I
had
a
scheduled
appointment
at
13h.
I
was
called
a
day
before
and
reminded
to
be
there
and
on
time.
So
I
arrive
10
mins
early,
thereby
showing
respect
for
their
time.
But
at
13h
I
am
told
the
dentist
is
running
late
and
wont
be
long.
At
13h10
the
receptionist
comes
back
to
tell
me
it
will
be
another
couple
of
mins
before
I
am
seen.
I
ask
her
if
she
is
sure
and
what's
happened,
this
is
to
politely
show
her
my
discomfort
about
the
delay.
After
all,
they
ask
me
to
be
on
time
while
they
take
my
time
for
granted.
Its
another
20
mins
before
I
am
finally
called
from
down
the
stairs
to
come
down.
There
was
no
apologies
from
the
dentist.
I
tell
her
that
we
are
30mins
delayed
on
my
appointment
and
she
tells
me
she
will
take
all
her
time
with
me.
Clearly
taking
my
time
for
granted.
So
highlight
that
I
have
other
commitments
and
can
only
spare
the
remaining
30
mins
of
the
scheduled
hour
with
her.
That's
when
she
arrogantly
gives
me
the
story
that
she
is
the
plane
in
an
airport
and
when
the
plane
is
delayed
you,
the
passenger,
have
to
wait
and
if
you
dont
like
it,
you
can
leave.
Well
no
Missy
...
we
are
paying
customers
and
you
provide
a
service...a
healthcare
service.
Without
clients
you
make
no
money.
Learn
respect
and
humility.
Given
your
response:
-
Drinking
coffee
before
seeing
a
dentist
is
disrespectul,
I
politely
refused
out
of
respect
for
an
expected
upcoming
treatment.
-
You
show
no
remorse
for
wasting
my
time
and
my
petrol
to
come
to
you.
Again
self
centered
and
taking
potential
clients
and
therefore
your
business
for
granted.
-
You
are
dentist
apparently,
not
an
emergency
doctor!
-
You
lost
a
potential
client
and
you
got
yourself
a
bad
review
because
you
failed
to
manage
your
own
time.
You
ask
us
to
clarify
what
service
we
need
of
you,
this
is
to
help
you
manage
your
time
and
respect
ours.
There
are
tons
of
far
better
professional
dentists
to
choose
from.
Dont
waste
your
time
or
money
with

Unal!
