We had our son's birthday party there yesterday (Conner Bell, 11/5/2022). Everything was great, but your employee Jace is a gem and the reason for this review. He went out of his way to come up and check on everything, which was to be expected. What we didn't expect is the genuine interest he took in our son. He sat down and chatted with him about nothing in particular for a solid 20 minutes. Our son's best friend was not able to make it to the party, so he was bummed. Jace didn't know this, but his kindness made our son's day. It was so awesome! Keep him around for as long as you can. I've been involved in customer service in some capacity for the majority of my adult life and he is definitely a top contender for the best customer service I've ever experienced. Thank you, Jace. You don't know how much your kindness affected all of us in a positive way. Keep being that way. You're a wonderful human and any job you have will be lucky to have you. Thank you so much.

The kids had a great time. My grandson chose this place for a late birthday fun day. There's so much to do, and he said this is his favorite place to go. Great fun for all ages.

I took my 18 month old grandson for the first time to SkyZone. We attended the "Little Leapers" session. We both had a blast. We will definitely be going back !!!

Good place to take your kids good food for if you want to have a birthday party and not as expensive as I thought

The kids had fun and wore themselves out. Omg, take your anxiety meds and bring noise canseling headphones if you're sensitive to chaos.

This place is AWESOME!! I brought my grandkids, boy 14 and girl 6, and they had a BLAST!! They played for about 3 hours!! They were so wore out They didn't want to go out to dinner like we planned, I went and picked up the pizza instead!! My granddaughter was soooo exhausted, I had to keep her busy until 8pm for bedtime, she wanted to go earlier!! We will definitely go again!!

It's a very fun place for individuals who love jumping, bouncing and learning how to balance their motor skills while bouncing! It's a fantastic experience for both Families and groups! They offer a nice Birthday Party Package as well!! My Grandson experienced an Amazing Birthday Celebration there!!!! The entire family and friends said they had a Blast!!

The place was too busy to be safe. Saw two little ones, maybe 3..get hurt.pretty good. There for a birthday party. Exactly 2 hours to party and GET OUT. Never mind they gave our pizza to ANOTHER party! For real!! We helped the birthday girl unwrap a few gifts to be done at the 2 hr. mark. We did finally get our Pizza. I would never have a party there. Never. The trampolines and other things were great but too too busy for safety! Again, can not recommend the "parties" there. The pictures really do not show the crowd well at all.

Sky zone is fun for the kids but when you have over grown teenagers being so mean to younger kids, I’m talking 4/5 yr olds and then the older teens,throwing the ball to knock someone’s head off especially a small child is ridiculous in the dodge ball area. Especially when the staff just walks away or watches like it’s no big deal! Kids cussing kids out and mommas watching like it’s funny! I’m very disappointed sky zone! This is suppose to be a safe place for kids of all ages. I’ve counted so many kids crying then laughing. We won’t be back

I absolutely love this place. Great family fun. Great atmosphere. All the staff are super friendly and helpful . I recommend sky zone for family fun night or to host your special event.

Called a day in advance asking specifically about when they opened. Wife had work she needed to do in the area so we figured we'd bring the kids to play while she did her thing. Filled out the waiver on the way, drove the hour to get to Evansville. Arrive and are told they have toddler time from 10-12. We only had around 90 minutes so we couldn't let our kids play at all. I get the need for a time for toddlers. It's a good idea. But mentioning it would have be nice. I checked the website and couldn't find info about the program unless I specifically typed in "skyzone toddler time". So my kids got super excited only to cry at their disappointment and sit in the car for 3 hours today. Not a fun day. Better dissemination of info could have made this avoidable.

Great park and my kids had a great time. The manager Jacob is a great person. Helped my daughter off the warped wall after she was scared to come down. He really took his time and calmed her down. I will definitely be coming back.

The staff is so friendly and even went as far as to personally pay for our lockers. VERY CLEAN, not Overly packed, Dodgeball wasn't very ideal for the smaller ones maybe for 12+ which was upsetting to my 10 y/o's and my 8 y/o & the Female Employee who was overseeing the game wasn't very helpful and didn't do much other then stand off to the side and talk to her friends, She was chasing some older boy also wearing a orange shirt and almost smacked my 3year old in the face with a Green Dodgeball while we were on the far side with all the trampolines, so if you're there for dodgeball I suggest other options possibly but overall it wasn't a terrible experience. The kids had fun

As a parent it's hard for me to rate this place properly. If I were a kid I would probably give it five stars. But, It's loud and there are no comfortable places for the parents to sit or talk with one another without yelling our conversations. The seats are hard and not comfortable for someone older to sit on.

My son loved it, went on a weekday and it wasn't too busy and he played till he was about to pass out, definitely an awesome experience

Kids had a blast. There is a lot to do but party prices are outrageous for what u get. $3 for a tiny bag of chips at snack bar. U pay $10 for a cicis pizza that cost $5 if u walk next door to cicis.

Lots of fun for the whole family! Very clean environment, plus the staff are friendly and skilled at keeping even the most unruly guests on their best behavior. Be sure to purchase the special, grippy sky socks, so that you can bring them along for your next visit. We'll definitely be back to visit again soon!

THANK YOU, SKY ZONE EVANSVILLE! There are no words to explain how amazing the paw patrol event my 2 year old, his father, & I attended yesterday!!! We are fully of gratitude for Sky Zone putting on an event for the younger kiddos only! Our 2 year old absolutely LOVES all trampoline parks, we have been to MANY different ones recently. Unfortunately all the older kids always seem to be unobservant and uncaring about the littles jumping around. This has always to us leaving disappointed until this event. Sky Zone even had free juice boxes and animal crackers for the littles. We appreciated the entire event so much! I seriously believe this was the best time my 2 year old has had this far in his life!!! We are from out of town, praying the trampoline parks near our home follows along and begins toddler only time!

Only 1 floor worker in little leapers today so unless u watching your kids your on own no activities

Bargain on Tuesdays, was able to fill out waivers online, schedule the jump time and just show up for a fun filled time jumping. They also had a nice area for us parents not wanting to jump as well as a nice array of food and beverage choices. Would go again. Fun for all ages.
