A bit busy in the early evening. Nice staff and very clean. Open until late which makes it a great after work swim. Between 19 and 21 it can be a bit busy because of swimming clubs reserving certain lanes. Most of the time at least a fast and a slow lane are available for free swimming.

I had bad experience today with my two kids. I went there to give my kids a new experience in Gent and waterpool. I tried to book online and there were many available slots shown in the website however I couldn’t proceed with the payment. So i took my kids there hoping there will be some sort of kindness and service. I ask the person in the front desk that I want to book two tickets for my kids and she quickly said it is fully booked for today. I showed her the website and the slots available she just said in the system it is fully booked. We look different from the rest and it was obviously a discrimination act of the girl. It is a feeling that won’t leave you for a long time especially when you want your kids to enjoy and they can’t do so because of small minded people

I went swimming here this week and had a pleasant experience. The place wasn’t crowded at all (we went swimming on a Thursday afternoon during a school week). You can get some exercise in at the big pool or just relax in the smaller pools. The tubes aren’t that exciting (except the wild water ride and the tube with bands). We ordered some food at the aqua restaurant and it took forever before the lady at the counter completed our order. When one of her colleagues came in to help, she wasn’t friendly at all. She a bad attitude which wasn’t pleasant. The food is on the pricier side and it’s not that tasty. I wouldn’t recommend eating here. Overall a pleasant experience if you disregard the eating experience.

A lot of facilities for your money! Good and clean pools for small children, decent variety of slides, large jacuzzi/Whirlpool area, and some nice saunas (when it's not too crowded). 50 m sports pool as well, and some outdoor pools & attractions when the weather is warm

A really nice waterpark, however I had to give it three stars based on my experience in the sports pool The sports pool simply needs to be regulated better. Why do I even bother reserving a lane if kids are constantly going to be jumping in nearly on top of me, and the Life guards do nothing. On top of that, if I reserve and there are no lanes free, that is also a bit pointless. Why reserve if no lanes are free anyway? Even tho I planned ahead according to how busy the schedule was. Some good points. Nice personnel, the exotic pool areas look nice, it's nice they have a pseudo gym type thing as well. The Olympic pool is really nice. All in all worth a visit, but you need to reserve people, a lot of the time the pool is full, and if you don't reserve, you ain't getting in. Will be my place to go for lane swimming for the moment tho ^^ Edit. Once again I reserve a lane, the website says 18 free lanes, I get there and have to fight for a lane. This is extremely bad organizational leadership. And extremely unprofessional.

Interesting indoor water and fun activities. The pool is clean things are OK just the food was very late after we ordered. We stayed waiting for 45 minutes for our burger. That was really unacceptable but overall the place was OK.

Good for renting badminton spots, maintained by Farys, lots of parking. There is a 1km run track around the building. The swimming Pool has slides, a wild water slide, a slide with inflatables. Also 16+ sauna section hottub section and outdoor pool. There is also a restaurant available.

Great fun for kids and adults alike. We went around 1PM on a Saturday during the summer holidays and it only started getting busy after about 3PM. The pools are well maintained and fun. The wellness section is great for relaxing without kids. The only thing that could be better is the tidyness of the food court.

Great for kiddies but insanely busy during holidays! Definitely book, bw prepared to wait in line. Staff were friendly despite the workload, and the soft play is really nice too!!

We had a great time. Kids mainly on the slides and rapid water circuit. For adults perfect that it can be combined with wellness part and a bar 😁. Highly recommend it

Sports pool is just too busy. With 6 in 1 lane in Januari. Now in March it's less crowdy

Wonderful subtropical swimming pool with tons of playful toys set up all over the place and gently hot pools for the kids and steamy hot jacuzzi and pool near the wellness. Also a very nice swimming pool for swimming lanes. Either 25m or even 50m depending of the pontoon they raise from time to time. You’re less disturbed when swimming with others when the 50m setup is active.

there seems to be a chronic shortage of staff at this place, which means you're sometimes waiting for your food for quite a while. The food is decent one it arrives though and the large indoor playground makes this place fantastic for kids It's also very convenient to go here after swimming 🙂 will go again 🙂

Great subtropical swimming pool, they have cool slides. It is a very busy place so I would recommend buying your tickets beforehand.

Very well kept. Floor is NOT slippery. Great place for family, not so much for adventure. Not such a good place to relax, since kids of all ages are allowed to enter the warm lagoon or jacuzzi area.

An olympic pool or a water park. You have the option to choose. Personally I would go for the water slides :D perfect outing and fun for the whole family

Super swimming pool with a few good slides and a nice outdoors section. Will keep the kids amused for hours..

Great pool, 50m, it has got it all... Sadly they cut most of the lanes in half throughout the day. What's the plus in having a 50m pool if you're not gonna use its full potential? Everyone is swimming close together in two or three lanes while they could just open up the others.

This pool is ideal for parents with small kids. The large kids pool, divided in 3 separate parts, aimed at different ages, is ideal for kids up to 5 or 6. The water slides and lazy/wild water rivers are ideal for younger teens and up. To my personal feeling it was quite busy and that took away from the experience.

too crowdy and dirty floors. Staff should watch more for keeoing the place clean. Even rooms for change was not clean. I would t go there second time. And despite that, not so much to do imside.

Nice place. The cafeteria serves really good food for a very respectable price. Staff is friendly.

This place is worth the visit, totally kid and baby friendly! There is a little restaurant inside for if you are hungry (fast food kind of). You can stay there for 4h. There are play areas for toddlers and bigger kids. When the sun is out you can have a swim outside and when you are cold you can go and enjoy the "bubble baths"/hotter water that is all included in the entree price. We had an unforgettable experience!

Roze broeken was very fun. The place had a lot of activities for grownups and kids alike. The restaurant had a nice selection of food but very expensive. The queus are short and waiting times aren't long. The staff is very polite and very helpful. It was very clean but the locker room could use improvement.
