It was my 1st visit, 1st impression of my dentist (Dr Hassan) is very positive. She is very warm and kind. I have more appointments ahead and I very much hope they will all be as good. Thank you

The Dentist I saw on my visit, Judit Otasvic in August was very unprofessional and made inappropriate and racially driven comments to me about black women and hair. She also refused to take my plea to stop mid procedure as I was in discomfort and experiencing pain to the point I kept trying to get her off me but kept moving my hand out of the way THEN proceeded to tell me she’s seen on my records that I experience higher pain (because of health reasons) but she’s sure I was fine. I’ve contacted the surgery a couple of times and have been dismissed and ignored. The Dentist was instructed to call me directly instead to try and justify her actions but I hung up as I kept saying I wanted this dealt with professionally and with all the visibility via email correspondence. I will be making a formal complaint through the necessary bodies as soon as I get a moment but I’m leaving a review here in the meantime so people are mindful.

I hadn’t been dentist in over 10+ years and my dentist Kaban Hassan was so friendly and put me at my ease,made it very welcoming for me, polite and explained everything to me. I’ve had my treatment and will return in 3 months The waiting room was spotless as were the dental room. The staff on reception are very friendly. Thank you for making my first appointment easy.

I have been having treatment with Doctor Kaban Hassan for a few months, and she’s an excellent dentist. Dr Kaban Hassan is so understanding, calm and patient she explains everything and is attentive to her patients circumstances. I would highly recommend her! The assistant nurse is also really lovely and helpful. In general, I'm really happy with their services.

I have been having treatment with Doctor Colman for a few months, and he’s an excellent dentist. Doctor Colman has a good way with patients and makes me feel very calm and safe during the sessions. Can highly recommend, both the reception staff and the dentist Somya Sharma - always friendly, efficient and very knowledgeable. They always do their best to see you at short notice. We’re lucky to have such a good NHS dentist in Brixton.

Wonderful Dentist, Dr.Judit Otasevic is the best in the business! I'm quite nervous about dental procedures, but she is very calm and patient, explains everything and puts you completely at ease. Procedures are pain free and super speedy, cannot recommend enough!

Yesterday I had an 1 hour peridontal appointment with Trincase the hygienist. He did an amazing and thorough job taking his time to carefully and gently clean every tooth, scaling and root planning. I felt the difference immediately such was the effort he put into the deep clean. I really haven’t had such an experience with a hygienist before and he is the now my go too. If your gum health worries you and needs treatment, I’d strongly suggest you use Trincasa. Thank you
