Reptile tanks were extremely dry, the corn snakes were at 10%! Most reptiles need it around 70%, but none of the tanks were. I told an employee, but she only misted one of the tanks and then said someone else had already misted them an hour ago. No way they did, there wasn’t a drop of water anywhere and the poor reptiles were all hiding and burying themselves. The temperature in the Crestie tank was too high at 85, the cresties were lethargic and clearly trying to hide from the heat lamp! The 30% humidity doesn’t help them either. I only came here to get a bottle of Tetra safe start, since it’s the only store I can find with the 3 oz bottle, but I think I’m just gonna order off of Amazon from now on.

I worked there a few weeks. As a apprentice stylist. I was expected to return to work after euthanizing my dog, and registered Emotional Support Animal for my mental disabilities, after 3 hours of knowning of his cancer condition, same day. Was harrased for 2 days for deciding to stay home for own wellbeing and the well-being of the animals that would be in my care while at work. I am not stable to return to work. They did not care. Michael called my experience with his loss, a "free pass", as I "see fit". My other problem was how Summer was short tempered, easily annoyed and overwhelming with stress which I noticed bleed through her interactions with dogs she is styling. I am not saying she abuses them or neglects them but it is not appropriate to stress out on dogs the way she allows, there is however, verbal abuse. These are people's pets, whom are also dearly and deeply loved. There's cameras in the salon, take a look at them. I wouldn't ever bring dogs for grooming that are nervous and move a lot as this can be a trigger for her in my experience. It was uncomfortable to watch but she's been there for 5 years+ and it's not my place to make decisions on her future there. Just letting yall know what happens and what I've seen. Definitely would not trust them with my own pets.

Does not treat employees with respect. They don't grant time off when an employee's pet passes away and that's really backwards. I'm never advocating for this store again. Don't work here and don't shop here. Summer in Styling is not to be trusted with your dog, she's aggressive with them and scolds them. Your pet won't get a good idea of what a normal grooming is if you go here

I will not bring my dog here again. The staff was rude and returned him to me with wet ears. When I asked about it, I was told that he got them wet in the water bowl and they couldn’t do anything about it. They should have dried them. A full groom means the dog is bathed and dried. The rudeness and unprofessional attitude is not worth going here again. I tried multiple times to call and talk to a manager with no response.

Locked their doors before posted closing hours. I was there at 7:57, knowing I was running late, and knowing the one item I needed to grab. The fat green-haired autistic deliberately avoided making eye- contact, as she held the door locked.

We recently rescued a very large female corn snake from a man who was living in a van and had her in a tiny, plastic fish tank with absolutely no room to move let alone room to eat...we stopped in and the first gentleman to ask us if we need help, obviously could tell we had absolutely no idea what we were doing...mind you we did not have the snake with us she was at home...so we begin to explain the situation and the employee seems to be Intrigued and then says can I ask you was the man you bought the snake from about your height and described him to a T and described the size, material, and shape of the tank she was in and told us what she looked like (because she's hard to forget she's not a normal corn snake she's very large for her species)...so we were all in awe at that moment...he said the man had been in there three weeks before us to buy 3 frozen pinkies (which are too small for her) so it had been a while since she'd eaten...but this being our first snake we're having issues getting her to eat so he told us multiple reasons why it could be so he hooked us up with a decent priced heat lamp and bulb and two bigger fuzzy mice and had mentioned that one of his co-workers wasn't in at the moment but that we should stop back by and speak to them more and get more information about possibly dipping the mice in tuna juice...if we still can get her to eat after getting her body heat more regulated...anyway they're super helpful and truly care about giving their customers the right information to make sure their pets are getting the right care at home...

Awful, customer service. Took my daughter to buy a fish, and old female clerk wouldn't sell me a fish because my tank is only 2.5 gallon. And she wants me to buy a bigger tank and a betta. And accusing me I am gonna kill the fish. As an owner of salt water tank, I didn't try to argue with her. All I know is the petsmart fish is happily swimming in that 2.5 gallon tank.

Jenny at this Petco is awesome! The guy working the register there at the time is too, but I didn't catch his name. They both made my day with a Ranchu and a Black Moore fancy goldfish. Jenny & the guy were knowledgeable about fish-keeping, and I could tell they care about the animals under their care. Both goldfish will be going into a good home in the form of an indoor 50-gallon pond.

My wife and I are new dog owners. We adopted thru N.O.A.H. in Stanwood so this was our 1st experience having our new dog, Spud (we quickly discovered she's a couch potato) groomed. Since my son uses Petco in Lake Stevens I called the nearest Petco store. Everyone we talked to from the groomers the ladies stocking & checking customers out & they were ALL awesome!! We've set up reminders for grooming & other services provided by Petco. We love our Petco & you should check em out too.

Ellen is the best groomer ever! She is so sweet and attentive with my senior pug, Apollo, and I know he is in good hands with her. Apollo came home smelling clean and looking extra handsome, and it was so worth it to pamper my little guy. Apollo and I are excited for our next visit with Miss. Ellen!

Sarah is an absolute star employee here! She is super friendly and helpful. I was looking for certain products for my dog. She helped me find everything, including better options for certain products. She also helped me save money! I had no idea Petco price matches their online prices. She guided me through setting up an account with the Petco app, explained the benefits, and made me feel like a valued customer. Give this woman a promotion!

They were out of a lot of stuff but they had the food I came in for.

Nobody offered any help. I literally helped a guy with questions about getting a turtle cause the employee 2 feet aways couldn't be bothered to stop shocking shelves.

I love this PetCo! I have a bully I'm training and I am ALWAYS welcomed with open arms! They keep lots of stock so I always manage to find what I need in good quality products. If one employee is unsure of an answer they help you find it! Friendly staff, never any trouble parking and a very warm environment!

Came in for Vetco for puppy shots and the entire staff there was great, taking good care of little Josie. Oh, and all our pets recommend their food…any of it!

Awesome service! I showed up thinking I had and order to pickup. turns out I never completed the purchase; it was still in the shopping cart. The associate was helpful and patient and we figured it out. She helped another customer while I completed the purchase. Then another really nice associate gathered my 2bags of dog food and carried to the car for me. They where both helpful, kind, and patient, they showed excellent customer service. I wish I knew there names so I could compliment them properly.

Took my mom's dog Merlin to get groomed it was a good job but She spends $90 for her dog that's $70 more than getting my hair cut IDK 😐

Groomer did not provide breed specific hair cut, they shaved my dogs 'wire' hair off rather than noting she has 2 coats. An undercoat that needed to be cared for to prevent additional shedding. This is completed via a technique called hand stripping. I asked if they provided this technique in advance and they noted they would review with me at the time of the appointment. I was assured my groomer knew about breed specific cuts however my dog now has damage to her coat.

Not impressed at all with this petco! Came into the store to look for a hamster and I found one that I wanted so I went to get help and the called over the intercom for someone to come over and help. There was a lady who came out from the back and went back inside and nobody came over to help. So, we decided to leave because we weren’t going to spend our time and especially our money at a place that doesn’t give good customer service. And what’s even more upsetting is that there were workers in the front chatting away and not paying in but of attention to us. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE!!!

A wonderful store, wonderful selections for all types of pets. Popular specialty brands for either finicky pets or senior animals that need a special diet. If you need to have shots for your pet, every Petco has a Vetco. You can go online, make appointments and have your pet treated. They do grooming, they do nails and their staff is friendly, knowledgeable and so very helpful. We are faithful customers from Massachusetts and now Washington. I am a Canine Dad to three Huskies. This store is highly visible from the main road. The store is handicapped friendly and there is plenty of parking. We highly recommend this store.

I have been going to my local Petco for many years now. The employees there are always very friendly, helpful, and very professional. I can honestly say that I have never had a bad experience there. I am disabled and although I try to do most everything myself, every time I have gone into Petco, the employees there have always asked me if I need assistance and have always helped me if I've needed it.

I bought 25 cans soft food online. When I picked up at Everett WA Petco, there were 10 cans which had been expired. Others were almost expired soon. I returned 10 cans then.

Great store and staff. My dog loves em! Sometimes inventory can be an issue but it's not happened frequently enough to dissuade me from coming.

Picked up an online order in store. Great layout and just about everything seemed to be in stock. They had my items ready in around 1 hour on a Saturday and the guy at the register was quick and efficient.

All the animals seemed happy and they had everything we needed! They could use another cashier though, having only one during a rush and then doing door dash too on top of it seemed like a lot for the poor cashier.

The staff here is always friendly and able to answer any questions I have regarding pet vaccinations, current sales and other things. It's nice this is so close to where I live as well, I hope they stay in business.

Always a very friendly and knowledgeable staff here. Just got a new cat from a friend that's moving to California so we needed to stop in here to get the essentials that we didn't have yet. I picked up a total of 7 items, I think, then went to ask an employee if he thought I needed anything else besides what I had. Instead of trying to upsell me with a bunch of nonessential products, he gave me the thumbs up and told me that I was good to go. I really appreciated that honesty from him. I will be back here again and again for all my needed pet products. Great customer service and decent prices as well. I prefer the ability to physically see the products before buying so I probably paid more than if I bought them online, but to me, it's worth the extra dollar or two, especially knowing that there's people there to help answer any questions I have about my pets or their products. I was quite satisfied with my visit!

Amazing staff, and product selection. Was there with my family this week to buy fish. The sales rep answered all our questions patiently, and he offered very friendly and practical advise. No upselling or pressure tactics. All of this desite the large number of customers in the store - very credible. They also have a nice fish tank sale going on, and we picked a large one up! I will go back to this Petco for my future pet needs, and I highly recommend this store esp. due to the amazing staff.

Great location to get lots done: Walmart, Half Price Books, etc. And the staff are a very friendly and helpful. Shout to Judy! She was very helpful walking me through all of my first time owning Parakeets questions, and picking out all the right stuff for them. Cheers! The box birdhouse was a bad idea, and Judy warned me so. Disabled man KICKED OUT OF PETCO. My husband has advanced Parkinson’s but still likes to do some things for himself. He took his service dog for a grooming appointment and arrived early. He has done this many times. He was not spoken to or greeted. He waited until after the start of his appt and opened the door a crack to let the groomer know he was there. Another employee told him he couldn’t do that and he was to wait in the grooming lobby. He waited a few minutes more and the manager came to him and said “we’re cutting you loose, take your dog and leave”. When I called, the manager lied and said my husband was banging on the door. She was unapologetic and cold. We will NEVER go back.

Manager was rude to my wife about canceling our grooming appointment, said they called but never got a call or message. Groomers are wonderful but because of the managers rudeness we will not return.

Summer did a great job with our doodle. She turned out so cute. You can tell she cares about her work.

We have been loyal grooming customers for years,but since we moved to lake stevens grooming service has been beyond difficult to book, no one ever calls us back, no one ever answers the phone,you have maybe one groomer who knows how to groom my breed. If this is corporates way of treating your gustomers I bet you don't expect to have a business for long. Sadly I will be leaving your business and telling everyone I know why not to use your services.

I was impressed with how large and clean this store was. Everything all in one place. I was specifically looking for duck and geese food. I was extremely happy that they had it.

I took my puppy in today - just for a nail trim and buff. I was so grateful for kind and compassionate treatment my puppy received! The groomers here are very knowledgeable and professional and have the skills and ability to complete the services they offer while keeping your pet comfortable and well cared for. They try to upsell you repeatedly when you tell them not to. Bait and switch they advertise one price when u get there none left then the next cheapest is twice as much. This happened not once but TWICE.

The manager is a joke, he has no customer service skills, and could care less about your repeat business. Also to all the women out there he will talk down to you and not take any ownership to mistakes made on his stores behalf. My girlfriend went in to return something and noticed that it was rang up wrong and she called to make sure there wouldn’t be any problems and was told “no worries I’ll make it right know matter what”. Then when she arrived he told her he wouldn’t exchange or refund the item because it was her fault it was like that, but when I came back in by myself he said he would never say a thing to a customer and he promptly fixed the problem for me, he is like that every time with her..

The manager is the most unprofessional I have ever met. He told me it was my fault for killing a fish after previously blaming it on the species because it was rare. And then proceeded to argue with me IN FRONT of customers about giving me a new fish because HIS employee didn’t charge me right so then he wanted me to pay more after already having the o go back because one was dead and then sat there and argued with me and said “why do you deserve to get a fish for free” mind you this was after spending $200 plus dollars at this store. So yeah I will never ever be going back.
