This business practices unethical billing practices. To be clear, the doctors and staff are friendly and fantastic to work with. I was very happy coming here until I started noticing a pattern that the price I was being quoted and the price I was being charged did not match. At first I assumed it was a one-off thing, my insurance didn't cover something, fine, I let it slide...except that it kept happening. Over and over, the same $75 fee, every time my wife or I showed up for our next appointment. So I asked about it, was told to check my explanation of benefits and call my insurance, which irked me but still I did...except according to my insurance they had paid 100% of the bill they had been asked to pay. They told me I should ask for an itemized explanation. So I did. I told them I was unhappy with this charge they kept saying my insurance didn't pay, and I wanted it explained. I was told I would get a call from the doctor for some reason, so I waited...and waited... Instead I got a call from the office the day before my appointment, telling me my next cleaning wouldn't be covered by my insurance and it would be $300. I said that was too much, that I still hadn't received ANY explanation of the charges I had already told them I wanted explained, and I wouldn't be keeping the appointment for a $300 cleaning. Still, over 6 months later since I originally asked, have not gotten any explanation. Today my wife was told we owe ANOTHER $75 for my cancelling an appointment the day before because I didn't give them enough notice...the one they waited to tell me would be $300 until the day before. You can get a dental cleaning for as low as $60. $100 for most. There is NO excuse to be charging THAT much and to surprise someone with that the day before. To then go and charge more then the cost of a cleaning to anyone who cancelled because of your inability to communicate in a timely manner is absolutely absurd.

Dr. Trieu is literally the best dentist I've been to. She cares so much about my dental hygiene and always gives me tips for how to better care for myself. She has a very gentle touch and the times shes had to drill on my teeth has always made sure I was comfortable and pain free.

I have been to many dentists over they years and Kim is my favorite! Her staff is so incredibly friendly and my dental hygienist, Maggie, makes me feel so at ease and does a great job of getting to know me. She even remembers parts of my life even though I only see a few times a year. I highly recommend Kim and her amazing team!

I have been coming here since January 2020! I have had my cleanings and also a night guard made and have really appreciated the quality of care that both me and my kids have received. Thank you Dr. Trieu, Dr. Bui, Kei, Maggie and the entire team!

Wow! A BIG THANK YOU to Dr Trieu and her great team. Finally found a new dentist who is really good and very patient and is easy to have a laugh. So refreshing! Also posted a picture of the tooth picks I've used for at least 15 years. The good Doctor had never heard of these so I wanted to share one of the tools I use to keep my teeth and gums in good shape.

I'm super happy. Went in there initially to schedule a cleaning and to form a plan for replacing a ten year-old filling on one of my top front teeth, a very noticeable place when smiling. The front staff were cordial and well informed about the business. Maggie took my x-rays very quickly and painlessly, and had a great sense of humor. I met with Dr. Trieu, who answered all my questions patiently and was a very good listener. Together, we planned out the filling replacement. I could tell she wanted me to be happy with the result, and took my goals into consideration. I wanted a front tooth filling that looked natural, functioned well, and that would last as long as possible (who doesn't?). Came back a week later for the cleaning. Kai cleaned my teeth very thoroughly and as gently as possible, which I imagine was not an easy task because it had been a while since my last professional scraping. I brush and floss very well and often, but that only goes so far, even with pure baking soda, and the small amount of plaque on my teeth had become quite hard, and took a practiced hand to be removed without damaging the rest of my teeth. A week later, I came back to replace my old filling and boy was I surprised at how good the new one looked! You would never know that it was a filling at all by looking at it from any angle. I smile big now, unafraid to show all my teeth, and I owe it all to Dr. Trieu, her staff I already mentioned, and Chris (her amazing assistant who aided her constantly and effectively throughout the filling procedure). I already scheduled my next appointment to be cleaned by Kai 6 months from now. Great people. Great dental practice.

Alot of wasted time. Felt like a sales pitch trying to maximize the benefits of my insurance plan. When I got 2nd opinion it was drastically different. I regret going to this sales floor. I have since confirmed with other dentist, this place just sells sells sells

The best dentist office by far. Always had horrible experience with dentist but this place is do relaxing and the staff and dentist are fantastic. Thank goodness I found them!!!!!!

I have extreme dental anxiety and I avoided dealing with it for over a decade. Dr Trieu and her staff have made me comfortable enough to get all dental work caught up. Can't give a high enough recommendation!
