Softball ,/ baseball fields are in excellent condition though the fields are small for a men's softball league. There is a field house with restrooms that are well-maintained and clean and the parking lot is quite large. This complex attracts family-friendly nice crowd and also a crowd that place pick up games of soccer.

This park facility as huge as it is, itโ€™s cleanliness and park ready for games is amazing! It rained, and crews worked on fields to get them ready! Very comfortable, parking was ok, great place for tournaments!

Jamaican Festival was on 08/06/2023 which was on Sunday celebrating Jamaica Independence Day which is on August.7 back in the early 1960's Jamaica got freed from Britain. So every year at James Park in Evanston they have the Jamaica Fest. Whoever reads this know that My LORD and Savior JESUS CHRIST Loves you and My Heavenly FATHER GOD Loves you and so do I in GOD'S Love. And whatever you are going through Psalm- 46:10 ; Let go and let GOD.

10 million soccer fields, the only mountain on the North Shore, lighted baseball fields, a bathroom, in the winter if you get to sled down the hill you might die.

Great big park, with a play ground and a hill called Mount trashmore, beautiful scenery.

I havenโ€™t been to this park in a few years nothing much has changed still beautiful as before. Great place to walk, play tennis, playground for the kiddos. I will have to say that there is gravel running lane unfortunately it doesnโ€™t go all around the park which sucks.

Very well maintained. Grass manicured for girls softball, soccer and little league.

Great sports park. Lots of fields. It's time for some facility upgrades. The west parking area needs to be expanded and reworked with a drop off area. It's dangerous during soccer season. The sledding issue needs to be addressed. Sledding Mt Trashmore is an Evanston tradition. Of all the things to pick on... Fix it Evanston. For the kids.

Nice park with play area for kids and a shelter.

What surprises me is that there is a place for everyone here and also, very well respected. Also, If you are a jogger, there is a shortcut when you run down alongside the road coming in towards the field being on your right and cars parked alongside the road on your left. To avoid crowds, stay on the right sidewalk until you see an exit on your left. There will be signs there but also you might see a local there who you can ask. This path can lead you out. A walking path often used to get through town and more beautiful than breathing in car smog.
