    They are so nice. I had to drop off 3 heavy boxes after yoga expo trade show. The came out to the parking lot, helped me with all the boxes. I have never had a ups store that would help me carry boxes. And yes those boxes are super heavy. So sweet of them.

    I usually don't write reviews, however, this time I wanted to say thank you to the Burien UPS friendly staff. Having a mailbox at The UPS Store made our business life much easier, in addition to all the extra services they have, they also offer 24/7 access to all mailbox holders. Highly recommend! Keep up the good work.

    This Store Should be shut Down! Whoever runs this establishment is rude, disrespectful and insensitive to people and children with disabilities! It’s your job as a customer service representative to make your customers feel comfortable and welcomed inside the store and as a mother of 2 Autistic Sons Yes this is a common character trait of our beautiful children which shouldn’t be mocked or dismissed as an excuse! I will be calling corporate to personally make sure this individual is fired immediately

    This UPS location in Burien has the rudest, most unprofessional, and confrontational employees I have ever seen. The reviews speak for themselves. Do not do business with them. This is by far the worst UPS location in Washington. They are unprofessional in every aspect! I came here to pick up an item that I bought online and paid for its shipping and handling fees. I walked in and got in line. When I got to the checkout, I talked to a lady named Eve and I told her that I am here to pick up my package. She was extremely rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. I showed her the delivery receipt. She told me that she does not have my package yet even though the driver marked the package as "delivered" and her name appears on the delivery receipt as the receiver of the package. She and the other two ladies refused to look for my package in the store or in their system and told me to come back a few hours later because my package at the moment is “not a high priority". The Asian lady with the glasses said to me that they are not going to help me until all the customers who came after me get helped first. I called the seller who shipped my item to this store and all of a certain, they began to look for my package. They finally found it, but then they would not give it to me until I pay $ 5 for the "pickup". Really??? Not to mention, everytime I was the first person in line, they would skip me and call people behind me to come to the front. I took picture of them and the Asian lady (the most aggressive and rudest of all) seen in the photos below with the glasses and is wearing the red shirt literally came around the counter and attempted to grab my phone out of my hand. Speaking of professionalism, they talk to customers using a vulgar language and then they come here to lie about how they treat customers simply because their feelings are hurt. I wish they would put the time and effort they put into these UNPROFESSIONAL responses into treating all customers equally and with respect. You are not the owner of UPS. You are just using the UPS brand. The corporate (UPS) should sever ties with you ASAP or this place will be a nightmare for UPS.

    As a parent to someone with autism I can tell you the woman who left you a review about how you treated her son was not using his autism as an excuse. I can relate to many parents who tell stories about their autistic children to my very own and this is something we all normally face. Maybe learn to be a a little more caring and take the time to be understanding to someone who is already going through a lot. I for one will not support a business who treats people this way and I hope intolerant owners like yourself are fired.

    Terrible customer service all around. Specifics as requested by owner: always long lines because they're slow, every staff is extremely rude, online print orders never ready, printer frequently jammed. That thing that when you do a poor job that makes you evaluate what you can do to do better and improve, this store has none of that, they have will keep providing horrible service week after week, not caring at all. Only come here if you absolutely have to. May be worth driving 5-10 miles out of the way to avoid them.

    Great customer service. I was stuck in Seattle and lost my ATM card. I was sleeping on the streets. I had it shipped to this store and I got it no problems and they were great in a time in need. They were a life saver. Thank You. Bless you. ❤️🐺

    Just went to go drop something off and one of the associates had a serious attitude problem. I would never speak to someone like that being in customer service. The woman with the bird tattoos was awesome. But her associate with the long redish hair and glasses shouldn't work with the public.

    I frequently use UPS for drop and go orders in my business. Today I had the unfortunate phenomena of dealing directly with the store owner. at UPS BUrien. I gave her the directions and shipping label. She wasn't patient enough to read all the directions and demanded I give her a code; SHe had all she needed right in front of her but was rudely demanding I clarify her job. I patiently tried to point out that the code was on the label and she snapped, threw the paperwork to another associate and stomped away. I asked the associate if she was the owner (who else would act in such an entitled rude way without consequence?) to which the reply was yes. I mumbled, "I was just trying to help." to the cashier. The owner stormed back over and yelled at me " DOn't be RuDE!" I repeated "I was only trying to help you when you were struggling." She retorted " You help by SHUTTING UP!" So I sat there silent for the remainder of the transaction wondering if I have ever been treated this badly in the history of customer service. This is the first (hopefully last) bad review I will ever write. Go somewhere else if you have a choice. Save yourself an unpleasant experience. Also to that cashier - what ever she pays you I'll pay 30% more if you come work for me. Cheers Talley

    I sent a package to Texas - UPS said it was delivered to the front door of the apartment - it was not. UPS told me I had to work with my store to initiate a trace. I came in before Christmas and talked to someone who very nicely insisted that the package was delivered but she would have her manager call me on Monday. I never received that call. but in the meantime the package arrived. It was delivered to the wrong apartment complex and the person who received it took some time before brining it to the intended recipients. I realize this isn't this store's fault but not following up on my issue was definitely in their hands.

    Employee by the name of Eve was very rude and disrespectful! She clearly has no customer service what so ever!!!! I had two packages available for pickup from two different dates. She gave me the most recent one and fir my second package She claimed was not in there system. I had information stating it was. She refused to investigate or take my tracking number or anything and attempted to convince my package was not there. Another associate stepped in to help me an Asian lady which she went above and beyond to help. Guess what? My package was there. Eve was didn't even acknowledge she was wrong even after the associates told her she should of looked a little further! Thank you miss lady I apologize I forgot you're name but I appreciate you going above and beyond to help me.

    My experience working here was one of stress. I remember the store boss(miyi) always had a bad attitude, and was incredibly impatient. I have a feeling she just isn't cut out for the job, not because she can do the job but, because it will be the reason why she'll have a heart attack. Her impatience lead her to fire me after only 15 days of work. Not enough time to tell whether someone is cut out for the job. Lastly her accent was way too strong to understand what she was saying. I believe that accent was the root of EVERY problem(and probably why she fired me). But it wasn't all bad. I loved my coworkers, they were lovely, and saying goodbye to them left me heartbroken. I pray that my coworkers don't look and feel the same way I do at miyi(boss).

    Employees here are rude and unprofessional. They do not know how to talk to customers in a respectiful and calm manner. They yell and scream at customers. Go to a different UPS store.

    Owner is a witch. I've patronized the store for years, and ignored her rudeness because this location is close to home. I needed notary service (recertification of a previously electronically completed I-9 during Covid) that she confirmed both by phone and in person that she could provide. I needed to go home to reprint the form (with better margins, part of the bottom was cut off) and told her I would return the next day. She agreed. The following day, I brought the form, instructions from employer on how to complete, and all documents. She acted confused, as though the previous day's conversation never happened. She refused to listen, made excuses and refused to sign the form. She hid behind her notary authority to refuse service. No clear explanation (she barely speaks English) she just rambled on nonsensically, refused to provide her name, but said she was the owner. Terrible person, terrible service.

    Bad attitude of employees. Specially the lady with glasses long Red hair. Looks like she is not happy getting Amazon packages. So save money and bad day. Go somewhere else.i tried to get the name of the employee that game sarcastic and bad time. I asked to an employee with Grey short hair for the Red hair employe's name. She refused to give her coworkers name. And the lady with glasses and Red hair started saying laud that "if I'm going to complain about her.SHE DOESN'T CARE. " we don't care. Good luck" she said . So by this time I had two employees yelling at me..lady with short grey hair and the red long hair. Both of them...😱😲Jesus I left that place. IF YOU GET BAD SERVICE FROM THIS PLACE .DON'T SAID NATHING TO THE EMPLOYE'S. THEY WILL BE YELLING AT YOU. And I saw here in these all bad postings and the lady with glasses long Red hair is in some others bad reviews..I guess she is the owner that's why she is very disrespectful and nothing changes..😔

    *I highly recommend going to the Tukwila store. Their employees are much more accommodating and welcoming compared to this one in Burien! I don't know what happened to the former employees like a a couple years ago, but the female employees (both old & young) are not very welcoming at this location. I can definitely contest that the employees at this store are NOT friendly and if they seem that way, it comes off as very condescending. I overheard the middle-aged female employee saying, "Oh she's back again" referring to me. That is just straight up disrespectful. The middle-age employee I am referring to is the one in the picture from one of the other reviews wearing a blue shirt (she is the one that has a blondish hair color at shoulder length). Mind you, don't work in any retail or store if you have issues working with customers that only want is for you to help answer some questions. I hope you're not the manager because dang, you need better customer service and retrain your employees to do the same. I will never be back at this location. To all the customers, I HIGHLY recommend going to the Tukwila branch which is across from S. Center Mall (same plaza as the bowling place)

    Way over priced to ship UPS. Shipped identical boxes, shape and weight, from UPS and USPS. USPS was $18 and UPS was $40. Not to mention 2 other smaller boxes cost over $40 a piece. I did say send cheapest possible way. Save your money.

    Wow, ok. This place is the most convenient for me but I will be avoiding it altogether after two very negative experiences here. They’re rude and unhelpful and the manager is completely condescending and has a really awful attitude. Yikes.

    Seeing a lot of 1-star reviews inspired me to leave a review here. I've been using this store for about 4 years and have always had a positive experience. Most recently, I was returning a box full of individual items requiring multiple transactions. The associate was incredibly helpful and kind during the process, which took several minutes. I'm sure there are honest reviews of negative experiences with this store and team--but that hasn't been my experience. Also, I'd like to point out that this part of town is not pleasant in any respect; it's a notoriously unsafe area. I'd like to give the store credit for putting up with the dynamics of their location.

    Lost my package a couple of times. Tracking shows delivered with picture but yet. They couldn't find it. Owner will blame everyone else but her and her employees. And employee was rude on serperate occasion. Find business you trust for mail delivery. They have low ratings for a reason.

    I visited the store for the first time Oct 24,2023. The manager was rude/talked over me and asked if I had a hearing problem..she brow beat an employee in front of the customers. When a customer defended my question she told her it was None of her business . I walked out without using there services
