Tried the Jumbo Breakfast and the Cheese, Ham and Mushrooms Omelette. The portions were really big. The bacon of the breakfast was a bit salty, so serving together with the baked beans wins the best combination. The omelette was fresh, with a lot of mushrooms and ham in it. The environment is nice, cozy and quiet, together with the big windows and sunshine’s serve as nice day-starter.

I had a lovely breakfast here this morning. Food was cooked really well and you get plenty for your money! Service was great and staff were happy to customise dishes/add ingredients. Avocado on the side? No problem. Toast without butter? Sure. Overall, really impressed with Roberto and will be coming back again to visit this little New Malden gem!

I cannot get enough of this place! It’s a family owned little cafe, the staff are soo friendly and the food is outstanding!! I’ve never had a bad meal and the portion size sometimes are too big! In my opinion the best cafe in New Malden/ Kingston! They definitely deserve a 5 Star ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This amazing little gem tucked away on coombe road is great!!! Their jacket potatoes are delicious and have tried many of the sandwiches too. Rubina (hope I spelt that right) is absolutely lovely. There is a very good reason why they are packed out at lunch times ; )

First time to have breakfast here. I had mushroom and cheese omelette with salad. It’s a big portion; the omelette is great not overcooked with fresh salad. I would definitely come again~

A fabulous, friendly little cafe that is very popular with locals and those working in the area. It's my go to place to have coffee or even a burger on my way back home after having been shopping in the High Street. I highly recommend a visit.

My wife loved the tuna baguette, and I really loved the spicy tuna baguette 🥖 🤤 reminds me of the sandwiches I used to have in central London, they had lots of lovely plates of food going to the tables, it's a shame I couldn't stay to have a meal at a table, but I will return!

I absolutely love coming here! Being Portuguese and coming to Robertos café is so warm. All family are so loving towards me and my two boys. My oldest always likes to eat the tosta mista! The food is always up to standards and the hash browns are heaven for me! Would highly recommend this place and compared to other Portuguese cafes around, roberto’s beats them all! Thank you for always having us! :)

Lovely place all round. Staff are really lovely as is the food they serve. All freshly made to order. Tend to stop for coffee and a burger after having done shopping in the high street.

Great food, but the staff don't listen to the orders properly.

First time for me, had a corrie chicken baguette, absolutely delicious. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. Cappuccino was great also. To the girl who served me today (fri 13 may @ 11.15 am), will you marry me!!!!

Found this cosy cafe on a google search. Had a wonderful veggie breakfast, great portions, cooked well and outstanding service. Coffee was good too. Will definitely pop in when next in the area.

My wife and I decided to give Roberto a try as it was a nice sunny morning and fancied something different. We googled a few in New Malden and Roberto had good reviews and the photos of their meals looked very appetising The cafe is clean and friendly but unfortunately, there was a lot of noise coming from the building site directly opposite. The menu is quite extensive and seems to offer plates for people with special dietary requirements. We went for poached eggs with toast and sausages. I asked for a few baked beans with mine. (and I mean maybe just a couple of spoonfuls, I regret not spelling that out) The food arrived quite promptly but we were a bit disappointed by the quality. The eggs were waterlogged and snotty. Mine were completely submerged under a mountain of baked beans. Every element of the plate resembled a bad school dinner. For the price, we expected better. This was the only thing that let the whole experience down. The food was really below par. The coffee was nice (latte). The only good points are friendly staff and a clean place. We don't think we would recommend it or even go there again.
