    Such a great for beginners and also high-level athletes! His dynamic classes will work any area you need, and also the ones you don't even think about. Never felt more respected by a couch anywhere else I have trained. The fact that classes are small, and you get a lot of one-on-one work is amazing and for his amazing prices it's the only place I will ever go!

    If you're looking for a trainer to challenge you, have fun with, learn tons of new skills, encourage you, and build confidence, Damien is the BEST! I have been doing personal training with him for several months and have learned SO much. He's extremely versatile and is great at making adjustments to meet your needs/what you want to learn. He has so much good energy and pushes me to do my best every time. With personal training, I get to focus on the skills that I want, while continually learning new things. I am so much more confident than before. It's always exciting and fun! His regular classes are also great and you will get the best work out! He's also great at making personalized adjustments for different fitness levels so anyone can join! If I could give this more than 5 stars, I would. 100% recommend!!!

    Damian is hands down one of the best instructors EVER.. he communicates with you, gives you individualized treatment while still keeping the room engaged. No matter what skill level you are or injury you might have, he is more than willing to work with you and make sure you get a quality workout. Be prepared to SWEAT but in a fun and exciting way. You will not be disappointed and I promise you will keep coming back!

    I would give it 10 out of 10 if there were 10 stars. Enjoy the cardio kickboxing so much. It is comfortable for every fitness level. Highly recommend.

    Joining Velocity Fitness was one of the best decisions I’ve made. The instructors are extremely knowledgeable and give you an intense workout that you can adjust to at your own pace. Would highly recommend trying out a free class!!

    They offer such a variety of things to do to help you get fit while having fun. when the classes are over you don't realize you worked out until you feel the soreness! A wonderful, no judgment fun way to work out, I highly recommend!

    Damien is a fantast trainer. He knows how to break down the movements so you fully understand it and prevent injuries. He is very high energy and makes the classes a lot of fun. He's great for someone who has never taken a class before to the elite athlete. Highly recommend!!!

    It’s my favorite place to go work out! The workouts are intense but you can have your own pace based on your condition on that day. Damien is pushy and always asks us to do a little more but he also has modifications for individuals if we somehow can’t do regular push-ups and whatever due to some physical pains or injuries. The environment and people going there are awesome. I always laugh during the class and that makes an hour intense workout go faster than regular workouts at a gym. It focuses on small group trainings and Damien definitely helps each of us improve in every way including diets and nutrients. So, this is not just another big gym that you come work out and leave. You get to share your opinions, experiences, and whatever before and after class with members and Damien. We set our own goals and Damien always tries hard to help us complete them. Honestly, working out here 4 times a week is my best stress reliever!

    I would highly recommend checking out a group class or booking a personal training session. I have been attending both for a couple months and love it! Damien is very knowledgeable and has a vast skill set. You can get a workout tailored to your needs. Damien is an excellent and motivating instructor. Can not recommend more.

    Velocity is the best! If you're interested in martial arts at all, come in and check it out. You won't regret it! I came in with zero experience, but immediately felt comfortable and welcome. I've been doing cardio kickboxing for about a year and a half now and just started doing cardio mma. Even when I feel like I'm dying, I absolutely love it! This is definitely the most consistent I've ever been with exercise. That is greatly due to the energy that Damien brings to every class and the fantastic friends I've made here. Come on in and join us!

    I train in Shaolin-kung fu and it’s the greatest thing I’ve ever done it helps mentally and physically I recommend to everyone that’s wants a change and Sifu - sensei is a great person and will help you with anything you need and is very patient and funny and has become a close friend so I recommend to everyone

😠 Dont go to their rehab, it's a rip off. They never mentioned that my insurance wouldnt cover the OT when it covered the PT. Ascension has left a bad taste in my mouth! And they never mentioned LSVD for my Parkinsons although its listed as services. I'm on disability too
