    This is a scary place — don’t bring your kids here. Room was fine, but everyone else staying here seemed super shady. There was a woman’s screaming coming from the room adjacent to mine and I have honestly never been more terrified in my life. Also there is a $100 cash deposit required.

    This location presents a great value if your simply looking for a place to hang your hat for a few nights. The rooms are fairly small and not in the greatest condition, however, my stay was perfect and this Motel provides an excellent value unmatched by the other chains. My stay was greatly enhanced by the service provided by the front desk. I had to extend the stay multiple times and had a key-card issue - Randy helped us in each case in a very professional and courteous manner while also being exceptionally efficient (she knows what she’s doing). Thank you Randy for making sure my stay was great!

    I ALWAYS love staying at Motel 6 The prices are always very reasonable and they have clean rooms and seem to be very consistent nationwide. Although my one and only issue with the room was, it's winter and cold outside; when I was younger Motel 6 used to break out the thicker blankets on the beds in winter. It would be nice if they had a spare set of blankets available this time of year rather than needing to request additional blankets. My only gripe with the service is the $100 deposit. At Vegas hotels their work around for deposits is only requiring a cash deposit if you pay cash, otherwise you pay with a credit card and sign a form that if the room is trashed an additional charge will be added to your card. So there are simple workarounds so that more responsible people don't need to worry about the deposit. Everything was clean and nice and the staff were SUPER nice and friendly. I was a bit disappointed to see a shower and no tub. I was looking forward to a bit of a relaxing soak. If I ever come and stay again, which is a good possibility and those two little things are changed I would happily change my review to a full 5 stars!

    I want this owner to know something. When you have an employer like Tiffany working by herself dealing with people shocked by your unknown $100 deposit you need to pay her double at least:) She handled it better than I ever could of! It was a quiet very comfortable room and I will be back. Hope to see you fully staffed next time:)

    This location provided no room service and does not inform you of this at check-in. I had to go get my own towels twice and both times they had no clean sheets. I found a roach running across the floor and requested my room to be thoroughly cleaned since they had no open rooms to transfer me to. I returned that evening to find nothing had been done. I'm sorry but friendly front staff does not make up for this. I requested for the manager to contact me and still haven't heard from him. I will never recommend this motelto anyone without some resolution and discount refund.

    Front desk agent Tiffany was quite helpful, as were the cleaners. Needing a $100 cash deposit to check in, with no advance notice of that requirement, was a very unwelcome shock. Also, the room had a mildewy smell despite looking clean, and there was no way to even heat water to make myself breakfast. In 8 nights of travel, this place gave least value and cost most.

    They just came into my room without any notice. After being told we did not need house cleaning. Then I leave and they went Into my room and cleaned it. They said that because I had a service dog that house cleaning needed to be done everyday. This is news to me. I have stayed before and that certainly was not the case. I felt completely invaded and not safe.

    Randi is simply the best! I’ve stayed at many fancy hotels throughout my years. However, I’ve never met someone like Randi. This lady has the best customer service skills, and her warmth and sincerity is seen in everything she does. Motel 6 North is lucky to have her, and the customers will continue to return! Thanks for making our stay her feel like the Hilton!

    I have stayed several times at the motel and have had a pleasant stay. Randi is a great worker and displays great customer service skills. She is always very helpful when you need something. The management there is great also and are always willing to work with you if there is a problem. I would definitely recommend staying there.

    A woman by the name of Alexandra at the front desk was professional, kind and has great customer service. She was patient with us and got checked in easily. I HIGHLY recommend you stay here, very impressed. Thank you 💜😇👏

    Wade and Alex were very professional and friendly. I got a very warm welcome and even a small food token. Room is nice and clean. Although someone told me to be wary of sketchy people, I see no loiterers. Quiet and pleasant.

    Irene was the best! She helped us with whatever she could, and was absolutely amazing. They have really cleaned this motel up & the security guards are always a bonus at any place! Thank you, Irene, for the best customer service and making our stay comfortable!

    The rooms are kind of small and the location is in a somewhat seedy (not the worst though) part of Everett, but you get what you pay for. For the price, it's definitely a fair place to stay. The service I received at check in with Alex was top notch though. He was super helpful and I really appreciated how kind, patient and thorough he was. Thank you Alex! You rock! -C.B.

    Our stay was great. Only thing was our key stopped working twice but shout out to Alex at the front desk!! He was very quick at getting the key reprogramed and very polite! Also made sure to check my information to make sure I really was staying at the motel!!

    Be aware that its an open air location so you will get some street noise depending on your room location. I had a few issues, however the team worked to resolve them quite efficiently. Good internet service.

    The manager and employees here are the best- Mike & Randy were particularly awesome to deal with and do everything with great attitudes and smiles on their faces! Super friendly and so accommodating! Great rates, cleanliness, friendliness, I don't have any complaints. They do as much as they can to make sure your stay is relaxing and enjoyable without compromising your privacy which is very appreciable compared to some other hotel/motels in this particular area. Thank you Motel 6! Wish I could stay longer than 14 days without having to check out though!

    Rene and Mike are great managers, the hotel is clean and the check in and checkout process is simple. Very friendly atmosphere and you can tell they are putting forth the effort to keep this establishment great. The price is more than worth the stay.

    If I could rate 0 stars and be able to leave a review, I would. This place is that bad, and I have been to a few bad motel 6 locations. To go further into this let's start with the rooms. The doors do not shut properly, you have to pull them hard just to hope it shuts. Seems like they have been broken into more times then not. The windows have broken screens on them, so you can't open your windows if you bring pets with you for they will escape. The table had chunks missing from it along with other dings on the other furniture. The floors were dirty. They gave us half a roll of toilet paper and that was all we got for our 3 day stay. The shower was black and leaking all over the bathroom. It also does not ventilate at all out of the bathroom. The walls are so paper-thin that you can hear the guests who checked in at midnight coming into their room talking loud, making food in the microwave, slamming doors and other things. I've never heard the people next to me at any of the motels I have stayed at. Not to mention, whenever they used the restroom, you could hear it clear as day. DISGUSTING!!! Also found a few weird bugs we have never seen before crawling on the walls near the TV. Gross!!! Next, we are going to discuss the property itself. The parking lot needs attention badly. Kept finding broken glass everywhere. The ice machine was broken.  We got woken up at 6am to them using a fork lift to move rocks around the property and then they yelled at us for our dog barking outside in the pet area at 9am, saying he needs to keep quiet. Excuse me but where was our quiet at 6am? Then I have rock dust all over my vehicle which was not there went I arrived. I'm lucky there are no scratches on my vehicle. Then you have their "security " walking around in a ski mask with what seems to be a rifle, definitely does not make me feel safe. Not to mention that the general manager was profiling and harassing us our entire stay. Very unprofessional. Very unpleasant. Do not stay here.

    The front desk staff was nice enough, no complaints there. However, the room I recieved was so filthy that it made me want to leave immediately. The interior smelled of cigarette smoke, and there was HUMAN HAIR in between the covers and stains all over the bed spread. None of the surfaces had been wiped and had sticky residue from i assume food. The floors were also filthy. There's a dirty shoe print on the wall 8 feet up? The heater/ac in the room is so deeply and heavily covered with dust that I'm sure that's where half the smell is coming from. Don't stay here.

    The hotel property is secured and well taken care of. The area unfortunately is a bit rough, however the hotel has done well making it safe for customers. The customer service/front desk help Irene, Kelly and others are helpful, kind and professional. I stayed here for a few weeks because of work and I'd definitely stay here again.

    The room I got looks amazing, bed is comfortable and clean. There is a nice desk for my laptop and the TV is nice as well. I believe the front desk person's name was Irene, she was very nice and helpful. I, unfortunately, had to go across the street to load my debit card in order to pay the deposit but that is just a small issue that I should have probably known about. You can't beat this place, for the price especially!

    This is the 2nd worse Motel 6 that I have ever stayed in. Only one set of plug-ins by the door, the remote to the TV had no back cover so the batteries just hang there, no hot water in the sink, the TV had small dots of bright lights coming out of the screen all over so it was on the screen when you watched something, and I did not feel safe at all. And the morning/day gal was very rude. The night gal was the saving grace, she was awesome!

    Excellent staff! Excellent location! Excellent rooms! Excellent price! Tiffany was workingwhenI checked in. I was short a few dollars and Tiffany paid out of her own pocket! She even helped me into my room due to my broken leg. Not a lot of humans left that show empathy and compassion. Thank you Tiffany for all your help! I look forward to staying at this Motel 6 the next time I'm in Everett.

    Randi & Tiffany are awesome. They're really helpful & friendly. We love that our dog is welcome. We chose it for that reason but were pleasantly surprised by how great the people are. It's a good location, close to basically everything you need. Will definitely stay here again.

    Staff was helpful and the room meets the minimal viable product for a motel room. The bed only had one pillow, but I got 2 whole towels for the shower. Lots of policies posted in the lobby about smoking, drugs, guests, etc. I guess the typical customer they attract needs those types of restrictions. Neighborhood is probably about average for typical Motel 6 locations. They also asked me to leave a 5 star review at check-in and I am changing it later. It doesn't seem like that has helped their average much though.

    Our room had issues that the cleaning staff missed when cleaning the room. The people in the Office were great and took care of the issues as soon as it was brought to their attention. The location was convenient as far as stores and places to eat but didn't feel comfortable going out at night in that area

    I had a decent experience here. Yes there were a few sketchy people in the parking lot but no one bothered me. It was pretty quiet during my stay. The room is very basic, and the mattress is old. But everything was fairly clean. I felt comfortable. Staff was pretty friendly to me. Please keep in mind you have to pay $100 cash deposit upon arrival. You can check in on their web site with your credit card to skip this though. I had no issues with my stay.

    This is a decent Motel 6. Clean, great front desk service, and they were extremely protective of the individuals staying at the property. My first night the the employees chased off a drug dealer which was comforting to see their efforts to keep the people staying safe. They were also quick to deal with any loud neighbors. I still wish their showers were taller; however, everything was comfortable and clean! I do wish that I was made aware of the $100 deposit.

    So the rooms here were pretty simple just like a motel 6 would be. And the people on the outside were pretty sketchy so I would recommend you lock your cars at night and don't talk to anybody. That would probably be the safest bet they'll ask you for money but don't give him any and also I lost my two phones there and housekeepers try to steal them even though I gave the housekeeper a really nice gift before she stole my phones. Other than that though they're pretty strict on checking in and who's in the room but that's probably because of there's so many sketchy people outside so be careful and I don't recommend.

    When I checked out of this hotel I left a great review. I take it all back now. The way I've been treated trying to get my $100 cash deposit back has been unbelievable. It's been 2 weeks and every day I go in and every day they have a new excuse why I can't get it that day. Everything from the safe is still locked to the manager is not on site. They had me leave a self addressed envelope so they can mail it. Never happened. So I kept coming back every day. Finally today the lady at the front desk told me "I don't know what anybody told you before me but you're not getting that money back". She refused to give me a number for corporate, refuse to give me the branch's information, and refused to give me her name. That money is my rent money and I'm absolutely in tears that I'm not getting it back. I I'm a caregiver, and I routinely set people up in this hotel, and with this elderly man I ended up having to use my own money for his cash deposit because he didn't have it. So now I can't pay my own rent, and the time and gas I have wasted over the last two weeks coming and going every day to talk to them is another crushing blow to my budget. I am so absolutely disappointed that I cannot even put it into words. If I can find a way to resolve this and get my money back, I will update the review but as of now I don't wish this experience upon anybody else looking for a place to stay.

    I love this place and it's the staff for me, they went out of their way for us so many times and I very appreciate them all. I was new to the city and stayed there while working. They were so amazing, every shift very helpful people. I definitely recommend this motel, can't beat the prices. Also cheaper to book through website THEY HAVE GOOD DEALS!!

    Realize you get what you pay for. This is the cheapest hotel I could find in the area. Staff was friendly. Room was simple but clean, and everything worked. BUT, be aware they have a new policy requiring $100 deposit, in cash, before checking in. Deposit returned after 8:30 day of departure, when housekeeping checks that nothing was stolen. This is a problem is you have to leave town early. In my case, they mailed the $100 deposit back to me 3 days later.

    Location is convenient because it is close to everything. I been staying here on and off for a few months for work. One of the only places that actually cleans your room when you leave. Customer service is excellent led by their front desk superstar Irene. She is pleasant, knowledgeable and gets you in and out quickly.

    I had locked myself out of my room with my ID inside of room and Alex at the front desk was very helpful with getting me back into my room and any other issues I have had previously he has always been very kind and respectful with helping in resolving issues I give him five stars always for great customer service.
