Great
li'l
pho
spot
on
Evergreen
in
Everett!
I
was
pleasantly
surprised
by
the
quality
of
the
food.
Not
a
ton
of
customer
service,
but
I
suspect
they
do
a
fair
amount
of
takeout.
We
started
with
the
wanton
wrapped
shrimp,
which
were
crunchy
and
delicious.
I
could've
eaten
a
whole
plate
of
them.
Then
came
the
pho.
The
rare
beef
was
right
on,
and
so
was
the
brisket!
The
broth
was
flavored
perfectly.
Rare
beef
sliced
thin
as
can
be,
so
it
cooks
in
the
broth,
served
just
under
boiling.
And
the
brisket
was
tender.
Lots
of
meat
in
both
bowls.
Good
meat/noodle/veg
ratio.
I'd
like
it
if
they
served
sake
or
some
sort
of
limited
cocktail
menu
-
which
I
always
miss
when
I
go
out
for
pho.
And
I
also
wish
the
Thai
iced
tea
was
not
pre-mixed.
There
should
be
separation
between
the
tea
and
the
cream.
Tea
on
bottom,
cream
on
top.
I
love
the
laughing
buddha
&
lucky
coi
that
greet
you
at
the
door.
Don't
forget
to
leave
him
a
coin
or
two
for
luck!
Lots
of
parking
in
a
strip
mall
next
to
the
UPS
store.
I'll
eat
here
again.
