🫤 Some of the employees at the entrance do not know about customer service, one lady always seems to be in bad mood and now with the booking system you sometimes cannot access if you arrive late, even when you pay your monthly membership, you are not allow to access. I am so done with this gym.

👍👍 The best club in Gent and totally worth it as they have few people in each session so that you get more personal attention. I learnt more boxing techniques in 2 lessons than I learnt in the previous gym in 6 months. Would absolutely recommend!

The staff is a hit or miss tbh: half of them are quite friendly, like Clara & Stephen (and before that Koen and Shekeb), but others are rude.
