Beautiful. Right on Lake Michigan! Walk/bike/run paths. There's a lagoon with ducks. There's a place to grill, if you so choose. Plenty of parking. $3/hr for non-Evanton city sticker holders. I will definitely return. Loved it!!

Nice spot to relax, south of Northwestern campus.

Gorgeous, scenic and vibrant is this oasis on the Northshore Lakefront. From the ducks and geese vying for space in the lovely pond with a fountain feature, to the tiny inlet complete with a lush Willow tree on it, it doesn't get much more idyllic than this. Complete with a bike/walking path, a waterfall, and a public restroom, this is a great place to sit and read a favorite book alone or enjoy with your family. Worth a stop and sit if you happen to be in the neighborhood.

As expected, no frills fountain with nice benches and green grass.

As a local Real Estate Broker, I pride myself in knowing the what my community has to offer. The Arrington Lagoon at Dawes Park is one my family's favorite places to walk. It is so relaxing to sit and watch the ducks; especially in the spring when all of the little hatchlings follow their mama through the water.

Just about any area that you visit at the lakefront in Evanston is very cool. I like to take photographs here in all seasons, but I prefer winter. A few days ago, I was there with one of my sons and took these photos using a camera that I had it converted to capture infrared radiation, this makes the photos unique. The park has plenty of parking.

We love this park in Evanston! Ride bikes, eat breakfast, hang out with the ducks.. The breeze off the lake makes you want to hang out all day.

Today we got to enjoy this park since they had the world art and music festival. They decorated the park with flags from all over the world and many arts and crafts were present. Also the music was nice. The park is nice to either just sit and enjoy the weather, walk or jog is also nice to do so. Right next to the lake you get to enjoy the park as well.

I absolutely love it & l have also taken tons of pictures. Since l have clinical depression, when l walk along the Evanston lakefront & take pics, l always feel better😊😇!

This is a charming little park on the lake shore just far enough from major roads to be quiet, but close enough to be accessible. It has plenty of parking. In the summer, it hosts several little fairs with various artisan vendors and live music. Even if I'm just biking through, I usually stop, sit on the grass, and watch ducks in the pond.

It was a great place to go to July 4th fireworks. The fireworks display was 11/10.
