This
UPS
location
in
Burien
has
the
rudest,
most
unprofessional,
and
confrontational
employees
I
have
ever
seen.
The
reviews
speak
for
themselves.
Do
not
do
business
with
them.
This
is
by
far
the
worst
UPS
location
in
Washington.
They
are
unprofessional
in
every
aspect!
I
came
here
to
pick
up
an
item
that
I
bought
online
and
paid
for
its
shipping
and
handling
fees.
I
walked
in
and
got
in
line.
When
I
got
to
the
checkout,
I
talked
to
a
lady
named
Eve
and
I
told
her
that
I
am
here
to
pick
up
my
package.
She
was
extremely
rude,
disrespectful
and
unprofessional.
I
showed
her
the
delivery
receipt.
She
told
me
that
she
does
not
have
my
package
yet
even
though
the
driver
marked
the
package
as
"delivered"
and
her
name
appears
on
the
delivery
receipt
as
the
receiver
of
the
package.
She
and
the
other
two
ladies
refused
to
look
for
my
package
in
the
store
or
in
their
system
and
told
me
to
come
back
a
few
hours
later
because
my
package
at
the
moment
is
“not
a
high
priority".
The
Asian
lady
with
the
glasses
said
to
me
that
they
are
not
going
to
help
me
until
all
the
customers
who
came
after
me
get
helped
first.
I
called
the
seller
who
shipped
my
item
to
this
store
and
all
of
a
certain,
they
began
to
look
for
my
package.
They
finally
found
it,
but
then
they
would
not
give
it
to
me
until
I
pay
$
5
for
the
"pickup".
Really???
Not
to
mention,
everytime
I
was
the
first
person
in
line,
they
would
skip
me
and
call
people
behind
me
to
come
to
the
front.
I
took
picture
of
them
and
the
Asian
lady
(the
most
aggressive
and
rudest
of
all)
seen
in
the
photos
below
with
the
glasses
and
is
wearing
the
red
shirt
literally
came
around
the
counter
and
attempted
to
grab
my
phone
out
of
my
hand.
Speaking
of
professionalism,
they
talk
to
customers
using
a
vulgar
language
and
then
they
come
here
to
lie
about
how
they
treat
customers
simply
because
their
feelings
are
hurt.
I
wish
they
would
put
the
time
and
effort
they
put
into
these
UNPROFESSIONAL
responses
into
treating
all
customers
equally
and
with
respect.
You
are
not
the
owner
of
UPS.
You
are
just
using
the
UPS
brand.
The
corporate
(UPS)
should
sever
ties
with
you
ASAP
or
this
place
will
be
a
nightmare
for
UPS.
