My brother's band played last night at the Bokeh. I really enjoyed it. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was the lack of table service. I understand that when you're busy it may take longer, but twenty minutes for a beer and another twenty for a Coke refill? Aside from that, it's a beautiful place to sit on the patio and have a fun night! I've heard great things about their food and have yet to try it. The menu is a little pricey...$15 for a burger? I understand that we're dealing with inflation, but you can make up the difference with quality/quantity of sales. Just my personal opinion. Also, sodas are BOGO and not free refills. If you plan to go they're remodeling the bathrooms and have nice outdoor porta-potty buildings. However, we had a great time!!!! We will definitely be back for a patio night!

We love Bokeh! Especially on Sundays when the Bokeh Big Band is playing! Great music, great food, great drinks, and outstanding service! We ordered the small nachos platter with chicken and held the corn. The small is plenty for 2-4 people. Order large if you have 5 or more in your group. Try one of the signature cocktails or order your favorite; they are delish!

My fiance and I went on a date there on a Friday night. The service was excellent, the food was mind-blowing, the cheese sticks were bigger than chicken strips! The music was phenomenal!!! One of the best places to go in Evansville!! Hands Down

Bokeh has a lovely patio to chill and drink on in the summer. I wasn’t extremely impressed with their most recent menu, prices are a bit steep for portions. BUT, it’s definitely a great spot to fly solo or go with a group of friends. They’ve also got happening events and have an enjoyable, more relaxed vibe. REVISED: the nachos are out of this world, I don’t car how many calories they are they are 10/10 worth it.

Just got the job, and I have to say this is the most welcome I've felt at a job ever since I entered the food industry. The kitchen managers are super cool, and the other kitchen staff are too. They're always willing to listen to you, and they've made it clear to me many times that if i have a problem I need to address to just go on ahead and lay it on them. Not to mention, the atmosphere of the bar is incredibly relaxing - with dark lights in the actual dining/bar area, a disco ball, a mural, art for sale, and a very clear show of personality. It's very obvious what kind of atmosphere you're going to experience before you even walk in. I'd like to thank Gabi, Julian, and all of my coworkers for making my first two days the most enjoyable work experience of my career - and I hope to stay with you all for a very long time ❤️ Edit; I no longer work here. The food is still good, but I'm gravely disappointed in the circumstances.

What a perfect Saturday afternoon at Hokah. The River Basin Blues Society hosted a fundraising blues festival featuring incredibly talented musicians and we were lucky enough to sit in. It was an amazing experience.

Awesome wait staff here! Went night before Easter. A bunny was in charge of $5 cover fee. Very chill environment and nice music 😜

Took my husband here for Breakfast Brunch. Inviting atmosphere. We were welcomed when we entered. Sat wherever we pleased. Not crowded, clean, nice place and nice music. The waitress was friendly and helpful and took photo of us. The food was fresh and tasty. They were out of pancakes. We sat and chatted and weren't rushed and the waitress continued checking on us. We went out back to the patio. It was nice but protected some for the rainy and cold weather. I took nice pictures and looked around inside and out. Another worker offered a photo of both of us. Enjoyed ourselves. We will be back and tell others of our wonderful experience.

This is my favorite bar in Evansville! Bokeh has an event every night of the week & there is always a super classy/experienced bartender behind the bar making the most yummy drinks! The chicken strips are to die for & the churros really hit the spot when you want something sweet late at night! The entire staff is so welcoming to everyone who walks through the doors. I always feel at home when I’m there! 10/10 I highly recommend going to Bokeh Lounge wether it’s for a date night, girls night out, birthday, or even just a quick drank! You’ll be greeted with smiles & served by the best bartenders this town has to offer!

So much fun! We went Monday night karaoke. It was so fun. Food was good! Great atmosphere! Great vibe! The bar is so nice inside and outside. The patio is so nice. Everyone was so friendly. And the karaoke host was funny and cool! Highly recommend!

Very nice experience with live music! The new bands were very talented and the atmosphere they created was great.

Excellent food, service, and music. It was a pleasant time, too! I got the grilled chicken tenders with Bleu cheese and they were perfectly grilled and not dry at all. Highly recommend for a chill time.

This food was so spot on, I didn't get to photograph it. Bloody mary, yum. Bacon & eggs, hard to mess up, but these were perfection. Inside it's definitely a bar atmosphere. Probably okay for the whole family during the day. 😄 Overall, great experience.

How can you pass up a place that has live music and a fun atmosphere. Sunday afternoon at the lounge was whimsical and fun and the staff is fantastic. Live music type varies buy there should be something that will please most people. We enjoyed the big band sounds. Food was on par and the prices are what you expect. The drink specials make it easier to enjoy time there, for those on a tighter budget. Check there artiest list on the web. Looking forward to visiting when we can enjoy the outdoor patio.

Sit outside for over 30 minutes waiting on service and we got looked over 3 or 4 times. Even when we got their attention we was still ignored. Will never come back to this place. Only nice person we encountered was the guy at the door. I guess we wasn’t white enough. Sad

Food, Service, and Atmosphere are all good here. Sunday afternoon Jazz, other bands throughout the week and weekend. Has to be one of the best places currently in Evansville for Non-Country music.

We went to visit for the weekend and went here after the company party. They had a great Beatles tribute bad playing. We only had their covered French fry plate and waters but it was good. Young server provided plenty of water refills. Everyone appeared to be having a great time. I would definitely go back.

I can't express in words how awesome and family oriented staff they have beginning with management! Events are great life bands are awesome and #1 DJ plays here! Food is delicious and they serve you anytime if you ever get hungry there kitchen never closes! ♡♡♡♡

While in the past I gave this place 3 stars. I feel they have improved in the way they treat their customers and their quality of food has improved dramatically improved. Currently they are going thru some updates but not sure if they know what kind of updates! At least they are trying, which brings us to the drawback. By closing half the biz and bathrooms (you have to go outside to trailer) it became stuffy. We will visit again after the renovations are completed to check it out.

Only a 4 because getting a drink was a nightmare. I have seen other places handle high volume crowd way better. However, the place is nice. It attracts an exceptionally wide range of people in terms of age and general vibes. The patio is very nice. The Bokeh Lounge is an Evansville gem!
