the waitress had to go home and wanted to check out. I felt rushed. And we usually never go out to eat. This was a reminder to not do it Again. But ill come get pancakes to go.

no line no wait was the best part of this entire experience. walked in and got a table right away. our sever was great. a little forgetful but that's ok I know its been a while. so she was readjusting. food came pretty fast and was really good!! cant wait to go back.

I ordered curbside pickup and I am EXTREMELY disappointed with what I have received. There were barley any fries in the box and then I open the beef bowl and the portion sent was below expectation for the amount I had to pay. This is a children's portion of a meal. I am highly disappointed and sad that this was even sent out like this.

Service has improved. Although I ordered carry out this time my waitress seemed to know what she was doing. Service was fast and accurate.

This was my first time at this location. We were seated right away the waitress was friendly, courteous and provided great service. I ordered the bacon omelet and pancakes 🥞. The food and service were great.

Always full. And crowded. Popr waitresses can bearly move. But they try their best. Food is great for a hang over or when you just want some breakfast and you dont wanna cook. Love the shakes though

Always seated fast. Chicken and waffles are usually my go to. This last time the chicken was not very good. Service is alright. Go later in the day.

This restaurant has fantastic service and enjoyable meals. The best place around town. The food and drinks arrived rapidly and the prices were fair. Highly recommended.

Quick, attentive, and friendly service. I haven't had IHOP in several years and the food was pleased with the portion sizes and quality of the food. I ordered the Southwest Chicken Burrito with hashbrowns while my friend ordered a burger and her friend ordered a burrito bowl which was promptly delivered to our table. Our waitress was very attentive and patient with us as we vacillated over the breakfast or dinner options. Would definitely visit again for a quick bite to eat with good service.

I came in on a busy Sunday morning and I was blown about with the speed of service and the taste of the food I got. The servers where all so helpful, and they'd help even if you weren't there table. I hope the next time I come the service will be the same.

Long-time customer here. Only order breakfast for delivery or carryout so I can not comment on dine in. Majority of my orders are CORRECT, HOT and FRESHLY MADE with condiments, utensils and napkins. Employees are pleasant as well! Placing an order via phone can be difficult at times on the weekends and or holidays as to be expected. Online ordering and delivery is available. I have used it several times without having any issues.

Been going here since I was a kid, food is usually pretty good. Today Portion sizes are off, food was just not appetizing, lemonade tasted funny. They need to do better in the kitchen. It was also freezing cold which made it even harder to enjoy our meal.
