I finally got to try the hype that is Turonis. I will say the atmosphere and team were great. Love the decor, the bar was cool. They have some nice craft beers and brews. I believe they make a few at their main street location. If you find one you like they have 64oz bottles available for sale. The appetizers were pretty standard, we tried the garlic cheese bread and the jalapeno poppers. They were nothing remarkable, but they were decent. I'd say the same for the pizza, especially for the price. It's pizza so it's still good, but I wouldn't rank it in the top places in Evansville for pies. We tried the house special and the lotsa meat pizzas. They do a thin cracker style crust with plenty of toppings and come in 9,12, or 15 inch. The sauce was a bit light and I'll probably ask for extra next time. No complaints, it was a nice experience, and I'd go back. They had some sandwiches that looked really good.

Rainy Sunday with Turoni Thin Crust Pizza I love the place they have for friends/family group it's huge. 1. We got the appetizers in seconds very fast service 2. Thin Crust is the best pizza for US 3. Vegetarian special pizza is simple awesome 4. Chicken pizza took little time to get it, so order before. We all 7 enjoyed having it in evansville.

Neat little place with lots of character. Sat at the bar on a wobbly wooden chair. Loved it. Pizza crust is thin and crispy allowing flavors of the pizza to resonate. Great experience.

Place has a cozy atmosphere. Dim lights and old memorabilia decorate the walls. Food was good, the quality was good. Restrooms were clean Service was quick and efficient Nice place overall. Only reason I gave it four stars is because I wasn't a huge fan of the crust. It was to hard for my liking. Other than that, it was great 👍

Turoni’s has some of the best pizza you’ll find in Evansville. Every time I’m in town and craving pizza I try to stop in and have a bite. The Main Street location is usually pretty busy and on the weekends you’ll sometimes have to wait for a table. Luckily the other two locations, on Weinbach and Newburgh usually aren’t as busy and the food is just as good. I’m also a huge fan of their Honey Blonde Ale brewed in house. I know people who don’t even like beer that like the taste of the Honey Blonde. It’s that good. The only thing I wish Turoni’s offered that they don’t have is a deep dish pizza. Their thin crust is awesome. I just wish their other crust offerings. If you live in the tristate area and haven’t tried Turoni’s then you’re missing out. It’s some of the best pizza in the area.

This is the second time myself and my boy have eaten there and we both think it is amazing. Crunchy airy crust. Sauce is also so good. Food came super quick. Can't wait to go back.

Stromboli wasn't bad. Good pizza. Italian salad looks delicious.

Ordered carryout on a Sunday evening. Food was hot and ready right on time. Bruschetta was extra cheesy this time which made it that much better. Greek Salad had the perfect ratio of ingredients. Stromboli was as good as it always is.

This is a difficult review for me to write because I am a major proponent of family owned businesses. However, this particular visit to Turoni's was majorly disappointing. We ordered a Margarita pizza which is typically and historically crust, sauce, sometimes tomatoes, fresh mozzarella and basil leaves. What we received was nowhere near. The version of Margarita pizza at Turoni's is made with Monterey jack or some other greasy making pizza. It was terrible. I sopped up so much grease with napkins that we just asked to box it up and couldn't eat it (our son ate it at home after all the grease was sopped up). It was our fault that we didn't read the fine print description which clearly described a very different style Margarita pizza. Our server was fine but not apologetic at all about our disappointment. $50 later because we also had beverages, an appetizer and still have 20% tip (our lowest tip %), our experience was a flop. We won't be back unfortunately.

If you was pizza but don't want the commercial/frozen pizza taste and feel.....this is what you want. Lots-a-meat is my go to. Don't forget to order their cheesy bread and cheese dip appetizer. It's so good.

No pictures to back it up, but everything was perfect!! The wait for a party of 8 on a Friday night around 6pm was minimal. The cheese Bread was perfect, pizza was amazing as usual!! The beer was excellent. The Char-Broiled burger my son got looked amazing as he scared it down. Price was decent considering my son can't eat pizza and had to order his own meal. He has a large appetite. We will continue to visit this place as long as it stays opened. The only thing that kinda sucks is the to go pick up window back up traffic into Weinbac ave. Not a huge deal but worth a mention. Great service and glad the waiter had a good sense of humor. Magic guy was there on Friday Kids enjoyed a show while waiting for the food. 5 stars on every aspect.

The pizza here has always been 5 stars! The only change is the vibe or feel of being there. The staff were not at all on the same page as far as attire, customer focus, or care. We were seated at a wet table, given no silverware to eat with, had to ask for refills, no parm shaker even after asking, handed 5 forks on a plate after asking for silverware while sitting in front of salads we could not eat because of no silverware. No, the restaurant was not busy. Yes, there appeared to be plenty of staff. I have always had great food and great service here over the many, 17, years of going. The pizza was still amazing, and I hope my next visit has better service.

Pizza arrived piping hot!! I really like the marinara sauce that came with the mozzarella sticks. The sauce on the pizza was really good too. Only cons were we had to ask for plates and a spatula would have been great for the large pizza we ordered. Was not offered a to-go cup for my full Coke. Minor points. Atmosphere is a 3 due to the extremely dim lighting.

Ordered pizza with sausage in garlic toast and Greek salad. Delicate thin crust cooked to perfection. Sauce and cheese complemented with fennel spiced sausage morsels. Nothing was overstated the combination of flavors are to be savored. The pizza is cut in a grid pattern. The toast was 3/4 inch rounds cut from a baguette sized loaf. The Greek salad surprisingly had no feta cheese. Torn Romaine leaves with slivers of onion, yellow banana peppers, green and black olives, all dressed with pleasantly spiced house dressing. Could not characterize the salad as especially Greek. A demi-loaf Pain Viennois was packed with the salad. Well worth the visit. Stands tall in comparison with big city pizzas.

The food is worth the wait. They were busy but the team work was very noticeable as we had 4 different waiters ask us how we were doing while we were there. The service was good and thoughtful.. Yes there was a 20 min wait on our food but it was very fresh, right out of the oven, and absolutley delicious. We had the Greek salad and Greek pizza. A very unique cracker crust with a big delicious flavor. I will definitely look forward to returning.

No comment. Too busy enjoying heaven. My stomach was having a tantrum against my mouth for having to taste and chew(what nerve). I'll be back next week to make sure I didn't like it the first time ( just as soon as I finished lickin my fingers...lol)

Better every time. House special, Honey Blonde Ale and excellent service in a dark comfortable bar. Can't ask for much more.

I consider most pizza to be on an even playing field but I was pretty impressed by the pizza at Turoni's. We ordered 3 different large pies, including the Mediterranean and the house special and they were all very good. Will definitely be going back.

Had a small gathering for a birthday party, Josh our waiter was fantastic. Everything was correct, brought out quickly, and he even joined in on the fun with the family. We all had a great time, I definitely prefer this location over the one on Main now.

Locally owned for decades and one of the best pizza experiences around. Big family room or bar room whatever you want. If you're in the area this is a must visit. Both locations are excellent
