    Such a shame how this surgery has gone down hill. Had a couple of mistakes made here. Nothing life threatening thankfully. One hand doesn't seem to know what the other is doing. Some doctors and receptionist are lovely. Others are rude and have no patient care. Dr Sheik would be turning in he's grave. Used to be such a friendly family orientated surgery. That seems to have gone. Would I change surgeries after all this time? Maybe! Only way to see what you think, is to try it.

    I registered with them on January 2020, and I never see a doctor, just speak with them over the phone. You have to book a phone appoitment 3 weeks in advance, if you are lucky. However they prescribe medicines without ever having visited you. If you call them... be patient, you have to wait at least 30 minutes before someone answers. And finally receptionists are very rude and unhelpful, it is just icing on the cake.

    Awful surgery. I never leave google reviews but feel I should to warn people against registering here. Any doctor I ever spoke to was rude and abrasive. I had multiple blood tests where they lost the results and simply couldn't tell me what they were ever for. They promised referrals which never went through. God knows what they're doing with the NHS money they get because nothing gets done. This place should be investigated.

    Pointless GP surgery. I've been prescribed antibiotics without even speaking to a doctor only a receptionist? It seems like reception have all my personal medical history as well? Which is very strange they have that much info on people available to them and it seems like they can prescribe you medication? I thought a doctor had to do that?

    One of the worst surgeries in the Borough. They are taking money from NHS (enough to be comfortable) so they pick and choose patiences and appointments. They need an external audit before they see this. Diabolical place.

    Very rude and unprofessional nurse. Terrible experience with my boy, may have to move to another one shamefully. reception staff are very kind and accommodating but not the nurse that we met a few times.

    Pathetic gp, staff at reception is very helpful but its the management, my wife needed the medicine but Dr Deena Mirza won't prescribed her as she continued insisting to get a cheaper version of Lapitor as my wife starts getting headache from Atrovastatin , we are escalating this to CQC now.

    Can't see the doctor in person, just phone conversation after waiting 2-3 weeks or refer you to pharmacist even though I've lost feeling in my arm - NHS is in the toilet

    Google Dr Mizar and the sun newspaper before you register here. If your looking for a GP to help with medical problems then look elsewhere. However if your needing it for a little something else then this maybe the place for you.

    Never had any issues, call at 8am for same day telephone appointment, the doctors book in for same day face to face if they think it is required. First phone call to Dr Bennett about concerns and was quick to be referred onto a hospital for scans and examinations. Recently had a baby and again quick to book in appointments, converted to face to face from telephone after filling out triage form. Only thing with the new online triage to make appointments - not accessible to everyone, so I think this should be another option to book in addition to telephone call bookings.

    I donโ€™t think this GP could be any worse. Saying the staff is incompetent would be a compliment. The miscommunication between doctors and staff is appalling. I would give 0 stars if I could. I strongly advice staying far away from this GP.

    AWFUL DOCTORS SURGERY. Majority of receptionists are rude, and try telling you what your illness is without even attempting to let you speak with a doctor, doctors arenโ€™t any better either!! Worst doctors Iโ€™ve been at ever. Do not register here. Would give 0 stars if possible.

    Not recommended at all. Negative 5 if there's such an option. We're on speakerphone when my neighbour spoke to her GP about her health issue. We were shocked when we heard him said this "what do you expect us to do Mrs D. You're 88 years old, what do you expect at your age? You're lucky to be alive!!" We all were speechless and we told him off! She called this GP a few times about her health problem which were never really attended properly and we neighbours told her (outside her front door) to call the gp and we overheard the conversation. Very very UNHUMAN!! My other neighbour has reported this to NHS and Health Service Ombudsman for their further review and action.

    I act as a liaison between my father and his medical team, and I'd like to share my experience regarding his care. My father has been managing COPD with regular medication for years, but his health took a sudden downturn in recent months. I accompanied him to the doctor on multiple occasions to discuss this, but the only suggestion provided was to use a steam machine. Unfortunately, this intervention didn't improve my father's condition, and his health continued to deteriorate. During one of these visits, the doctor checked my father's oxygen levels, which were alarmingly low at 70. I was on the phone with the doctor, desperately seeking guidance on how to alleviate my father's severe breathing difficulties and limited mobility. To my dismay, the doctor's response was, "Your father is 80 years old. I can refer him to the respiratory team, but there's no urgency." I was taken aback by this response, as it seemed the doctor was fixated on my father's age, implying that it was inevitable for him to face such health challenges at his age. The following day, my father had to be rushed to the hospital via ambulance. The paramedics were astonished that the doctor hadn't recognized the critical nature of his oxygen levels. That night, at the hospital, we were informed that my father's survival was uncertain. Fortunately, he did pull through, but had we waited for the doctor's referral to the respiratory team, my father might not have been so lucky.

    First they give me an inperson appointment then they switch me for an oncall appointment for 3:30, now I'm waiting outside for my call for over 15 minutes. I asked her if they give me a face to face appointment and I arrive 15 minutes later if the doctor will wait for me and she said no. terrible service. change staff, very unprofessional

    Tried calling to book a appointment to see a doctor only to be told you can no longer book appointment over the phone was told to go online to something called 'triage' i did not understand so called back and was refused when i asked to book a appointment over the phone and again told to do it online. This is disgusting you should be able to book a appointment by calling instead of being told you no longer can, now because of this i can not get my medical problem looked at and am just going to have to suffer and hope it don't get worse

    Hard to get appointments, still phone based and then if they decide to see you face to face, it happens on the same day but usually late. This can be difficult to manage if working. Have to go to Robin Hood or Green Wrythe for any physical checks.

    I use to like this GP Until the nurse call my daughter (who is autistic by the way) she call my daughter a drama queen and tell her to shuch couple times because she was crying for the take the vaccine The second time My daughter tell her She tell the nurse I don't like you Kids say the true The nurse are rude and don't know how to give a simple vaccine They have two nurse in there The nurse name start with F If you book the appointment don't go with this nurse Ask for the other nurse

    Worst GP experience we ever had. I've hardly ever been able to book a GP appointment. The admin team are the health decision makers and no condition seems serious enough to matter enough for a same day GP appointment. Their non urgent appointments are from 3weeks of your request date. We were returned to them by A&E and 111 on several occasions. Reported them to the Health Care Quality Commission to no avail. After 2 years of not being able to access GP services, family and I moved to another local GP surgery and we now have same-day access to healthcare practitioners. Non urgent appointments from 1week of request Each surgery gets paid for every patient on their list and I recommend moving GP surgeries if my story sounds familiar. Your health and wellbeing matters.
