Ordered two chicken Pad Thai's, the staff at the till asked about spice level, it was for the kids so asked for it to be mild. The food came in two expandable boxes, the portion was perfect and very well priced. The quality of the pad thai was great, kids really enjoyed it. However on my next visit I will probably order a spicy version to enjoy for myself. Good food, good price, good staff, definitely worth the visit.

SHOCKING! I ordered Pad Thai with chicken, peanuts and lime. It was literally a box of noodles, a couple of bits of chicken and the peanuts and lime were missing. It was swamped in what tasted like plumb sauce poured out of the bottle. I couldn’t eat much of it as it really wasnt nice at all. It wasn’t cheap either. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place.

Not worth to go. I’ve paid 10,20 for the smallest box of pad Thai I’ve ever ate in my life and wasn’t even full, 3/4 inside. I was shocked especially that I’ve been here before and boxes were way bigger. Not much noodles, mostly veggies and couple of little prawns. Definitely they should give me money back or another box of this tiny meal

Spicy, good for veggies, add your own lime and peanuts! Spring rolls are lovely and fresh as well. I love the tofu so spongey! Kind and lovely staff as well

Visited during 'eat out to help out'. Amazing. Super busy long queue but the organisation was superb. Zoltan kept us informed of wait times and paused orders to control the pressure and heavy flow. All with a smile. 👌🏾 Food was lovely.✨

Friendly spot, and I love eating at Boxpark. Vegan options a little limited/unclear from the menu but I think they are very willing to adapt things. I had the wide rice noodle dish and it was great though a little bland (I should have asked for a spicy version!) Would definitely return to try more options.

Thai is my favorite cuisine, but this experience was a letdown. It lacks authenticity. I paid £10 for a tiny box of noodles, and I had to discard it due to an odd taste. I couldn't discern if it was the chicken or tofu, but the flavor was peculiar.

Ordered via Deliveroo. Pad Thai was literally noodles and beansprouts with zero spice. Zero trimmings. Massaman had loads of chickpeas in it... Why?! Fries were drowning in sriracha sauce.. described on menu as having a dusting of powder. Total waste of money. Avoid. Order from a proper Thai restaurant

i work in hospitality, i have years of kitchen experience and i know far too well how much stick restaurants get from delivery customers. when i tell you my food was so hot, i was incredibly impressed because that is so hard to get right. especially in a cardboard box!? some people can’t get food to stay hot in foil packaging! you don’t know the drivers initially or how they transport the food; you could have worked so hard on it for it to be completely ruined on the journey, and then you get the complaint from the customers. and putting through official complaints is far more serious/detrimental on staff than you’d realise. i felt it’s important to point this out as a big compliment to the staff in the kitchen. the food tasted so good, comforting and familiar but still really flavourful and what just the cheer up i needed. i added a lot of extras and i got so much of each one packed in and still tons of noodle also. it was hard to wait for it to cool down at times where it was so hot and smelled so good! thank you so much to all the staff who made my first ever order this evening, it’s left a very good impression and i’m counting down the days that i can come to boxpark just for some thai express 🤍

I’ve been here at lot in the past and really enjoyed the tofu pad sew but I went in today and after a few mins of standing there I was pointed to a sign that had fallen over with a QR code on telling me to order that way. I asked if I could customise with no fish sauce and was told yes but when I went to order on the website there was no option, so I walked out. Obviously they prioritise their deliveroo customers over people who are physically in there. Seems a bit backwards to me. Why can’t people order in there like they used to?

Great service from Attilla who was very patient with me due to problems with payment, he also made sure my order was made quickly and even gave me some free sauces which are usually chargeable. Very clean space, great tasting food. A full 5 stars from me!

I ordered the Tofu Pad Thai. I asked if it’s vegetarian, they said no due to fish sauce (despite the big V symbol on the menu). I asked if they have a separate sauce without fish, they said yes. When my food arrived, there was 0 sauce. None. It was also 90% beansprouts and barely any noodles. Also, there was no vegetables! It’s advertised with lots of veggies (E.g. broccoli, spring onion) and nothing. On top of that, there was 0 peanuts or lime. I essentially had a box of beansprouts and tofu in soya sauce. The only positive is that things were cooked.

The Tom Yum wasn’t authentic in the slightest, just a random assortment of vegetables from Tesco in a mildly-spicy soup. I couldn’t taste any lemongrass, galangal or fish in the soup. - Not nice.

Red Thai curry portion was small considering the price. Tasted good but clearly not enough as the pot wasn't near full. Stir fry cashew was very dry and not worth the cost Pad Thai noodles was average Probably won't order again

I ordered a general thai,the food was so nice and hot. The Restaurant was so tidy!!! The staffs are extremly friendly(Oliver,Erzsok,Teodora)!!! Them customer service is outstanding !!! Noodles hard parts , not cooked, raw , hard parts after chewing them , I had to dispose of them! The food was tastless, worst asian/ thai/ Chinese I have ever eaten. I am updating my intial review that was positive after eating the food and the real experience now stated. Green curry, why are you putting basil and not coriander in it?Where was the green , lime , coriander to the green curry ? Sane restaurant owner? Disappointed is a statement I am making , Thai Express said they would contact Uber Eats to 'speed up refund process', they haven't corrected what has happened, Uber Eats have refused to refund using their policy as an excuse , what type of policy allows them not to refund? when a refund is appropriate. Them 'confusing' with themselves £12.53 refund on another order, has normally corrected the situation , £5 wallet is a sarcasm, why didn't it credit my bank account? Uber Eats ,Thai Express , civilisation is required , thieving is prehistoric act .

Visited this thai express after going to the one in Birmingham. Have to say it didn't disappoint! Food was hot flavours were divine and staff were friendly! They went the extra mile to make sure my kids enjoyed their food and tailored to their taste buds

Hands down best in Croydon. Small menu but the best food full of flavour, spice and decent portions. Thai is my favourite food and I always end up back here. Nothing beats it.

Staff had a bad attitude and generally rude. Wait in line for 5 minutes to order and told closed when the women could be bothered to acknowledge me. Noticed on the way out it only has a 3 star Food Hygiene Rating so given the attitude of the staff at 7.45pm on a Sunday evening and low Hygiene Rating on the way out pleased I didn't bother. Wouldn't recommend and won't be back!!

I've had the Pad Thai and a few other dishes about 12+ times and it's been consistently high quality. Definitely recommend if you love noodles. I've always ordered it on deliveroo but today I rode my bike down to boxpark to pick it up myself and I was shocked at how much cheaper it was so I recommend getting it in person if you live nearby. The staff were really friendly and it was pretty cool seeing the chef knock up my food right in front of me. Probably one of the best takeaways in Croydon
