This is the first time I've been at this location. Very clean! The portions were generous and the crew on staff this shift were very personable! The pork was juicy and fall apart in your mouth tender 😍 Definitely, will eat here again!

chips , white cheese and pineapple salsa was amazing! Has come to grow on me ! Good fast filling lunch !

Food thrown in the container like it was for a dog, cold like it was taken out of the fridge when they opened today, and cheese on top was burnt to crisp. Ordered Coke and got Diet Coke.

We are out of towners and found this place, it was neat and clean. The atmosphere was welcoming and the array of ingredients right in front of you is awesome. The gentleman who created our meals was quick and courteous, and man can he build some good grub. Price is quite fair for the meal portion so it is a good value. You will see us again next time we are in town. 👍

Do not order on the app. Do not do a pickup order. If you can't physically go into the restaurant don't choose this place. I literally spent over an hour trying to get our order. It was ordered at 645pm, and I just got home at 753pm. Food was slightly warm at best, and Mexican microwaved is gross. Nachos soggy. Huge disappointment

Not what I thought...went in thinking like a little sit down restaurant. Was more like a Mexican take on subway. Not much flavor in the tacos or sauce. The chips were good, very thin but again no flavor or salt. Would rather eat at a taco bell before coming back

I’d be lying if I said I don’t frequent this place. As far as Mexican chains go, Salsarita’s is up there. The chips are crispy and seasoned with a familiar taste that lets people it’s their brand. The food is great as always, the staff is friendly and welcoming. I happened to come in during a lull which made for quick service.

Salsarita's calling card is their chips. They use a special seasoning blend that makes them irrestible. Unfortunately, there is more left to be desired at this particular storefront. The meats are bland and unlike other Cantina style Quick Service Restaurant (Qdoba, Chipotle, Moes...) places, there is an up-charge for several toppings (queso and guac). The value for the food just doesn't add up. You can easily spend well over $15 for lunch once you order your Entree that doesn't include, at minimum, a drink. This is sold separate for a hefty upcharge with chips and salsa, guacamole, or queso. I have visited different Salsaritas in other cities and come away much more satisfied. This one needs to work on a few things.

Very clean place! I regularly frequent the Salsarita's in Owensboro but will gladly come here everytime I get the chance. Extremely friendly staff, the manager that spoke with us was nice as well (may have been the owner)...food was fresh and tasted incredible! Generous portions! I recommend coming here for sure.

Really good tacos and chips and salsa. I usually get the two taco combo, comes with chips/salsa and drink. Not crowded and the girl loaded up the meat which was nice. The rating is based on my most recent experience, they’ve charged for queso didn’t order before so just watch that.

Three young girls were working. They were having to much fun to attend to business. Once we received our food and paid they were no where to be found. They disappeared somewhere in the back I suppose. The place could have been robbed blind and they would have not known it.

The food is pretty good. But, the management and service is horrendous. There are too many other places to go in town to give this place your time or money. There is a reason why there are now 4 Chipotle's in town and 1 Salsaritas. I placed an order 45 minutes ahead of my pick up time and it was not ready when I arrived. In fact I had to wait 30 minutes past my arrival for my order. And, I didn't get what I ordered because they didn't have enough time to make enough food. I won't be back and I don't recommend you go either.

I guess it depends on when you come in. I'm pleased with the drive through service and great chips, queso, and the sweet tea is AMAZING! I went in as an eat in customer and the service seemed to be pretty slow and after waiting for about 15 minutes I felt invisible as a customer and left. Maybe it was just an off day.

Mike and his crew can’t be beat. Few girls that have been there a while and on evening crew are the best. Always cutting up and leading my bowls up. I don’t even remember the names of their competitors anymore.

2nd time trying it, and I'm not a fan - meat is dry, and they give so little for the price. I can go to an authentic Mexican restaurant for the same price and get the atmosphere, friendlier service, more food, fresh meat, with a better taste. I got the nachos and felt like I was on portion control. I had half of my chips left with no cheese or sauce left on them. My family felt the same way about their meals. We won't go back again. Love the name you gave the restaurant, but honestly, I feel you need to make changes.

LOVE THIS PLACE !!! Only problem is the chips are WAAAAAY to salty! Cant stand the seasoning they choose to use. And food is room temperature lots of times ... Id go more often if chips didn't have that seasoning. Foods high sodium enough! Just a suggestion 🤔

Clean and friendly environment upon arrival. Very nice gentleman at the counter who politely and competently took care of my app problem and honored my birthday entree. Refreshing service!! They have daily specials that are very reasonable! Delicious food!

It's never quick. The food is never warm, and the order is rarely correct. 2 out of 3 burritos that I ordered were incorrect. I had to ask for the chips and queso that I paid for. The car behind me in the drive thru just gave up and left.

I love Salsaritas, but this one is horrible. Went through the driven thru and ordered hard shell only cheese and sour cream. They tried to give me soft shell - well I caught them making it and corrected that. Then they didn’t give the right side with my chips and when I got home I had lettuce and salsa on my tacos also. When I called to let them know they needed to pay more attention she told me that I didn’t say cheese and sour cream. I just told her she needed to pay more attention to people’s order

This Salsaritas has been going downhill in my opinion over the past year. Where the food taste and quality is still reliable, the expectation that your food will be ready even if you order ahead is basically non-existant. I've put in multiple orders for pick up and when I get there I am still expecting to wait another 8-12 minutes past my intended pick up time. Why have a pick up time if you have no intention of making that time. On top of that, last time I went I had a pretty terrible experience, where I pulled up, was told to pull around to the window, and then was basically ignored for 15 minutes while I watched everyone walk by me and look at me. When I finally honked my horn to have someone acknowledge my presence, the person that told me to come around acted like I was the one being rude and questioned if I had even been told to pull forward and pretended he had no idea I'd even been there. That to me is childing and unacceptable and makes me never want to eat there again. This place needs to figure out their process because people are going to stop dealing with it eventually.

Nearly every time we order here the order is incorrect and/or sopping wet. Ordered 2 taco combos and drinks at the Morgan Ave restaurant. Entire order was wrong, ordered pickup for 9:45, they were out of all the meats ordered and staff complained that the restaurant closes at 10:00 but hours say 11:00. Never received any of the drinks with the order, no utensils/napkins, both order’s ingredients were incorrect. Called to speak to a manager and they were rude and offered to refund half the order when none of it was correct and no drinks were received with the meals. Had to throw away the food due to allergies. Wouldn’t recommend eating here.

I’m never too picky on fast food. But this experience was awful. If I could give negative stars I would. The food was the most tasteless. The chips tasted like the oil they were cooked in and overly salted. And the worst part was the queso dip tasted like pasty chalk without seasoning. Wouldn’t recommend this place if your taste buds are in tact. But I will say they had good cuts service.

What a mess. There seemed to be only two employees. It wasn't busy but they were obviously overwhelmed by the two customers inside. The person who waited on us must have been irritated because she was very short with us. During our visit that cost us more than $40 I learned that they were out of lettuce, guacamole and the ice machine for drinks wasn't working. I haven't been in a long time because I found the food average and over priced. It still is and this time the service matched.

My husband and I eat here weekly. This time, we walk in and find two young women running the whole restruant. They both had smiles on their faces the entire time. Haley was the one that made our food and checked us out. She was soo sweet! We got home and the food was delicious! Everything tonight was perfect!

There is always an ample serving, and the app offers rewards; however, their tortilla chips are super salty. I expect salted chips, but some appeared to have orange powder on them - maybe popcorn salt. I plan to ask if they have unsalted next visit. Also, their cookies and brownie are delicious!

Super yum!! Ate here before and I totally recommend for a good lunch or even dinner. Maybe you want it as a snack, I still recommend. Definitely eat here.

Waited in line for over 15 mins with only two cars in front of me, and i am a door dash driver, dont have time to be waiting at places like this as i still gotta deliver the food. I could also literally here the dude talking in the mix complaining that there are constantly people coming in the drive through. The lobby is close at 8:30 when says open till 10 in lobby. Not taking any more orders here!

I really enjoyed everything about my experience here. When you first walk in, the design of the interior gives you the feeling of fun, fresh, and clean - I loved it. The staff was very friendly and answered all my questions with a smile. You essentially build your own food (like Subway), and the ingredients all look fresh and delicious, and there are a lot of choices. The portions they give you are very generous. But the bottom line is the taste... And my tacos were awesome. My wife's taco salad was awesome. The chips and queso were awesome! Are you picking up my theme here? :-) I REALLY hope a franchise of this place moves into my town - I would become a regular!

Love their soft shell tacos and queso… also staff is very friendly and they always greet you as soon as you enter the building!

I've ate here before and always thought the food was really good. I got the shrimp nachos for the first time and they were good for the most part but some of the chips had so much seasoning on them it was like pouring a spoon full of salt in your mouth. I won't be getting the nachos anymore but I will still come back for the tacos.
