Food is what you expect from a chain restaurant. However, the service was top-notch. The manager was warm and attentive. They can get very busy for dinner time

Drinks are good and affordable. I liked shrimp and chicken Bourbon main entry. All others are like ok !! Service is very late and they didn’t provide the plates for us even after knowing that we are sharing. Also drinks came after appetizers. Which is totally bad!! I can say overall my experience in this place is not good ☹️

I love this Applebees. I have been coming here since I was a kid and occasionally from time to time for lunch. This spot always is great. Happy hour is my favorite and I love their wings and wonton tacos. Fries always taste great. The staff is very friendly. My food is always handed in a timely manner and it’s always been great. There’s a reason I come here often! Very chill and family friendly. Wheelchair accessible. Would definitely recommend!

Ordered a 6 oz Top Sirloin which actually weighed 4.8 oz and a Brownie Bites that was hard as bricks - more like Brick Bites. Otherwise the sirloin meal was not that bad.

We went on fathers day. Our second choie because Red Robin had a two hour wait. There was no line at Applebee's (now i know why.) Poor service, far too many staff for patrons. Consistently had to ask other staff for items as our server was no where to be found. Long wait times between orders, drinks, food & bill (waited 20minutes just for bill.) Food was lousy, chicken was under cooked & served wet? Wife's plate was potatoes, broccoli & chicken served dry without gravy. Three small portions on an oversize large plate. Seen prisoners served better food. Applebee's is a great restaurant, just not this location. Stay away.

I haven't been to an Applebee's in years. There was a reason. I thought that over the course of the past five or six years that reason would go away. That reason is there is what is advertised and then there is what is delivered and the two of those could not be more different. I want to make it clear that the staff was a pleasure and I greatly enjoyed the service that we received. But man oh man the food was just sad. I had some strange Frankenstein concoction that was supposed to be macaroni and cheese and spicy sweet chicken tenders. The chicken tenders were not even coated in the sauce and the sauce tasted like maple syrup. The cheese for the macaroni and cheese was very similar to jarred Alfredo sauce. It just was not good. The cheese fries were also just as sad which is sad for cheese fries. Seriously, how do you mess that up? I never expected to be here in the first place, so the fact that I will never return shouldn't be much of a surprise. Again, the staff was great, the food was atrocious.

Honestly I have never had apple bees before and this location far exceeded my expectations, as I have heard many good things, but also bad... But my god it was sooo good!! Everything I had was delicious and their smoothies where not so thick and actually drinkable with a nice consistency. And the food, it blew my mind. The steak was cooked to perfection, and the herbs that they used, *chefs kiss* nothing was bad to say if I wasn't full, I wish I had gotten a dessert! Definetly will be coming back!

I had a classic cheeseburger meal with mozzarella sticks for an appetizer. The staff had an infectious enthusiasm and seemed to be pretty pleasant. In that, I mean, they all appeared to be in a good mood. Food came faster than I had anticipated. The table we were seated at was a little cramped for a party of six.

The time we went, it wasn't busy. But the workers were busy. Always checking in with us for refills and such. Great service! Made minor accommodations which was a plus. Much appreciated! Can't recall name of our waiter but he wears glasses. Thanks again!

We visited on Valentine's Day as a last minute decision because we were too tired to cook. Surprisingly, it was only about a 5-10 minute wait. The service was good, for how busy it was. Appropriate music and volume. There was a 2/$22 and 2/$26 menu available, as well as happy hour options. I was simply disappointed with the lack of seafood options (occasionally eaten) and vegetarian (primarily chosen) options available. I understand I could probably order a pasta dish with no meat, but not being a menu printed option means I pay the same for less food instead of paying more for an add on. The restaurant can't control the menu, so nothing personal, but do better Applebee's! My child was happy with their meal and we all had leftovers to take home.

Usually, every time I have gone there with either just me and my wife or us and the kids, it's always good service and food. Yes, there has been the occasional longer, then would like on waiting for our server to come back or notice we are trying to get their attention. That's ok because overall, it has always been great, and food is great as well.

The "chicken wings" are glorified chicken nuggets/strips covered in sauce. I found them to be a bit too crunchy for my taste. They came with ranch sauce. The coleslaw was a bit bland but fine. Fries were good. This is typical of many chain restaurants nowadays. In that they serve fast food on a plate. Server was kind.

Went with a group of coworkers for some late night food/drinks and our server Tiffany was very accommodating & calm with all of our personalities, loud conversations, and requests. Prompt service and she kept track of all 7 of our tabs which was impressive because let's be honest, we were sort of a handful, lol. Side note- the paper towel dispensers in the bathroom are oddly aggressive & loud... Weird thing to say but it's very true. 🤣

Came for appetizers and drinks with my fiancée. We were basically ignored the whole time. Took nearly 15 minutes after seating us just to come take drink orders. We waited a good while for appetizers. I ordered a beer after a bit and that didn't come for a whole thirty minutes, by which time I didn't even want it. The service tablet wasn't connecting and the waitress told us, but we tried to use it to call for someone so we could pay our check and go. It wouldn't connect to their system but it was blinking a red light. I even saw a server look directly at it and then ignore it. Took another 15 minutes just for someone to come. Food was what I wanted though, just some passable appetizers.

Awesome food, great ambience. We had a waitress but she was drunk at work, I think. She didn't give us water, didn't give us utensils, and cannot remember our order (even though they write them down). Anyway, will definitely eat there again because it's awesome overall!

They had great deals on special drinks and endless boneless wings. The bartender was on the phone taking a large order when I arrived so it took awhile to place the order though. It would be nice if they could have someone jump in to help out when that happens. I was at the bar about 10 minutes before he finished with the phone call and took my order. Still, all in all, a nice place to relax after work.

Apparently RACISM against Black people is still a thing at the Applebee's. I placed an online order, pre paid, etc. I arrived 5 min after my time for pickup. NO ONE acknowledged my presence standing at the front door but at least 6 people saw me waiting. the ONLY Black person present. So, I decided to sit at the bar and wait. one girl smiled in my direction but when I approached her, she told me "I'm not on the clock yet." The insult was one of the people who first saw me, even made eye contact, went to help a non Black customer BEFORE me who came in AFTER me. Even as I was looking at my food sitting near the bar since I walked in getting cold. then she had the audacity to ask if I paid for it yet. Really?! Do better no one deserves to be treated as unimportant just because of their race. There were even customers who apologized for the treatment I received.

It's an Applebee's, the food is what you'd expect from an Applebee's. It's consistent and happy hour deals are always great if you want some half-priced apps. There's not much else to say about that, in my opinion. But what I appreciate most about this location is how accommodating the staff is. I've been with very large groups and they've taken very good care of us. And they were very helpful when I specially requested some specific seating while meeting a friend to catch up over drinks.

We always have a nice meal here. Our favorite waiter, Roy, always takes great care of us. We can go dressed up or looking pretty scruffy and always get the same great service.

Veteran's Day was my first experience at an Applebee's. I was there for dinner with my daughter in law and two young grandsons. Although the restaurant was packed the atmosphere was warm, welcoming and friendly. The service was also both friendly and efficient and anticipated our needs. The food was excellent and the bill was surprisingly affordable.

Jorge was an amazing server/bartender , on point and friendly . He definitely takes care of the restaurant.. the food was good and the 2 for 24 wins the night when your with the lady . Thank you guys !!!!

Had an amazing time here. Came here for a date night and had a blast. The food was wonderful. The staff were wonderful. Our waitress (Gabriella) was a wonderful lady who made us feel at ease the whole night! Definitely coming back!

Todays customer service was rude slow our server had a really bad attitude.Vicki was having a bad day and she took it out on us but food was good

We cone from its late night meals n happy hours cuz my bf gets off late. We frequent there much but last night from 9:30-10:45 was the worst experience ever of our lives. The server Hannah was rude cuz before we even halfway finished our whiskey burgers, she asked if we need to 📦 them up. She only checked on us 3 times mean while she checked on other patrons .more than 3. We had to flag her down. The worst thing she can do is after she gave us the meal, she wants us to pay at that .moment without checking our bills.. I mean.who does that, whether from the server's or the parrons' point of view. Our drinks took longer than 10 mins n the food even longer. If rhe burgers were great, we won't mind the wait. We love our burgers, but those burgers were the worst ever. Don't get me wrong, they have excellent taste, but the buns were cold, n the patties n bacons, not even warm. The burger experience was a nightmare. We were talking bout her behavior after she said, "Do u want boxes for our foods?" We were saying to ourselves whether she wants to eat our food. This is not how servers should behave by making their patrons feel they don't belong by hurrying them along. Anyway, u know ow how every bills come with tipping suggestions starting with 15 or 20% n up, but I don't think she deserved a 15% so gave her less than 15%. BTW:::: Don't get their beers cuz they come with big foam on up. So basically, we paid more than what we got. Who wants that now a days. My recommendation is to go to cheesecake factory n ask Kenneth to b ur server cuz everything was 5 star, the service, the food n the atmosphere. U can't ask better than that when eating out. Kenneth made us feel that we r the only patrons in that moment n we r the only want that matters. I told my bf not to come again.

We went there on Friday night . I always like Applebees for its affordable cocktail choices . Cocktails were amazing . We ordered shrimp, wings and tacos along with drinks . We got drinks so late that we were almost done with food . It was a busy day but this was not the service which we were expecting. I got martini drink altogether in a different glass . Not sure what happened there . Not happy with this service

Not to bad of a restaurant, pretty average applebees trip. The service was good, drinks stayed filled and staff was friendly. The bathrooms could use a little more attention more often but moderately clean for the most part. I got the all you can eat for 14.99$ and it's a good deal and they allowed me to order the next one when they delivered the first one which was cool. My g.f. got a bacon burger with no bun, and she said it was very good. Overall not a bad trip for a quick lunch, if you like applebees this one is clean and staff was tentative and quick. The bartender was a little slow getting the drinks out hence the 3 stars. Food - 3.7 out of 5 Cleanliness - 4 out of 5 Service - 3.5 out of 5 Parking lot size - 5 out of 5 We would come here again. 😁

I often come here with friends. The atmosphere is pleasant and comfortable. The service is excellent and the food is delicious. I recommend.

Our server Hannah was amazing. She was so sweet and helpful. The food came out super fast and hot. Will be back soon.

I took my neice out to eat here. She cannot have any garlic or onions or she will have a seizure. We asked before we were seated if they have anything without or if we could not have any seasoning on the chicken and fries. She didn't know so she grabbed a manager who talked to us like we were stupid. His name was "Noe" we think. He was very rude and inconsiderate and was not very helpful at all. Answered our question and quickly walked away like we were wasting his time by asking a (very serious) question. Afterwards however, our food was delicious and fortunately seizure-free and our waitress was kind and funny. But the manager makes us not want to come back if we are going to be treated like that again.

I totally love they're really sandwich the food is amazing they've gotten so much better throughout the years and they have a lot better of the selection and I love their loaded mashed potatoes it's to die for not bad price either I love the fact that they're open to at least midnight even though I believe they have a bar so that part doesn't make sense to me but they will take your order and mine's always been to go but they will still take your order like 10 minutes before they close as long as you can get there before midnight and the guy who takes the orders over the phone is very nice great customer service there. I've had my ups and downs with Applebee's but the last couple of years it's always been a pleasure. For I remember the first time they opened one up in Lynnwood I was living right by it and I'll never forget the service there is actually pretty amazing they had messed up and didn't bring us our salads and so we got our whole meal for free oh and he forgot to bring us our silverware so it was worth it cuz I was really poor back then I was about 19 years old I believe

Food came out very quick. Server was very attentive. Asian chicken salad wrap was delicious. Mango Margarita? Lol I forgot what It was called. The smoothie was amazing. Not enough alcohol for the size of it.

Bad service! The waitress came to get the order with an attitude, she was also rude and trying to make us ordered the "special" thinking I couldn't offer a different plate. She never went back until it was time to pay. The manager and the person that was cleaning the tables were as bad as her. Why work doing something you don't like?

Applebees's Grill + Bar is a very nice and comfortable feeling place to hang out with friends. Recently my wife and I hung out with our Pastor and his wife there. We talked before ordering, while eating and after eating for hours. No one rushed us to order or tried to push us out after we ate. It was really an enjoyable time.

Food was fine, got what we ordered and got it hot. Service was great, the waitresses always make it fun for my son.

We were not offered water or refill on my lemonade and my guest got wrong salad dressing which she did replace. But place nice and food good. Did not have to wait too long for food. I slipped and nearly fell walking in. Someone dropped a french fry on the ground inside the foyer.

Beer cheese came out cold today, server very promptly fixed the issue after being notified. I don't usually have issues at this location so I wouldn't worry too much. The pretzels could use more salt probably though. The wings are "great" as well. I like to come during happy hour if you couldn't tell. The drinks you want most will likely be out of stock though. I enjoy coming here.
