We had tickets for a gig in Camden, but I got into a sweat when I saw the prices for low- to mid-range hotels that weren't even in decent parts of London (£200+ for a Travelodge miles away from Central London? Really?). I'd heard decent things about Federation House, so booked a double (ignore the advertised £80 weekend rate, it was actually £105 room/breakfast). The hotel itself is secure access, there's free secure parking, the building and rooms are in a fantastic, modern condition, roomy and clean. The staff we met were very friendly. The breakfast was very nice, a mix of cooked and continental. We didn't go hungry! It's unbelievably quiet. The location is fantastic, just two minutes' walk from Leatherhead train station, meaning a direct trip to London. Why spend above the odds on a questionable hotel when you can have a great experience (and most importantly, a great sleep!) at Fed House.

Very convenient location for a night stay in Leatherhead.. very safe and no nonsense. Breakfast is served by a dinner lady.. so great service and great morning coffee at the machine. Only hiccup was I was allocated a room that was not made up from previous occupancy.. room changed straight away..

Large bedrooms and very comfortable beds, late night bar, convenient parking, and nice staff.

Really clean, very friendly, nice food. I really enjoyed my stay, i noticed it has a snooker table and bar. We came to attend a church conference/seminer. The staff helpful with the P.A speakers ect. Overall, it was a great weekend. I would definitely return....oh, and the bed was surprisingly more comfy than posher hotels I've stayed in. Rooms warm.....

Friendly staff, clean hotel, lacking in atmosphere. Beer range limited. Free pool and darts. Food was average. Rooms were great. Modern interior. One of the cleanest hotels I've stayed. Relaxed place to be.

Went to the IAMRoadsmart autumn Forum which was held there. Excellent food.

A great conference venue with good quality food. Only thing that let the venue down was limited power points in the lounge area so hard to work on a laptop, only fruit for desert at lunch (there used to be cakes) and packet biscuits (they used to be lovely and free made)

Stayed two nights. Rooms were very well presented. A great breakfast. Bar. Only a very short walk from Leatherhead Railway station for connectivity into London.
