The name of this place is toast it iz. This is hands down one of the best places the south side has to offer. The food is great the atmosphere is great drinks are great and the wait staff are great. I have told everyone I know about this place. I love going to a place that makes me glad I was there. I visited twice just to make sure they were consistent. They were .

They have several stores here to choice from ... Menards, Meijer, Walmart to name a few plus others. Each store has their own entrance... So, make sure you enter where specified other wise you'll get frustrated 🥴 which entrance is where. A nice 👍 shopping area.

Menards I love I go alot I love the. Rebates All the Workers there are nice and Friendley and helpful.

I went to the Menards in the mall. Everyone that works here that I've encountered, is very friendly and always very helpful. The customer service is outstanding. This is my favorite Menards

I like how the new Evergreen Plaza turn out. My only complaint is that there is no walkway for people who getting off the bus and walking to the stores. Like Five below, on the main Western street, I have to walk either through Advocate's drive through or to the side where the food chain is at and walk through the parking lot just to get to the store. Almost got hit twice by a car. Not everyone have access to a car.

I had several employees including security following me around in the store like I was a shoplifter. When I try to use the bathroom; they move my shopping cart to another location like I was never coming back. When I spoke to the Manager Hector; he said I should have gotten names. As he was talking another manager who name was Escobar & another employee were laughing the whole time. Been shopping with Menards for 14 years & this is an example of colorism & profiling based on race. I will shop online more for similar Menards products with Online companies more..

It's a nice gem in our neighborhood. Only store I haven't tried is the nail shop. All the others are clean and friendly. There are a few items Meijer hasn't restocked since COVID; some of the dog food, a lot of Pastas and mashed potatoes. Keep hoping Best eggs!!.

I go to Meijer ONLY to the pharmacy. I vowed to never again spend 1 CENT in that store after I tried to NOT RETURN but EXCHANGE 2 UNUSED oil filters for a different size, which the unpleasant woman at the customer "service" desk coolly dismissed only because I no longer had the receipt. I sought recourse from the store corporate customer service and they were not only unyielding but even disgusting, showing what that chain is REALLY made of with its "politically correct" staff matching the "South Side" and what to expect if something falls short of its deceivingly good looking joint image -they can ...keep it.

Ross's store is very tidy. I almost didn't have to wait to be charged. Nice square

This location fits most big stores such menards , meyers, Michael's, plus eating places like McDonald's, etc, ice cream across western ave , goodwill as well as Sam's club and wal mart at the other side of it, Gosh so many amenities to serve all customers in the area and beyond. Definitely will keep coming there for shopping.

The young ladies behind the Starbucks counter are nice; on the last visit, the girl mopping the floor, was not friendly... Otherwise, the coffee was delicious...

There's is a problem with this plaza, it is to difficult to get in and out, if you are at Menard (as an example) you can't go to the Wal-Mart, you need to get out by Western and turn right at 95th

Small strip mall with small businesses such as Red Snapper fish, Kay Jewelry, Bank of America, and another business that I cannot remember. Nice little variety.

If you are new to the area then it may seem like this is the perfect place to do or look for any type of commercially available thing you may want, and you wouldn't be wrong however the expansion into selling real estate via the parking lot system much like the neighboring Ford City has led to a lot of unique and interesting businesses or traditional eateries being in the area that normally wouldn't have been there as early as 10 years ago. Whether you're looking to start up and find a place for your small business or you're an established corporate fortune 500 company selling anything from fashion to food or medication you picked a good location. And crazy crab is the bomb just saying.

Meijer is a great grocery store and multi purpose store. They have a great line of foods and good sales

I went there for the potbelly's two different days and everything was great perfect service, I also stopped at the Comcast center and had a problems resolved great place five star.

Everything you might need is in this evergreen marketplace, love getting some deals, visited walmart, menards and sams, same day, it makes shopping fun or easy. The place is easy to locate, clean area

Absolutely love this place, I’m here every other day or weekend. It’s close to home and I don’t have to worry about drifters soliciting or begging.
